While traveling home to NC with my elderly mom and grandkids, our car broke down near Florence, SC. Our driver and backup driver were prompt, polite, and professional. They took us to a nearby motel and made sure we were safe and secure before leaving. Well done guys! Not all heroes wear capes.

I asked AAA for a local shop versus the dealership, and was quickly directed to DunRite. Super friendly and Professional, and I watched them deal with customers for half a day. When we had to overnight parts, they gave us a lift to the hotel. Way beyond the call. Highly Recommended!

Broke down at the beach on busy weekend , called DunRite towing out of Florence my home town. Great customer service , very professional , they gave me a ride back in the Wrecker. It was expensive but no more than any other towing service. Will definitely use them again , hopefully I won’t have to!

We were broke down on the side of highway 76 with a trailer on memorial weekend & one of their drivers -Buddy, showed up & went above & beyond to take care of us!! Fast & professional is an understatement!!
This team was super quick! They communicated with me every step of the way when I needed a tow as my car suddenly stopped and started leaking gas. I was expecting to wait hours given that it was around 7pm. I was happily surprised when they reached out and had a driver assigned within less than 30 minutes. They even had a mix up where they assigned two drivers. Instead of me having to explain everything twice, the original driver made sure to get all the information to relay it to the new person. They were knowledgeable about where my car could be towed after hours. Icing on the cake, the driver was able to help me get my car seat out of the vehicle as I didn’t want to get back in it with the overwhelming gas smell. Great experience that made my car troubles a little less worrisome.
Teddy ( I believe his name was) saved the day today- my tire went from 25+ to 0 psi in minutes while driving yesterday. Thankfully I was able to make it home and the crew was willing to give me a tow late Saturday night however we rescheduled to Sunday morning and all the staff that I spoke to on the phone could not have been more polite. They clearly indicated the arrive time and took my car safely from point a to b. Could not be more impressed with their service- would highly recommend!!
Had a great experience with them late on a Saturday night. They drove 1.5 hours to pick us up in Myrtle Beach at midnight and took us back (with our car in tow) to Florence. The driver was communicative and polite. Would recommend.

I love this towing company because I called this morning about a battery for a vehicle that I have in my garage my battery to my truck has been dead for I don't even know how long because I just found out today that the battery died in my truck because I have another vehicle that I drive on a daily basis then the vehicle that I'm talking about right now and when I called this towing company Johnny Godwin came right on time gave us a little jump off and that was it

Amazing service. Ran out of fuel trusting these dam electric gauges. Came to me witching 30 minutes and stayed with me until he heard the engine turn over. Joe was an awesome guy. 5 stars all day everyday

Their name says it all! If you are ever stuck on the side of 95, call Dun-Rite first. They are wonderful people with impeccable service. They have a flat bed towing truck, are able to pull your camper while towing your truck, and have a shuttle that will accommodate a family of six. Their service shop includes a waiting room with toys, TV, and coffee. We could not have asked for better help after finding ourselves in a less than ideal situation with our four kids.
