Today my car had an issue that resulted in me needing a tow. I googled tow companies and got a list. I picked Dooley Towing and hit the lottery. They gave excellent customer service, easy cashless payment options and and kept their WORD on how long it would take even with the bad weather. They are a 10/10 HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They will be my first call if I ever need a tow again. Its not too often I write reviews but I had to do it. Thank you to the entire team for your help.

Blew a tire on the way to work. I was just getting my spare out when the truck happened to roll by and immediately swing around to check if I needed help. The young man, I believe his name is Mo; very friendly, fast, and a great example of top tier customer care!

Moe, is very professional, friendly, and good customer service. The most appreciated thing Moe did is call me on two occasions one to let me know if I had a ride to the dealership( he could not provide because there was not no room for me) which my insurance company should have stated and the second phone call to ask if the address my insurance company gave him was right or wrong; however my insurance company gave him the wrong address. I very grateful and appreciate for him to call because my car would have been somewhere else when I get to the dealership. That is good customer services and I thank him for delivering my car safely and arriving quickly as I anticipated. We arrive at the dealership approximately the same time due to the insurance company mis-communication about the address where the vehicle needed to go.
From the very start everyone I spoke with and my husband spoke with were very kind and professional. Always very communicative. By far the best experience with any towing company.
Mo came and carefully picked up my car to avoid any damages or scratches. He was very delicate and his work ethic was just out of this world. He was very conversational and was like a friend! 10/10 service!!! I can't recommend him enough! He explained everything very simply and helped me so much!!!
Mo is absolutely amazing! And so is the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone. They came and picked up my vehicle immediately and did everything in their power to keep me from having to Uber back up to them to bring them the keys. But I told them my battery was completely dead, wouldn’t turn on at all on Saturday after my daughters birthday party and that I had the keys with me, but I wasn’t sure how they would help since there wasn’t anyway to put it into neutral, since it’s a computerized automatic…how I miss manual shift. But this company and their employees are kind, helpful, quick, and just all around Incredible! If I ever need a tow again, they will be my first call! Thank you all so much!
I had a bad accident in a dangerous area of 526, my contracted towing company was delayed. I had waited more than two hours with my car barely out of the passing lane. Jordan stopped and offered to assist, although my contracted tow company called me while talking to Jordan and assured me they were close. He stayed behind my vehicle with his lights on until my tow company pulled in, backed up and picked my car up!!! My hats off to Jordan and Dooley towing! I think I just might give them a call next week when I need to tow a other vehicle to the shop (blown engine on the Don Holt two weeks previously).
My car was towed they were very efficient and very professional. He made sure it was delivered and took a picture of it with a messaged and it was safely delivered.
Well it’s never an easy target when your car brakes down on the middle of your work day, but when you get the right person everything goes smoothly. This young man not only was extremely respectful ( well done Momma) but very engaging on any conversation omw home. I just have to say that you guys save my life today. Richard especially. My car quit working out of nowhere and I needed a tow very quickly. He came to my work, got my key and went back to where my car was and towed it very quickly to my mechanic. He was quick, efficient and very professional. I will definitely use this company again and I will definitely ask for Richard in the future.
I had to tow my car 4 hours away to North Carolina... I scheduled a tow in advance back in August with AAA and I had to cancel that tow the day of and felt horrible. I scheduled another tow with AAA on Tuesday for Wednesday and I got a notification that they were still looking for a company the day of which was still going on almost 2 hours after the original pickup time.I requested Dooley just because the communication was great and I also felt horrible for having to cancel previously. The day of I received a notification they were still looking for a company and after 2 hours of fighting with AAA they finally called Dooley like I asked them to do multiple times. Dooley showed up in less than 30 mins from getting the call and the driver T made the 4 hour ride less stressful. For having to ride in a tow truck for 4 hours, it was a great ride and I am a Dooley customer for life. I would also recommend a tow with T if you can.

Dave did an amazing job changing my tire to the spare, instead of needing a tow. He even patched up the hole, but there was still a leak. He was very personable and helpful. He arrived in like 5 minutes too. If they don't answer the call they will text you and dispatch someone ASAP. I definitely recommend Dooley Towing!
Can’t even thank you enough. very fast very professional took great care of my vehicle and were very careful unloading it. Best prices I’ve ever gotten around and I’ve unfortunately had a lot of vehicles towed lol. But from now on will only be contacting Dooley towing best in the business hands down. If you need a tow these are your guys to call. Won’t be disappointed with their services. Yaz also went out of his way to recommend a great honest mechanic.
