Courteous and professional service at first. After several visits, they became less attentive to detail and customer support followed suit. After spending thousands here , I must say I am disappointed and suggest you think twice before leaving your vehicle here.
Friendly staff, great for quick easy jobs. Not recommended for bigger jobs, kept my car for almost 2 weeks, refused to try any of my recommendations. I fixed most of it using scraps in less than 15 minutes. They ddnt charge though, great customer svc
They saved my vacation ! Got me right in and charged me a low price to replace a fuel pump on my old rusty Ohio car even though it was obvious they were swamped with work . When a shops that busy there's a reason for it , great people doing great work ! Thanks again

Awful. Got them to patch my tire. Ended up putting a worn down used tire on it. And scratched my wheel horribly. And it took 2 hours. And tried to charge me 130 $.
If you need work done on your vehicle in Hampton County, H&H Car Care is the place to do it. Service at this shop is professional, fast, friendly - and honest. Michael, the owner, is very knowledgeable and has always been able to successfully troubleshoot and fix any car or truck issue I've had over the years at a reasonable price. His team of mechanics is equally excellent. I recently had new tires put on my Ford Escape in Beaufort at Goodyear and had a fairly serious brake issue happen soon after. I then took my car to H&H and they were able to diagnose and fix it quickly at a fair price. I wish that I had H&H do the work originally. I won't make that mistake in the futue. Excellent repair shop! Go H&H!
