What a great experience. From ordering online, to getting a great on sale price, to picking up my product in 30 minutes, to the fantastic clerk on duty. Would definitely recommend this store.
Came, as usual, for windshield wipers. Needed 1 for the back window and the gentleman came out to take it off and ran into difficulty. He checked with other staff and they all agreed that it would be best if it was replaced at a dealership. I appreciate it when people don't try to force things and recognize unusual situations.
Stopped in to purchase a tool for a mechanical problem I was having on the side of the road. Instead the cashier overhead my conversation about not needing the tool forever and kindly gave me a loaner with no hesitation. I appreciate the kindness and the trust! Made me feel like I was back in the older days where people looked out for one another!

The tee connector on my antifreeze/radiator hose broke. Got to Advance with the broken part in my hand and a mission. Younger, darkskined, guy working was extremely helpful. Grab the broken part, found the one that matched, even grabbed antifreeze to refill what was lost. All with a smile. I wish I grabbed his name. Was working 6/15/25 at around 4:30pm.
Had a complicated warranty replacement (CV axles) and the manager in this store was absolutely terrific in every regard. She was tenacious and professional throughout the entire process. We took the time to pick up a few other items and we found the shelves were fully stocked and in order. Very impressive effort going on in this location. A pleasant and rewarding retail experience, wow!
I had to bring an alternator in from my son's truck to be tested. Everyone there was super friendly and very helpful. The alternator ended up being bad , but it was under warranty. The exchange was simple and quick.
Walked-in needing a battery for my motorcycle, they accommodated me very quickly. I asked a few questions got some great answers, and best of all the price was great! The employees there were very helpful and very nice.Thank you 😃
Needed fuel pump, 77 cj5 4.2. Nobody around had one in stock. Except auto zone. Debbie at the counter had me in and out no time. Original pump still on jeep, cant kill these things. Almost 50 years old. They had correct part , installed 15 mins later, back to running. Price was good . Might just start getting stuff from there. Thanks debbie.
Customer service at this location is phenomenal. I do business pretty much daily at this specific location reason being how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is. Great customer service and a real delight to shop there.
Told me they couldnt change out my battery, that my car had to go to a mechanic or the dealership. 🤔( which added stress )
I called o' reily and auto zone and both said they could easily change it. I ended up at auto zone and it took all of 14 minutes.
Store was brightly lit and clean. Staff was very helpful. They ordered some parts in for me and had them ready the same day. Adam, the manager, was very helpful.
the people working there no NOTHING about cars. sold us wrong parts. then said he never sold them to us. id go to another if u have a choice , Edit....... the store is always clean . i just had a bad sales person i beieve , i always have good luck with the parys inventory here so imma edit my stars. But i would look at other reviews, the heavy set fellow is not a good fit for advance auto , hes never in a good mood , says things he shouldnt , and does not go over and beyond for any cutomer. when hes gone ill be back and give 5 stars
I ran into grab a toggle switch for my golf cart and found it easy enough. Grabbed my part and went to the register at the front of the store where two gentlemen were working and said hello. One guy on the phone the other standing at the computer next to me. Neither one of them acknowledged me as I stood there for 5 minutes. Another gentleman walks in and is immediately greeted and assisted by the guy next to me at the computer. Still waited, no service no eye contact by either one, took the toggle switch back and left. Thank you for making Auto Zone my new choice. I am a retired Navy guy and a little browner than most and I am often asked if I speak english (lol) and I am not saying that it had anything to do with my service but I am also saying its not.
I tried to pay online for my order the night before, but didn't put my card info correctly. I still had the items in my cart. I showed my online discount, and they still honored it! Win-win for me!
I love advance auto, more than any other auto parts store. I've always had a pleasant experience and the workers there always are so friendly and very helpful. Yesterday I went to buy spark plugs for my trailblazer and I had my 4 year old daughter with me, she was looking around at the candy and usually I don't get it in there since it's a little more expensive, she wanted this pack of gummy bears and the gentlemen (I didn't get his name) that was waiting on me told her she could have them. He was super friendly and had a smile on his face the whole time.
Had two trolling motor batteries fail after 1 year and 3 months of little use and good care. The warranty was one year, but to have two of them fail tells me that they are selling junk. They would not give me a reasonable discount on new batteries. Last set of batteries lasted seven years. I won't be back.
Every question I asked the employees they had no idea. Everything from a gas cap cover to a camera system. Definitely not wasting my money here. the benefit of going to these places is being able to ask questions and being given expert advice...I might as well use the website they've been advertising on TV to get half price parts delivered to my house because it's the same thing for half the cost if I'm not going to receive any information or input from the employee why am I paying a markup...
This was the absolute best experience at an Advance Auto. Joe took the time to willingly help me find exactly what I needed as well as give me tips on the things I picked up but probably didn't need so much 🤣 This will be my go to location from here on out! Thanks so much Joe!!! You rock!!!
They are the best! Had the car checked over by the dealership earlier in the day then got the needed parts at Advance Auto. Needed a battery and they installed it. Needed an air filter and the gentleman installed it. Had windshield wipers to put on and he did that too and showed me how! Good prices; great service! And really nice people. Have been a regular customer for years and will be so for years.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. I purchased windshield wipers and the clerk walked out to my car compared my old wipers to the new ones to make sure they matchedand then proceeded to install the new ones for me at no charge.
It's always a pleasure to do business with this company. They are pleasant, address your problems efficiently and solve them right there or send you to someone who may be able to help...even in a Sunday in the 29576 area! That's where I tend to go for my auto supplies and advice.
