Amazing service, they helped me when other auto parts stores weren’t even willing to check out my battery to see what the issue was. As a female, I already get nervous going into these stores but Dan, I believe his name, was amazing and I’m definitely coming back to them over other companies.

I stopped in O'Reilly auto parts, Goose Creek today with a burn out headlight. Being a senior, female, Kenny the sales associate came to the rescue. He was pleasant, professional and sooooo helpful in fixing the problem. Thank you, from a happy customer.

I went in to get some power steering fluid for my 2008 vehicle and the cap of the reservoir broke when I took it off. I went back inside spoke with Kaleb he looked and found two universal caps however the dip stick on both were too long. I said thank you for your attempt. I appreciate your service and then he goes above and beyond and tells me to hang on and gets online and went to Blue and Gold auto salvage website to resolve my problem I hope the management team realizes what an asset Kaleb is and would be to any company

I am a customer of these stores, and generally when I have bought a product in another store they have helped me replace it, today I visited this store and it is the 3rd time that I change the low beam of my vehicle with Reily, and for the first time it did not bother me They have helped change it! I decided not to buy it, go to another of their stores where they have always been friendly and of course I will not return to this address

This is an excellent parts store to grab parts from locally. They price match with any actual store in the area. I had my battery and and wiper blades replaced by guy named Randy who was a tremendous help! I was in and out in less then 30 minutes.

They sold me a use wheel bearing that kept heating up causing my lug nuts to come loose. The bearing was burnt when I purchased it. And they did not care if I had money to buy another or a ride to get back there to get another bearing. This was the worst service I ever experienced. The manager was rude, a know it all, and wasn't there when I made the purchase. I had 4 bearing in the last 2 weeks. The passenger side was good the first time but the driver side had to be replace 3 different times. I had to pay my mechanic 3 different time because of there negligence. As consumer this is not fair have to lose money because of them. I also had to pay a tire shop to realign my wheel because of this. I lost 300 plus dollars extra because of them.

Do NOT buy any products from them that are refurbished because they don't even give you a 90 day warranty. We bought an altenator that was refurbished for $130 & two months later it broke. The store won't exchange it for another one and didn't bother to tell us when we bought it that it was sold as is. Needless to say I won't be buying from them again.

Spoke to employee via phone. He stated that they do not carry Motorcraft oil. I later see on website that infact they do carry Motocraft. I attempt to call back numerous times and get disconnected. I arrive at store to find it closed at 4:30pm. The posted hours for Saturday are 7:30am-9pm.

Conveniently located there are two in Goose Creek now. O'Reilly's Auto Parts if they don't have it on hand they can get it normally the next business day by noon or 1:00 depending on traffic around here they're very knowledgeable I would recommend it friendly yes!! The staff is always helpful, they never talk down to me and they always have what I'm looking for. If I ever need help with something they're always available to come out to my car and give me a hand.

Poor customer service I rented a tool from MC location went to return it to gc location and the manager Jenna wouldn't except it cause it looked like it had damaged ...well jenna how about you guys don't rent out damaged looking tools or have a better system with your other stores orileys lost my business just for the principal of the situation

Bad customer service. Faulty battery leaking battery acid and they tried to blame me. They installed the dang thing. If it was tightened too tight, they would have been the ones to have tightened it. Battery tested good so would not be warrantied. Start thinking about shopping elsewhere before coming here.

It had surprisingly everything we needed for my friend LS2 and didn't have to wait for it from another store. The lady at the register was helpful and knowledgeable too boot.

I use this location in a pinch, not for any other reason but because I've been lucky. I broke a mower belt and needed to match the one I had. They sold me a replacement and the yard was finished. Usually you would expect to buy a mower belt at Lowe's, but it turns out they didn't stock them. For the shade tree mechanics out there, they offer a convenient way to recycle used motor oil and filters. That always makes me feel better than perhaps placing it in the landfill.

I just went by the store and bought a battery and asked if they could install because I didnt have any tools the girl that sold me the battery let out an audible sigh as if it was inconveniencing her so I asked for the tools and did it my self. Wont go there again.

Came in here at 9 the other night to pick up a propane tank with a friend. Won't be returning or recommending anyone visits this store until management fixes their employees attitude and behavior. Highly inappropriate to assume customers are up to nefarious activities whether inside or outside of the store. Punk is lucky he hid his name tape so I couldn't catch it for this review(glasses, short, husky-ish with bowl cut) Next time humble yourself when talking to a customer. Take your money elsewhere, trust me.

I have had better experiences in the past but recently i went in and needed to get some light bulbs. I had already removed the assembly and read the back which required 2 different bulbs. When i told the lady what i needed, she proceeded to look up what i needed. Once she was done. She told me i only need 1 type of bulb, i said i have already removed the assembly, i need both type, she then continued to to tell me that her computer said i don't need the other ones which i know i did. After going over to the light bulbs, I needed to get four to which she only had three in stock. I asked her if she would be willing to mark down a higher light bulb at a lower price so that I could get all four. She looked straight at me, with an unpleasant tone and said why would I mark that down, it's a higher bulb for a higher price. I put all the bulbs back and went to Autozone. The disrespect was unreal that day.

The manager is one of the smartest people I know. It's rare for me to find someone in a store like this that actually knows more about repairs than most mechanics. Ask her a question...she will give you the answer, get you the part, or point you in the right direction. This is the only parts store I visit. No sense in going anywhere else.

Piss poor atmosphere. Every time i go here everyone working has a bad attitude and could care less. I was just waiting patiently to use the code scanner for my check engine light. The manager has no patience and when another employee asked if he could come read it for me the manager (While on the phone) said it could wait. I will stick with Advance for my needs.

every time i go here they are extremely nice and say hello when you walk in. They make me feel welcomed and do their best to accommodate my needs. they even go through the trouble of tracking down where to find parts i need when they don't have them in stock. I recommend this business to everyone who shows the need because of my exceptional experiences with them at any location I've been to (I've been to them everywhere from Washington State to here and never had a bad experience with them)

I have shopped at O'Reilly's for a very long time and this location is a good example for the chain. I have been greeted every time I enter the store, and when they aren't swamped, the employees always ask if they can help. Their assistant manager did a great job on my brake rotor resurface and they have always been great with returns.
