First time ever having to call a tow truck and was definitely the right call!! Bogged down on a remote dirt road fit to gos rerouting bc of a wreck. It was more involved for one person, so Raymon took me to meet my son to take me home, he then went back with the wrecker and more help. Pulled it out, took it to shop and even pressure washed undercarriage!

Not the greatest the guy I spoke too said he would text me his number so I could send him pics of my truck stuck off the side of the road ......he never texted me a number and never checked back to see if I received number.......very poor professionalism.......would not waste my time calling

Eddie was an amazing help and explained what my car issue might have been. As a single woman in a small city at night i was terrified. But this company was a Godsend.
These guys not only were the only ones to call me back at night. They went beyond what was even reasonable let alone what I ever would have expected even the best being willing to do. I blew my tire on a car I purchased recently. The spare was also flat. I made several phone calls to several nearby locations and zero answered. And these guys were the only one to call me back (I didn’t leave messages for anyone).
It was 930-10pm. No functional spare. I was able to make it to the exit ramp and at least off of the interstate for my own sake.
They somehow made some phone calls. Found me an actual full size standard wheel and tire (I told them I didn’t care quality or questionably. If it held air. I want it). Brought it to me sometime around 11pm. And got me back rolling again, keeping me from sleeping overnight in my car and coming up with a gameplan the next morning.
It isn’t often you find someone who’s willing to be inconvenienced to help you when you’re inconvenienced. I wouldn’t call any other number again.
These folks went above and beyond with the service that they provided. I am beyond thankful for the extra care they took while helping me out of a bad situation on the side of the road.
When I stopped at Loves for fuel I noticed the marker lights on my trailer weren’t coming on. Uhaul sent Eddie from A&M out and he tracked down the bad wire and fixed it like new. I was fortunate to be close to a Uhaul service shop like A&am because I hear they are few and far between. So I just want to say that I appreciate Eddie’s outstanding attitude and professional manor, otherwise I don’t always take time to give reviews.
Eddie was awesome! He helped me in my time of need after being stranded by my work vehicle that had a blow out in Ridgeland sc. Fast, reliable, and affordable thank you A&m also they are known as JB towing as well ♥ thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.
I was bogged down in some pretty bad mud and couldn’t get out for anything. Called them up and within an hour they had my car free, I’m not sure who helped me but he was very polite, and eased my mind with some nice conversation. Will definitely be using them in the future?
