Went to store to turn a rotor the guys that were there couldn’t do it from there chair so they wouldn’t turn. Store clerk was at least 450 pounds and refused to work. Beware never go there for anything.

Went here as they were showing having 2 of the 55w bulbs I needed. Got there and no stock on shelf, only higher priced 5w and 100w. Didn't want higher wattage as I didn't want to change both lights. Young guy on counter got manager Michael involved. He ended up selling me a higher priced 55w bulb at the same price as the bulb they didn't have in stock. Thought that was nice, but what he failed to tell me was this was a totally different color of light. Installed and decided to go back and get the matching bulb. Got there and another guy on counter would not sell me the bulb at the same price, was told only manager could Do this and he was gone. Asked him to call manager and he walked to the back and came back and told me he didn't answer. Not sure he really called, but poor customer service all the way around. And to think I drove past Auto Zone, and Advance to get here !! Wish I would have stopped at one of these. Won't go to O'Reilly again.

My battery died in the parking lot 2 stores from the store and tony sent his driver to the parking lot with a jump box to jump me off. PERFERT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Allen is really nice. He helped me when I was very confused about a light out on my car. He didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing anything like cars like Auto zone did!!

I want to give a shout out to Randall who helped advise me on what I needed to fix my car ! He went above and beyond to help me. That is not a quality or customer service that you find at other Automotive Parts stores I will highly recommend your store. Amazing Employee who should really be recognized!

I believe everybody in the store greeted me with the friendly smile and wave as I came in. Made me feel like a king. They had my part at the right price I was in and out but not before I bought some Hot Wheels. Thanks guys see you next time

Everyone is very nice ,Tony is very nolageable I am very impressed how much he knows about hotrods. he really helped me out. with out him I woldent have known what to buy for my car I was lost and he was very helpful .

O’Reilly Auto Parts sold us a defective part, and the store refused to take it back despite my daughter driving 45 minutes to return it. The staff member (Randall) blatantly lied and fabricated rules that are not part of O’Reilly’s policy. I plan to file formal complaints with corporate headquarters and consumer protection agencies regarding this misconduct. This behavior is unacceptable and amounts to poor business practices, if not outright theft.

A Big Thank You to Junior and Allen… Great Customer Service.. They were able to tell me I needed a New Battery but was unable to change it due to the “ computer “ sitting on Top of It!!! Let’s just start off by saying that there bathroom in the men’s restroom is DISGUSTING!!! I brought my son in to use the bathroom while I was looking around & he came out to get me because he couldn’t reach to sit on the toilet & I went in & immediately left with not even getting what I came in for. THIS IS A HEALTH Violation!!!! I feel so bad for the workers who need to use this restroom. I will definitely be calling corporate about this. Things like that make it seem like the managers in the location don’t care about their store. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

One of the best retail experiences I've had in a long long time. Needed batteries for my 2016 F-350 went to OReilly's for no other reason than the fact it was close by. I am lucky I went to this particular location because one of the managers there, John was best in class. He was extremely knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance, O'Reillys products, and installation. He was helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. John is everything a company would want in a representative ; the retail world needs more like him- thanks John!

Despite the fact that their own receipt showed a 100 limited warranty on motocraft batteries, they would not honor the prorated warranty on a five year old battery. I guess I should shop at Autozone from now on.

I am a often customer a this location. I have nothing to say but good things. Many times i have entered the store uneducated about a certain topic and left with the proper equipment guidance and tools. John behind the counter did a amazing job helping me multiple times and is very knowledgeable.

Needed a new battery today so I stopped in this location. Staff were friendly and proficient, especially Tony. Not only did they test my battery first, but also helped me eradicate a squirrel nest on my engine. Highly recommend this O'Reilly's.

Stopped in to return a $12 gas cap. They didn’t believe it didn’t fit my car. The guy tried to remove part of the cap that was still tethered. A half hour later, he finally refunded my money. Not to mention he almost ruined my car trying to prove I was wrong by removing the part that was still tethered. When I took my car to the dealer, come to find out he removed a piece that needed to stay. I don’t know if it was because I’m female, but to put someone through that level of inconsiderate customer experience all for $12, was quite rude. I do not recommend this business.

The folks in this store are great. Very friendly and attemtive. I had to come back later and pick up a part and the evening shift guys were.great too. Randal was the primary guy I worked with and he even suggested a great place for us to go to lunch while we waited.

Absolutely amazing experience! Allen the assistant manager helped us. He was extremely patient and help get all my lights changed out for me and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Very friendly! Would 100% recommend going here for any car needs you might have!

Super helpful! Randall went out of his way to help me with my Honda Shadow and even got his personal trailer to help me get it to a shop across town so I didn’t have to pay for a tow! Always a great experience here!

The manager of the store was absolutely awesome! He took time away from his lunch to help me with my needs. And he didn't make me feel like he was going out of his way. He genuinely seemed happy to do it... A rarity these days.
