I went in for whippers and Zombie helped me out and I didn’t even have to ask he went out and installed them for me, he’s great worker he came out from behind the counter and greeted me and all 🙂
Almost every time I come to an O’Reilys I receive such memorable service by some really great people. Today I was serviced by Justin at the Mineral Spring O’Reilys and he was perfect. Educated me on the product I was buying and was more than willing to assist me in servicing my vehicle. I don’t know how much he gets paid but it is not enough. Please give that man a raise. Also just thank you as a whole O’Reilys for being there for me whenever I need help.
There are people there very helpful. I was buffing a boat and somebody gave me a product that really worked and helped me out. It was a quick wax by turtle Wax that I really use and it was a wonderful idea from the from the manager on one of the employees gave me that information. My boat came out excellent. I buffed it out and it came out beautiful. Thank you O'Reilly for having good employees with knowledge. I gave the store five stars if I could but there's only four I can give him. Went in to get windshield wiper blades replaced and was in and out in what felt like less than 10 minutes, with a free replacement performed for me! Super friendly and efficient staff
I love this place, Eric is a really nice guy, Amy and Mike are very cool as well, I very much prefer this place than auto zone and for may reasons.

Some awesome people work here. Had a freak accident where my antifreeze line burst as I was changing my battery in the parking lot and the employees were right there to help me out. They took care of the spill on the ground and provided me a chair and space to wait by myself until the tow truck came. 10/10 thank you!!!
-2 outside and Eric and the staff went above and beyond to take the time to help and install my lights for me. Just when you think people are for themselves you run into people who really care.

Grabbed wipers here, tried getting them on myself, but was having issues. Alex (I think that is what his name said on his shirt! Super nice guy!) helped me out and literally did them both in under a minute. Appreciate it!
For all your car or truck needs, very knowledgeable staff and good management. Darrell is the manager, came over from Auto Zone and all his customers came with him! He must be doing something right. If they don't have it you must not really need it...
Easy in and easy out. The staff are friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I wanted to buy a steering wheel cover and told all the guys at the front counter that I would buy it if one of them could /would put it on my gmc envoy steering wheel. One guy said he would try.. The others weren't sure. Anyway he went to my truck and after a few minutes of some struggling, he got it on! I was very pleased and I'm happy I bought it, it's nice and snug and feels so much better. I forget the man's name but he was very friendly, they all were. I bought some other small things and everything was reasonably priced and in perfect condition. The place itself was clean and orderly. I'll definitely go back if I need something from them.
They carry Wix brand filters. Don't any other cheap brand. Purolator, STP, Fram, etc. There's little to know filtering paper in them to keep your oil/air clean for a longer duration like Wix has. They're more expensive but spend the extra $ and get what you paid for. Protection your cars heart.
Helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice going to a car parts store and the people working there actually know a lot about cars. Other places I go don't know, they just try to sell you whatever comes up on their computer.
The people at the mineral springs o reillys are easy to talk to they know where everything is once you go in a few times they know you off the bat good place to go they dont always have what you need but that's most auto parts places now a days
I went in here today for wiper blades and an air filter Edgar was great he put on the wipers and installed the air filter he saved me about 30 bucks if speedy did it

Went here to have my battery checked and was told I needed a new battery AND alternator. Close to $500 in parts for my 2015 Toyota Camry. Took the car to my mechanic Ken Beaumeier owner of Rt 5 auto, only needed a battery. I did go back and told them at O'Reilly's and was told they only go by what their machine tells them. Don't go there you are likely to get bad advice.

One of my go to places for parts. High quality parts at competitive prices. Employees are very helpful. Darrel is the man! If they don’t have the part they get it fast!
Really very friendly people behind the desk...very helpful with good attitudes, which is so much better than other places like advanced auto...they also seem to always have what I need, and at a fair price..definitely recommend!
Ricky helped me out this morning to sort out what was wrong with my air conditioning, guided me to the best product for the task, and educated me on how to properly get the job done. I’m happy to have a working AC once more, 10/10 would recommend. All the thanks Ricky!
Decent parts, but the service behind the counter was very subpar. Especially this one employee I think his name was Jim or John. He could not even give me the proper change back, when he entered the wrong amount. My 6 year old daughter knows that $100 - $49.50 = $50.50. And she can do that math without using her fingers and toes.
The service here is truly amazing!! We came in just seconds before close because we needed to buy a battery charger for our car. The staff here didn't make us feel one bit rushed and everyone was in a great mood - it was so refreshing! The gentleman, Ethen, helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was more than happy to offer a refund if we ended up needing to buy a battery instead! They also price match, SO COOL! Can't wait to go back when I have more time! Will definitely recommend!!
