My car needed to be towed on yesterday and I called several companies and Affordable was the most affordable after speaking with the dispatcher they were book but was able to fit me in sooner than expected! There services from start to finish was AMAZING!! The Tow truck driver was very helpful, polite and made me smile after having a day dealing with my car. Friendly service on the phone. Clear instructions and they ask clarifying questions to make sure that can actually assist with the tow. Accurate estimate and reasonable charge. Also incredibly prompt which might have just been lucky for me, but either way I highly recommend!

Towed my truck just yesterday. Put a hole in my tire while doing so. I drove off the lot without realizing it and got a half a mile before pulling over to inspect a flat tire. I called and was told to “take him to court”. I don’t have time to do that over a flat tire but would like to state my experience at least. The owner is a grumpy little man with no clue about customer service. -100 stars if I could do it.
Took 30 minutes just to get the information correct to the staff ! Had to repeat myself over & over !! Then waited another 45 minutes for a driver to call me with a Texas number, had no idea who that was & no answer when I tried to call back ! Finally someone in the parking lot jump started us but they charge up front , No Refunds !! Worst service ever !! What a rip off !!

I recently had radiator troubles and had to call a tow truck for the first time in my life. The dispatch service was super friendly, and the tow truck driver Quinton showed up quickly despite it being rush hour. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Hope to never need a tow again, but if I do, I would definitely call this company again.
WISH I COULD PUT 0 STARS!! This company needs to get their business license taken away!! I recently got my car towed by this company and the tow truck driver, who is apparently the owner according to him, was very nasty to me and another african American gentleman who he had car hooked up in front of him. Being very argumentative, calling us racial slurs, the N word to be specific, while the guy was just trying to plead with him that he lives there and the car is a rental he just got and his apartment sticker is on his car in the shop. While i was just trying to figure out where the tow company was at so i could get my car. It felt like the guy was trying to get us to get out of character so he could get police involved but thankfully me and the gentleman kept our composure. Now normally any real tow truck driver will only drop the vehicle once a fee is paid but this guy didnt even give the option for the guy. It was like he was maliciously trying to ruin ppls night/day. Fast forward, i find out where my car is held and i get there to see the same guy hurrying up to close the fence as if he doesnt know why im there for. I proceed to talk to this guy calmly telling him i have the money can u just let me get my car. He then tells me no because i was yelling at him back at the complex which i wasnt. Again, a real tow truck driver is going to give u your car once u pay the fee. Here i am offering to pay the money and the guy STILL proceeded to say he’s not giving me my car and to wait til the morning which they didnt open til after i go to work. I never felt more disrespected and attacked like i did that night. This guy was Just trying to make things worst than what it needed to be for jo reason and ppl like him do not need to be in business or dealing with anybody in the outside world! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!
While waiting in this business parking lot. One of the drivers dog's got loose and got hold of a chicken bone. Driver turns to me and yells asking if I threw chicken bones on the ground. Mind you I was just sitting in the car, and also I'm a African American man. This place is truly racist
Wrongfully Towed my ex-wife’s vehicle off the apartment property without even checking for an apartment sticker which was visible. Ex wife had to walk my kids to school and she missed a day of work. I couldn’t assist bc I’m working out of town for Boeing in St Louis Mo. All they had to say about it was, we’ll get her car back to her when we have a truck available. No apology. No remorse. She Will be filing a claim for the inconvenience.
Our work truck was towed here after an accident. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! She even help us move a few of the items from our truck. It was not what we expected at all and helped ease some of a difficult situation
Do not use this people. This people are thiefs they have a mafia with apartments complex and they remove cars without reasons and they want to charge over 300 dollars to recover your own vehicle. Do not try this garbage people
I'm a local personal injury attorney. My client was involved in a collision that we thought an Affordable tow truck driver may have witnessed. My client reached out to them; and within 15 minutes, I received a telephone call from Robbie, the driver. As it turns out, he didn't see the impact; but what struck me about this gentlemen was his professionalism in having the courtesy to give me a quick call to discuss what he did see, to assist in the investigation. He was well spoken, professional, and presented himself well. I'm can only imaging that he would be polite and professional when handling towing and other business on behalf of Affordable Towing. When people have been in an auto collision, they need polite and professional tow truck company employees to deal with them, as the tow company has possession of the vehicle and their belongings in some cases, for a short period of time following a collision. Therefore, I would recommend them for their promptness and professionalism.

Called and tried to get some info about towing a vehicle. Tried to explain a situation and could not get a word in because the person I was speaking with liked to hear themselves and dominate the conversation. I kindly thanked him and found another towing company! Would not recommend
After a long drive with my wife and three small children. We stopped at the Best Western in N. Charleston. Upon arrival the parking lot was filled to max except 2 spots. The slots were next to a truck with a car trailer that was parked horizontally across 5 spots, I myself drive a Escalade ESV . So I ended up taking two slots due to the way the truck/trailer was parked. I informed the desk clerk at that time and was given the go ahead . At 0100 I was awaken by the front desk informing me I was getting ready to be towed . Came down explained to them I got the ok from the previous shift not even two prior when we checked in . Upon going outside I tried to explain to the tow truck guy , it fell on deaf ears . He told me if I couldn’t get my truck in one spot I shouldn’t be driving . Not one time did he take in consideration the Disabled Veteran tag nor the handicap placard . After going back and forth with him for a few minutes he made the comment “That’s why I don’t deal with you people!” ,really in 2018 !!! Stay far away from this company if you can . This is the ignorant mindset that has become a cancer in our nation . The nation that put my life on the line for. So you don’t like dealing with “you people”, the people who fight for you to have freedom of speech( no matter how ignorant it is )or to live in a democracy !!!!!!’
Our Sierra Z71 was towed there by the rotation services set up publicly after a wild driver flew through a RED light & totaled it (& almost myself) out. The officer issued this man citations even. When we called about our truck after I was finally discharged from the trauma unit at hospital, these people were most likely the ABSOLUTE RUDEST I've ever spoken with. The lady was not only hateful, she spoke very loud to me & on top of me then just put me on hold only to transfer me to the owner who was yet even more hateful, loud spoken & rude.
I am a HIGHLY educated lady with multiple degrees from top ranked Universities & was spoken to as if I were literal trash. Not to mention, my fiance, who was the owner of the vehicle, is a US NAVY VETERAN who served on 15+ deployments, defending this great nation we enjoy & the luxuries we have.
Even though, there is NOT 1 PERSON who deserves this bottom level of LACK of Customer Service.
NEVER use these people by choice.

RASCIST MAYBE?!!!!!!This place doesn’t seem to like to business with BLACk people respectfully. They seem very “entitled.” And want you to know it. I had to draw my weapon because the owner threatened me, open the door to my brand new BMW while I was in it and try to get me out! Cops came and handle the situation accordingly. These guys are awesome!! On the day of the snow storm in Charleston my sister got in an accident; no one could bring her home. The police called Affordable Towing to get her towed. They towed the car, and then went out of their way to make sure she was safe, by bringing her home themselves! They even gave her snacks, and made sure she was safe, calm and comfortable. Incredible, wonderful service!

Richard was my tow driver and he had a fast respond time, and worked fast to get my vehicle on route to where it needed to go. Definitely highly recommend these guys.
A group of other people who were in a separate wreck before my accident had called another company Platinum towing and these guys showed up and picked mine up and left before they even got there
Professional and courteous - both the woman (whose name I did not get) who answered the phone and coordinated the tow and Richard, the driver. Richard handled the tow with skill and care and did an excellent job (which if you've never had a bad tow, there is a big difference.) All for a very reasonable price. I have Affordable Towing's number saved should the need arise in the future and I certainly recommend them to anyone else needing a tow.
