Thank you for helping me by replacing my son’s car battery. You were patient and kind, and it really touched my heart. In a world that moves so fast sometimes, it’s nice to encounter people willing to help.

Went to return oil I bought in another store and did not use because it was the wrong one, Assistant Manager Ashley cracked the seal on the top and opened it then proceeded to say she will not take used oil and the seal is cracked after SHE opened and broke the seal!

Luis was very helpful! Came in 3 separate times as a messenger while my car was being worked on and gave great service!

Thank you Devan for providing excellent customer service. From locating the right bulbs to my headlights and easy checkout to helping remove the old ones and installing the new in for me. I couldn’t do it without ya!

Ashley was super helpful. I’m basically vehicle illiterate and she helped guide me through changing my battery on my truck. Now I know first hand how much of a pain it can be, but having Ashley help made it so much easier!

I’d like to thank the assistant manager, Ashley, for taking her time out of her day to help me understand which bulbs for my brake and tail lights were out, locating them, providing a swift checkout, and most importantly showing and helping me understand how to replace them. I went to get some fuel system treatment for my truck, and it took me a few minutes to locate the item . I took it to the man working behind the counter and asked what it was for and suggested another brand . He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice place to go .

A really nice employee was using the computer on my boyfriend’s car and the manager came out and yelled at him for taking too long when we were there probably 5 minutes. Not coming back.

I'm 80 years old and I've been a Nappa guy for years. I slowly began trading at O'Reiley's a year or so ago and it's now my go-to parts source. Service top notch and the selection and quality of their parts great. They stock Wix filters which are the best you can buy. I'm now an O'Rieley's guy until I have a reason not to be.

Called the North Kingstown location and spoke with Aaron today. I called about an issue with my license plate and he assured me if I came right down he would do his best to assist me. He effectively and professionally helped me resolve my issue and devoted appropriate time to do so. I appreciate having such a great place minutes from my home to assist me in whatever car troubles or questions that may arise.

I always come to this location for any of my car issue needs because the customer service is above and beyond. I had the pleasure of Tim and a younger gentleman helping me today. He was very efficient and helped me find products in my price range and made my experience so quick and easy. I always recommend this location to friends and family.

Extremely helpful, and had my (very hard to find) part available for pick up in hours, not days! What a refreshing change.

In fact, after my initial dealings with them, I decided to join the O'Reilly team. Best decision ever!

This is my FAVORITE local parts store! This O’Reilly’s in Particular has VERY pleasant and helpful staff. “Adam” who answers the Phone is always extremely Calm, Friendly & Helpful. Has made my visits to part(s) stores a lot easier & less stressful! Thank you!

Staff was friendly. Found the battery I needed for my key fob and changed both of my key fob batteries out for me. I also saw another employee offer to change out the windshield wiper blades on another customer's car. Great and fast customer service.

Great chain, really good selection across product lines, extremely helpful. Just wish their ads reflected more discounts like theircompetition offers. But they've had what I needled when others didn't and if they didn't they still got it for me faster than anyone else.

Wow! Fabulous customer service. We knew we were at the right store when we watched the customer ahead of us in line (a young man) get awesome advice and help. We'll be back for all of our auto needs. And good luck to the young man with the Toyota oxygen sensor!

Great home town store, went in w. A problem w. A set of LED lights and the sales guy brian was a big help . Took his time to help me out . He went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. Gotta say thinks again . Will definitely be back for sure.

Honestly, as a female, I don't expect to walk out of an auto parts store feeling better than I did when I went in. The day I went to this location to purchase a new headlight, I'd had one of the most harrowing experiences of my life, and was not in the friendliest of moods. The staff here was very patient and accommodating, and helped me find the correct headlight at a good price without being patronizing. Such a relief. I actually felt lighter and had some faith in humanity restored. Many, many businesses could learn from the decency the staff at this location showed.

The person at the desk was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He helped us in no time. The part was not in stock at the moment, but they were going to have it the next morning. Very efficient. Great customer service

Just opened today. People were helpful and nice, and weren't trying to sell us. Have anything you could possibly need, clean, and lots of good prices. Took some pictures that I uploaded.
