I was so please with the way the staff was thorough in looking up my part information. Some places give up when it’s not an easy answer but the staff worked together to make sure I was leaving with exactly what I needed.
My starter crapped out in the parking lot with my 5-year-old son in the truck when it was 35° outside.
I bought a refurbished starter with a lifetime warranty for a pretty good deal. I knew my starter was dying. I went to go start up the truck and my old starter died out.
They allowed my son to sit at the counter and draw pictures and stay warm while I swapped it out. You don't get customer service like that very often every single one of them deserve a raise. This happened February 5th 2026 at about 5:00.
I want sincerely thank the staff!! Y'all have my business from now on.

So basically when I got off I went to parks auto at 207 S goose creek blvd for a receipt on my radiator. It took me a while to get there from leads avenue due to heavy traffic but I made it on time at 5:57 soon as i parked at the parking lot an employee looked at me through the window, locked the doors, shook his head and said were closed. Mind you they close at 6 so I told him that and he mouthed we closed for 40 seconds than he got his manager from the back and he was telling me the same thing and I told him that yall don’t close and we argue back and forth i tried to tell him I can’t hear you at all through the glass you gotta open the door so I can hear than I believed the man mouthed meet me in the back while pointing his thumb to the back door. i said that ain’t right so I called my mother and she said get corporate number and see what that park’s number is. Then someone else pulled up still not hit 6 yet, he said he bought a part over the phone, he ain’t let them in neither than they was on the phone with someone then we left.
I had a very nice experience....I usually go to the one on rivers, but today they lost my business....I will return to this one Kenny was very nice and helped me out tremendously, and the two women that were working also were very kind and very helpful.....I have never had trouble at parks before and I buy all my parts for my car at parks....thank you again Kenny, and you 2 wonderful ladies and I will see yall next time....keep up the good work and God bless you all.....
This was my first visit to a Parks Auto as I was looking for a specific ACDelco part. The folks at the Goose Creek location were tremendously helpful. Left there with a new favorite parts store.
The staff is very patient and down to earth. I called on two different occasions about rotors for my car and both times the employees were pleasant and professional.
Good parts store. The location is almost impossible to access during rush hour though. And y'all need a website that lists inventory. Every other parts store has one
The parts specialists are very knowledgeable. The prices are good too. Selection is a little lacking though, but in a pinch they have everything you need. But they are local and they just need a little update. Thanks for the Great Advice! I'll bring in my battery to check if it's time to replace it tomorrow.
I was stranded on a business trip when a spark plug blew out of my cylinder head. The exceptional staff got me everything I needed to complete the job in a nearby parking lot. They helped with all challenges throughout the repair process.
This is the best and friendliest auto parts store I have been to in the last year anywhere in the country.
I always enjoy stepping in here when I need some special tool or parts for my truck. Fixing your own vehicle is a lot like going to the doctor and waiting for a prognosis. Usually while an associate behind the computer searches for your parts, there is an awkward silence in anticipation of what the outcome will be. Not here, someone will always keep the conversation flowing. This helps to take your mind off your car troubles. Before you know it, you have your parts in hand and you're out the door. The only thing better than that, would be if they could have fixed your car for you.
Parks may be a little more expensive than your standard Walmart or similar, but the service is outstanding from this local family owned business. Friendly and knowledgeable counter help, and the ability to bring in needed parts from other locations. Ive shown up with nothing more than being numbers and they can match me up with what i need. Highly recommended!
The store is revamping with the change of managers. I would highly recommend this store. It is leaps and bounds better than it was. The people on the counter are knowledgeable and professional.
I highly recommend this store and its affiliates. We have been struggling with the wrong parts at various stores and these guys got it right the first time. They even measured the old part against the new part to assure we had what we needed before leaving the store. Thank you for going the extra mile and for the excellent customer service. Although we walked in unhappy and frustrated customers, we left with satisfaction do to their knowledge and pleasant demeanor. They were so helpful and down to earth. I’ve been shopping at parks for 30 years, but Mike (manager) at this location is to put it simply a grouch. He ordered a universal part for my car and when I told him I wanted the year specific he huffed and puffed about it. He said he would call me when it arrived, which he never did. When I called to asked if it was in a week later and asked why he didn’t call me, he hung up. Parks is a great store but this guy makes me not want to shop here.
You guys are awesome Keegan-Michael Tim Jonathan all great people great personalities and continue to give me great service and help me to always repair my car and keep it in top running condition.
The customer service was great, the conversation was right on time.
And the parts were correct .
What more could you ask for except for a cold complimentary bottle of water.
Will not be returning to this one. While browsing the store the biggest guy behind the counter is yelling and cursing what sounds to be customers over the phone and their drivers. Then I hear him tell someone at the counter “talk fast don’t rudder I’m busy as sh!$” so yes I walked out. Customer service is not their strong suit at the parks in goose creek. Never had a problem with the rivers one even when it seemed like they were slammed.
My steering wheel was vibrating at low speeds and progressively getting worse as my car accelerated on the highways. I have to drive on 3 highways to get to and from work everything so this was frightening to me. In addition, my steering wheel was feeling loose whenever I was driving down the road, making turns or negotiating dips in the road. So I called a local Discount tire shop. I was told the part would cost $230 and the labor was $75.00 So my husband did some digging and found out what the part needed was. My co-worker Diane Guthrie who has lived in Goose Creek for a while suggested we shop at Parks Auto Parts, which has been her go to store for autoparts for years.
Off to Parks Auto Parts we went @ 207 S Goose Creek Blvd, Goose Creek, SC. We were greeted by the Parts counter representatives who assisted us in finding the appropriate parts for our vehicle based on the "symptoms" of my car. I just thought it was "Man Talk".
We walked out of the store with a box containing my left front spindle hub bearing assembly for only $72.00 and to save on Labor the my husband replaced the old part with the new part in 15 minutes in our driveway in exchange for a steak and potatoes with gravy supper. Oh, we also picked up a new Car Radiator along the way for $100 . : )
The service was quick, the guys had extensive product knowledge, and we were in and out in very little time. Parks Auto Parts is close to our home so if we need additional parts in the future this store is just 2 miles away. We are pleased with the service, the location and the quality parts for low prices. This will definitely become our go to store for auto parts.
First time buying in this company the manager was super rude no sense of customer service I bought a part and I didn't have the receipt and he told he won't return any money because of receipt but right away I found it on my car and even with the receipt he refuse to get a refund because the part wasn't bought there, I don't get it isn't the same company? But that's fine if I don't get the refund from there what matters here is the treat to customer not a good place to go, at goose creek
