While helpful the part was bad sent a replacement it was bad to. Tried telling me I had a different problem then the part. Getting a refund will now cost me money. Not happy. If it was a different problem I definitely wouldn't have bought the same part from caterpillar this week for $1280 this week. My winch pump is out won't move oil they sent 2 bad pumps so I ordered a brand new pump

Put the new pump in from cat today. Pump works now winch has oil being pumped to it. My problem isn't that I received 2 pumps that were bad my problem is being told I had a different problem and to get a refund I have to ship both pumps back then will receive a refund pretty sure not being reimbursed for shipping. I completely understand the pumps not working that is not the issue it's jumping through hoops to get $231 back. The pumps were bad and easily could be noticed. The shaft should not move in and out at all and both pumps the shaft had a half inch movement in them. I buy used parts a lot from several places this will not be a place I buy from again due to the problem with getting a refund
Just found out about this place and I already have a tractor part I have been trying to get for years elsewhere. Great people inside as well. In fact, my tire was low on my car and their employee noticed and pumped it up. Doesn't get any better than this.
Needed a new bush hog for my tractor. The staff were very friendly and explained the different models that they had. I bought a 6 ft model , works great.
