At first, because of a simple miscommunication, I thought things ended badly. But my concerns were acknowledged and handled with care and professionalism. Mike was attentive and as soon as he realized there was a misunderstanding, he got to work on sorting it. Things happen and things can get misconstrued but what matters is how those moments are handled. And in this case, it was handled, I believe, in the best way possible.
This place was VERY unprofessional!!!! Inspite of what the reviews reflect!! The lady that answered phone and serviced me or should I say disserviced me had a terrible attitude !! Even hung up on me... Had someone come out for a tow that didn't reflect quote she gave at all!! So who's the MIKE guy that's so nice?? Because if this so..why would he allow someone sooo rude and disrespectful to be apart of his team!!
Mike was a delight, kind and nice, and quick too. I appreciate him coming out on a rain day and helping me and my step dad out.
