It was so easy working with Quonset Auto for my car repair. I went through insurance and they handled everything. It was seamless. Jana & Molly are the best.

I was in a hit and run and they flawlessly removed all damage as well as alerting me about a dent I wasn’t aware of! They quoted me $150 to remove the dent and the rest went through the insurance of the other driver. They took initiative to remove tint glue that was stuck to the interior of my windshield! Will return if need something done to my car :)

I heard from family and friends that this auto body shop was the best in the area, and from my own experience I can see why. Friendly staff, responsive, affordable and timely. They even cleaned the outside and inside of our SUV after our issue was fixed, something I wasn't expecting but was pleasantly surprised to see.
No complaints here. Highly recommended.

In late December, my truck sustained notable damage in a freak accident which destroyed the windshield and front hood. I was extremely lucky to have it dropped off at Quonset Auto Body. From the very start, this business took great care of me and my vehicle. I have to say that Molly was absolutely fantastic! She communicated with me through every step of the process. She explained all the steps that involved the insurance company and kept me up to date as the repairs progressed. I would recommend this company without reservation for any auto body needs.

A really great auto body shop. Their estimate was the lowest but the work was excellent. They were extremely helpful and willing to do whatever they could to make your experience a good one. My car was ready when they said it would be and the bill was less than the estimate as they told me one repair didn't take the time they expected. I was happy with the orginal estimate and the bill was less than the estimate. The first time that had ever happened to me.

terrible customer service, i dropped my car off and haven’t been getting any progress updates what so ever. They said i could pick up my car on a specific day and said they will call me, and never called. I also never got a call that my car wasn’t going to be ready on that day either.

The body work was excellent, and Molly was so helpful! She provided the transportation I needed, and she did so with such a great attitude. She enhanced my experience at this business!

Molly and everyone at Quonset were professional and very nice. I received a quote and then took my car to them. The work was finished quickly and looks fantastic!
And they were honest and said my car was not as bad as they originally thought, so the quote was high and the actual expense much lower! I couldn't be happier.

I do not even know where to start with this review! From the moment our vehicle was dropped off for repairs after an accident, Melissa, Erik & the rest of the Quonset team have been nothing short of amazing! There was constant open communication about the stages of progress during our repair. We were informed about everything that had been damaged and what needed to be replaced/repaired. The level of professionalism and care from this team is nothing I have ever experienced before! And I do not want to forget to mention how clean our vehicle was when he came back to us! I do not think it was even that clean when we first purchased the vehicle used! Amazing job done by amazing people!

Nice place lack of communication bodywork looks good. Bad at detailing interior was cleaned with a dusty rag and exterior with a dirty rag. One of my rims was replaced and unpainted black. My insurance company was charged 5K and I left with a dirty car and three black one silver rim. WOW Insurance provided.

I've had to bring my car here twice in the last two years. They are a preferred vendor for my insurance, and the communication between shop and insurance was completely seamless. I paid my deductible and they handled the rest. The repair work was impeccable, and I got the car back cleaner than it's even been. The folks on the desk, particularly Molly, are professional, friendly, and efficient. If I'm going to keep driving a hit-me car, at least I have a body shop I trust.

Second time here at Quonset auto body. Just as impressed as the first time. As professional and courteous as it gets. Sometimes dealing with insurance and rentals is stressful and I hardly had to do anything at all. They took care of everything and completely detailed the car spotless after fixing the damage. Can’t recommend enough!

Had to have another vehicle repaired at Quonset Auto, passenger side door damaged in a parking lot and no note left.
Once again, great service by Quonset Auto, your experience starts with Molly, she has everything ready and if you need a rental car, it's been arranged and waiting for you, so no need for a 2nd driver to bring you there (unless the vehicle to be repaired is not drivable).
Molly will ask how you want to be contacted on the updates of your vehicle and once the insurance company reviews the damage and concurs with their assessment, their off to the races.

Updates are weekly and if you have any questions, Molly has the answers. When you come back for your repaired vehicle, you can leave the rental there and the rental agengy will come and pick lt up.

Molly will have the repair package will all the details of what was accomplished, now here is the best part:

You will be amazed that not only was the repair professionally done, but the entire vehicle has been detailed inside and out and looks like you just drove it out of a dealership.

My Quonset Autobody experience was very good. The staff was professional and available to answer questions. The reason I gave only 4 stars was because our repair took what seemed like a long time - just over a month. However, our car looked absolutely fantastic after the repairs were completed! They cleaned both the interior and exterior to showroom standards. I would highly recommend using Quonset Auto body, but just know that it might take longer than expected to repair.

Fantastic work! We were sideswiped while parked overnight. A hit and run! Quonset worked with our insurance provider and the car looks brand new!

I have been going to Quonset Auto for years. I mainly go for mechanical work on an older car. I also know some people who have got in accidents and used their body shop. In all of these instances, the people at Quonset Auto were amazing. The people at the front desk are very knowledgeable and can answer all my questions about any service done. I've tried shopping around on a few occasions when my car needed an expensive repair and Quonset Auto always come back with the best price and friendly service. Regardless of what is wrong with a vehicle, it seems like they can handle it.

I will not go anywhere else for body work.

I used this company when I needed a new paint job for part of my car. They were transparent about cost and options and helped me figure out the best plan. They did a great job, my car looked great, was so clean, and I wasn't tricked into paying more than I needed.

I need body work done and went to them with what is wrong with my car. They were honest about pricing, gave me some suggestions moving forward with insurance, and are working with me to fix what is needed on a time line I can afford.

Let me tell you about my wonderful experience with Quonset Auto Body! My car ended up staying with them for almost five months, during which time they not only made the original hit and run damage repair, but ended up replacing my windshield. Parts were a problem, I'm sure many of you can relate to that. They were patient, they took good care of my car and went way above and beyond any expectation when it came to the windshield. Through all this time my car was carefully maintained and kept safely even when I needed it to use on occasion. If that wasn't enough, the parts delay created a problem for me in returning to Florida. Lou and his manager agreed to take care of my car and send it off with the auto transporter for me. They and everyone on their staff takes customer relations to a new level. Could not have possibly been more pleased with their service!

One of my children got into a fender bender with a friend of theirs. I brought the vehicle in to be looked at by Gordon who has worked on my other vehicles at different times over the years. He said he would take care of it and I trust him wholeheartedly. When I got my SUV back, it was not only fixed, it was washed, the tires and rims were shined up, the inside was vacuumed, and it was ready to go. The best part is Gordon took good care of me and charged a very reasonable price as I was paying out of pocket.

The staff is always very nice as well. The work is always top quality, you get treated with respect, and you can never go wrong with the prices. Quonset Auto Body is hands down the best auto body repair shop in New England and I highly recommend it!!

I recently brought my car to Quonset Auto Body after a minor incident. The office staff was courteous, helpful and efficient. Gordon came over to speak with me and was very polite, professional and reassuring about the work that would be done. My car looked beautiful when the work was completed, in a timely manner. Anytime I called for an update they were able to answer all of my questions in full. They always called me to provide updates letting me know that they were on schedule. I always knew where my car was in the process of being repaired.

I was amazed at quality of the work they did. My car sustained a good amount of damage to the back right corner. The car now looks brand new and it's impossible to tell that there was any damage to the car at all. It was nothing less of perfect.

They didn't just do an amazing job, they also had my car ready ahead of schedule. I was back on the road in no time.

My experience could not have been better. From having rental car service on site to excellent communication, Quonset Auto Body was an absolute pleasure to work with. The initial appraisal was very clear about what my vehicle needed, and I received timely and informative information while my vehicle was being worked on. Their email notification system worked very well, and it was nice to have several updates after I dropped it off. The condition of my vehicle when I picked it up was outstanding. The entire car was detailed, inside and out. It's definitely in better condition than when I dropped it off. Great job Quonset Auto Body!

Quonset Auto Body did a wonderful job fixing my car. My Chevy's front left bumper was smashed during a hit and run and I'd heard from locals (and even the Chevy Dealer) that Quonset Auto Body was the best place to take my car.

The owner, Gordon, takes great pride in his work and answered every one of my many questions! He called me every few days to give me updates and worked closely with my insurance provider (even though the insurance company had messed up my claim multiple times - Gordon was the one to sort out their mistakes). When the insurance company sent replacement parts with poor quality, Gordon refused to put them on my car and worked with my insurance company to acquire better replacements. He went the extra mile to ensure I had the best customer experience.

My Malibu looks beautiful - they did a full detail. They also have a full paint shop so the metallic red that is very hard to match looks perfect. You could never tell the car has been in an accident. The car also handles perfectly.

I would recommend Quonset Auto to anyone and I won't take my car anywhere else from now on. Best customer service I've had in Rhode Island!
