Had my car towed by their affiliate, Blue Sun, after getting a flat. Bill was kind, professional, and courteous, laying down some wood planks to ensure my low car’s bumper wouldn’t get scratched as it was driven up onto the bed. Service was quick and easy. I’d highly recommend them to others.

I’ve been using Blue Sun for a few years now and they have been excellent, from accommodating my needs, reasonable prices, prompt service, and expert attention to performing top notch work. It’s rare to find an honest and reliable mechanic, but Blue Sun is exactly that! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Auto Service Auto Body did an excellent job repairing front and rear end damage to my daughter’s car. Giselle , who works at the front desk , and their entire team were so courteous and professional with helping us with a great loaner and processing the insurance claim. Blue sun picked our son up within 15 minutes of calling after he’d been left on 95 south in Rhode Island for 3 hours in the 90 degree heat and humidity. They were prompt and courteous and treated my son very well. Thank you blue son for making this terrible situation better.

If you need ANY service completed on your car, these are the guys to call. I could not be more satisfied with the services we have received here over the past few weeks! Bill and Anthony were understanding, kind, and so helpful for our family. I have 2 small children and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and even went out of their way to help us. Superb service! Huge shout out to Bill. It was a awkward situation with the man that hit my parked vehicle and wanted to pay out of pocket. Bill looked at my car and said he recommends we take a more deeper look, take off the bumper because he believed there was more internal damage. Sure enough there was. And we were able to claim through insurance. But with Bill's expertise, we felt a peace going with his suggestion. We had to get our car back by a certain day in order to hit the road and drive to Texas. He said he will do his best. He got the job done a day earlier than the estimated time. Everything looks great, the process was seamless. The staff is very friendly here. I highly recommend Macs auto body shop!

Upon the recommendation of family I brought my well loved Nissan Sentra to Auto Service Auto Body after (embarrassingly) backing into a parking lot railing. Beginning with Customer Service, Giselle was more like an experienced concierge: explaining the process, helping with my insurance company, arranging for a rental car. Bill appraised what repairs were needed, answering questions, explaining the whys, wherefores, and the time-line. The quality of service and of the repairs to my Nissan was excellent; I could not be more pleased.

So I had gotten into an accident about a month ago somebody had backed up into my car and after searching high and low for a good place to bring it to get fixed I stumbled upon this place, brought my car in the process with insurance was simple and easy and they tossed me into a rental car that day and I was on my way, 2 and a half weeks later I pick up my car drop the rental off. Upon one of the workers inspection of the rental vehicle they stated they only saw damages on the roof of the car which of I was unaware of, I took just as good of care to that rental as I would my own vehicle I’m a big car guy. Needless to say they told me they had to contact my insurance for the damages, while at the shop a worker was on the phone with my insurance company stating to them they only found damages on the roof of the car THEY LOOKED ALL AROUND THE CAR AND FULLY INSPECTED IT WHILE I WAS OUT THERE WITH THEM!!!! EVEN HAD 2 OTHER PEOPLE LOOK AT THE VEHICLE and not one said anything about scratches anywhere else but the roof. fast forward to about a week and a half later I get a call from my insurance company and they tell me this place claimed for damages all around the vehicle behind my back when they had me sign an insurance agreement stating they were only going to file for damages to the roof. Now this is costing my insurance company over $5k worth of damage. Put my age into effect and it almost seems like they’re just trying to get a free paint job off me for their vehicle. I’m absolutely appalled by their service and will never return, they had told me over the phone oh we would feel better if you came in and saw the vehicle and the pictures as if that will do anything... I know for sure it doesn’t cost over $5k for some scratches but these places get to do whatever they please as long as it’s for the money. Between fixing my car and now the rental they made over $10k off insurance company’s just from me going there. I will definitely not be recommending this place to anybody. Terrible place to go

Scam artists! Your response is laughable and a total lie...I have reported you to the BBB as well as the RI attorney general. There is no plow business. Your client was a life long friend of my husband whom he was helping out. There was no exchange of money. A minor accident occured (we have pictures) not even close to $11,000 of damage. You're a joke

I have never used this business before however my wife was in a terrible accident and their affiliate company blue sun towed the car from the scene. Anthony made the entire process very simple and even moved the car out from in between other cars so I could empty it of my belongings. He also stuck up for me with my insurance company when they tried to take advantage of me. These guys here know the insurance laws. They also got my wife into one of their rentals way sooner than the insurance company could. They are honest people and seem to really care. I would trust my vehicle any time with this place.

I would highly recommend this shop if you're a millionaire. Did vehicle inspection, and didn't realize until later that the guy charged me removing the license plate frame for $11 without my consent. What the hell are you doing? Wow!!! Very good approach to earn the business.

I took my car to Auto Service Auto Body and was pleased with their great service and time management. My car had paint damage and needed a touch-up. I dealt with Anthony Victoria and a very nice woman at their front desk. Anthony was very professional and made this experience incredibly smooth. The turnaround time of service was amazing, just 3 short days! He even reached out to me when he noticed a part in my truck that belonged on the car and asked if I’d like him to attach it. His attention to detail and pride in his work is impeccable. I wish I got the woman at the front desk name. She was very welcoming. She explained the monetary portion of the service from A to B. The service price was fair and what I expected for the work being done. She provided a rental vehicle (for an affordable rate) that was in comparison to my vehicle being serviced by Anthony. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would feel comfortable recommending anyone to Auto Service Auto Body with great confidence!!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. My car was towed there after an accident and they took care of everything I needed and they answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!). They help contact the insurance company and do all that they can to help you out. My car ended up being a total loss, so I did not require their body services, but their quality of customer care was outstanding.

So I having a pre mid life crisis. I had been adding parts to my jeep for the last year. The lift was way to complicated for me. There was some cutting and fabrication involved. Anthony and his team were super professional and gave some great advice. We ended up adding some more to finish the jeep off. Once I saw it I just had to complete the project now. At a fair price with exceptional work I couldn't be happier. Every time I get in the jeep people look at it and ask about it it. Great job guys!!!

My vehicle was involved in a minor accident and I took it to Auto Service Auto Body because my parents have had a good experience with their work in the past. My car already had damage and rust on other parts of the body and I was interested in essentially restoring the whole thing. They worked with me on a package price and they did a fantastic job all around. I am very pleased with how the car turned out; they did the job right and did not cut corners which is a rarity I find. Thanks guys!

Do not ever take your car here!! We ended up there unintentionally because my son broke down less than a mile from this place. Their charge for towing our vehicle less than a mile - $117. Then, they tell me that the charge to fix a broken radiator hose is going to be over $500!! When I question the high rate, they respond "well we have to add coolant too." I told them not to touch the car and had it towed to my local garage by AAA. That garage was 6 miles away and the cost for the tow was $12. Our local garage replaced the hose, added coolant and did an oil change for $220. This place should change its name to No Service Auto Body!! Stay away!!

I had a big scratch on my hood after someone "keyed" it. I got three different estimates that ranged from $400 to $650 because they all said this is very deep and we have to paint the whole hood. I was about to have it fixed. But a friend recommended this place so I decided to look for another estimate. The owner, Tony, told me to let him buff it to see if the scratch comes out and if it doesn't then he will give me an estimate that ranged in the $200-300. I left the car with him in the morning and rented one of his cars for $25/day. When I came to pick up my car in the afternoon I had to check the plate to make sure I was checking my own car's hood. It looks like new, not even one scratch and only buffing it, and he didn't want to charge me!!!! Everything cost me $27.14. From now on I will bring my car always here and I highly recommend the place. The are serious and won't cut corners. They also work with your insurance for your best interest. I highly recommend them.
