Got stranded in Newport with a rental car. The dispatcher for Certified Towing was contacted as part of Avis Roadside Assistance and I’m extremely thankful! They truly went the EXTRA mile to get us out of a bad situation and we’re extremely helpful and responsive. A++!
I had the chance to speak with Bill first and he was willing to help. However, the lady I spoke to in the phone later was terribly rude and wouldn't take the time to try and answer a question.
If ICould give them a 6 i would. Extremely courteous and professional. Driver went the extra mile for me when my camper separated from my truck. Will certainly spread the word!!
I had my car towed about 5 miles 165.00 plus when I asked the driver when I could get my car he said someone would be therethere was no one there I waited over two hours outside in order for them to open the gate so I can get my car.
Horrible company that has drivers that can't even get a spare off. Charged $130 for 3.5 miles...worst experience with a towing company in any state- in regards to customer service, wait time, and driver knowledge.
Called these guys when my bike broke down in pt judith. They were very familiar with motorcycles and had special straps to not scratch it. Very happy with this company
I called because I locked my keys in my car. They told me the truck would be there in 15 minutes. After a half hour, I called back and was told the truck was on its way. The truck arrived after 45 minutes. At that time, the driver realized that he did not have the tools he needed. He spent 15 minutes on the phone without telling me what the options were. I was then informed he could come back with the proper tools but that it would still be full price with no discount. The guy couldn't have cared less. I turned down the offer and called a different company. Such a terrible experience
