I first want to say that Mrs. Lila truly made my entire day. She was very informative and extremely helpful. I had multiple questions and concerns, but she never showed any sign of impatience. Instead, she remained kind, patient, and attentive the entire time. She has such an amazing spirit and was incredibly welcoming from the moment I met her on the sales floor. I actually came in having a rough day, but her positive attitude and great customer service completely turned it around. Because of this experience, I will definitely continue to shop at this O'Reilly Auto Parts location. It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at an O’Reilly.

Arrived at O’Reillys on Redbank Road in Goose Creek in the middle of the night shortly before closing due to a failed headlight. Didn’t want to take the chance of being pulled over by the police and was assisted when I arrived by an associate named Connor who heloed me with choosing the correct headlight for my Tahoe. He provided the most excellent customer service and provided me with answers to concerns I had in regards to my headlights and vehicle .He was very polite & I’m very thankful that he was able to assist me and save me from a ticket !!! He definitely went above & beyond his call of duty that night and I’m forever grateful Thanks Connor.!!!You’re the best.!!!!!!!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at O’Reilly’s thanks to Delroy! I came in just 15 minutes before closing needing a new battery, and instead of rushing me out the door, he greeted me with the most positive and upbeat attitude. He quickly changed and installed my battery right there on the spot, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. In a world where customer service can be hard to find, Delroy went above and beyond. Thank you for saving my evening!

Let me start by saying I very very rarely leave a one star. I called before I came and asked about the free installation of windshield wipers. I then waited till there was nothing but a trickle if you can even call it that. After I was ready to pay for my items and asked about the free installation again Amber told me she did not go in the rain. I told her I do not know how to do it and I'm going to pick up my children it would be very helpful. She then said she was not going out. I work in customer service and this is not how you treat people don't working customer service when you don't want to help them. Amber was not the one who answered the phone I asked for that person but they had already left. It was really uncalled for the way she was getting irritated because I asked her twice.

Connor was a nice gentleman to two ladies that did not know the first thing about a car. He took his time listen to our concerns and even went the further mile to educate us on how to avoid the problem in the future. Claps to Connor ?? THATS A GOOD MAN SAVANNAH!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Connor at O'Reilly Auto Parts. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and was eager to assist us. He took the time to listen to our needs and made sure we found the perfect air filter and oil filter for our truck. What truly stood out to me was Connor's kindness and thoughtfulness. As a disabled veteran, I was pleasantly surprised when he offered us a military discount (since my husband is Active Duty). It's gestures like these that truly make a difference and show appreciation for those who have served our country. Thank you. Connor's professionalism and exceptional customer service skills are truly commendable. I left O'Reilly Auto Parts feeling satisfied and grateful for the outstanding service we received. My husband's work truck broke down this morning and luckily he made it to O'Reillys in Goose Creek on Red Back. Said whole experience was ridiculous. Lady didn't want to service battery because it had a bracket across it. Which he was able to get off before she could get back inside. She didn't even try to help. Then his work called to pay for the parts over the phone and they wouldn't take the payment over the phone. He had to pay out of pocket. Lady was just very unhelpful. It was a company truck with company name on the side that matched the card being called in. Thankful O'Reilly had the parts but disappointed in the Employee and how unprofessional she was.

I was sold a set of l.e.d lights, when I went to install them in the parking lot the box was empty, they acted like I was the one whom stole them, of course they were all stuffing their faces with chips, definitely won't return

The 40 year waste water Road construction makes the parking lot hard to enter. Understand that's no fault of the store and very little to do with the low score and or rating but more the lack of experience

Had to return my battery for the core charge after a few weeks of being so busy that I forgot all about it, and lost the receipt. The gentleman behind the counter was so friendly!

Very disappointed when I went to purchase steering fluid & was not acknowledged when I came in the door or when I got in line & I was the only one waiting in line, I waited patiently as 2 workers were helping one cust & still never said " I'll be right wth you or how may I help you" so I took a slow walk out & still nothing was said. Called back & lady answered & ask if I was holding on the phone, I told her I was right in your store. So will be going to advanced auto parts or auto zone for my car parts.

I went to O'Reilly's earlier today to get my battery tested, and ended up having to get a new battery. It was a great experience because of the Top Notch customer service I received from Gregg. He was very professional, and educated me on some things to help my new battery last longer. The experience has made me forever grateful, and from now on if I have any car issues I will go to O'Reilly's everytime.

Got an oil filter for my 2004 Mini Cooper S from autozone which said it would fit. And it did not. Came here and they had some that fit and even offered to check the fit. Also military discount helps a lot.

Who ever said easy in and out was crazy. Must had been employee cause nothing easy that must be why there's three or four weeks every week. And they have bodies with out parts.but they will find it in another store you know everyone can wait
