Have had the membership for a few years and have never needed it… until last night. They were quick and responsive even when I called at 10pm. 110% recommend.
You guys are awesome and I forgot the name of my tow captain from today but huge thanks! I never have to wait long for you guys and can't believe a exhaust pipe that split caused me to be stranded but that's what having this membership is all about! Will went out of his way to help and get our boat back to the landing went it quit running in the harbor!! Highly recommend if you need boat towing in Charleston!!

Captain Phil’s professionalism and seamanship were only matched my his dedication to saving my craft and ensuring the safety of my crew. Before anything.... he made sure myself and my crew were warm, hydrated, and safe. After that, he got my boat back into safe water. From the time I made the vhf call to the time captain Phil had the job completed MIGHT have been 40 minutes. Unbelievable and unmatched service and professionalism. Nice knowing they are out there.

Best piece of mind insurance to have if you have a boat. Have had their service got a few years and never needed it, today that changed. They were very polite and professional the whole time. Thru arrived at my boat in about 20 minutes and tried to help get it running. Without success we prepared for the tow back. We were towed back to the dock without any issues and put on position for easy trailer loading, couldn’t thank the captain enough.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Capt. Jewell saved the day. Trying to trailer my boat to get out of the way of Dorian. And my engine quit. I called Boat US and he was there in 20 minutes. Got me to my ramp and helped me trailer it with a nudge from his boat.

Cpt. Phil help tow my boat up river for the storm coming. This is the second time I have had to use him. He is very knowledgeable and patient getting my boat safe. They are not afraid of hard work and not damaging your boat.
If possible ask for Cpt. Phil. The best out there.

Captain Will showed up before within 20 minutes of our call with exactly what we needed. We had run out of fuel and he brought plenty for us. He also followed us for awhile just to make sure we were good. Highly recommend Capt. Will!
Captain Phil was awesome! He had to take me from the dock to the ramp to pull my boat out for repairs. He chatted with us while we waited for the boat to drain and helped untie. Then he towed the boat to the ramp while we came around with the trailer. When we got to the ramp he was so patient when I had to back the trailer up three times to get it right. Shout out to Steve also for letting me reschedule. I definitely recommend these guys. I would give six stars if I could!
Was out with the family on Charleston Harbor when the boat suddenly shut down and wouldn’t restart late on a Sunday night. Called Tow Boat US, and they had a boat to me within half an hour. It was going to take about 3-4 hours to tow us back to Leeds Avenue so Captain Will happily dropped my family off at The City Marina. Thank you Tow Boat US and thank you Captain Will! I don’t know what I would’ve done without you!
I own a houseboat (Gibson 42' Sport). Blew out the starboard motor and limped in to the outer dock at my marina. Boat US sent out a crew to get me back to my slip. Considering the size of my boat and the channel through the marina, they did an amazing job. Nice fellas. Courteous. Fast. Professional.
We ran aground on the Ashley River on Friday evening. Called towboatUS and Jason responded. Got us off and lead us back to our marina in the dark. He was awesome! If you don’t have a membership with towboatUS get one!
I am a TowBoat US member and was struck by Maritime Services of Charleston while they were towing a vessel while our boat was securely tied up in a slip. I had to sue Steve Little DBA Maritime Services of Charleston to get him to pay for the damage his operator caused. BEWARE!
