Where do I begin, ok let’s see. First off the gentlemen behind the counter with the tattoos who is bald had possibly the worst and most miserable attitude, and ever over the phone too. I went in yesterday to get a fender for my 2009 Murano, he explained he had one. And he told me he would call me when I was ready. I waited the entire day no phone call. I checked my invoice and realized he copied my number down wrong… went in today to pick up my fender he went to grab a copy of the invoice that he made.. then one of the other gentleman asked about the fender and he gave him the worst attitude ever.. this created a very uncomfortable experience for me. I work in retail and never treat customers that way… if he doesn’t like his job, he should simply quit.. I will use K&R Auto Salvage if I need to.. but I definitely do not want to deal with him..
I had a broken tail light lens assembly on my 2017 Tucson. I tried ordering it from two different places one sent me one that was broken and the other sent me one for a Chrysler mini van. My girlfriend finally found What I needed on the K and R website. We went in and they were so great. It was a bit of a wait but watching how they all worked together and seeing how they were always so helpful to the other customers who came in and who called was just amazing. The part was even cheaper than we had actually expected. Thank you K and R knowing you are there if I ever need you again gives me peace of mind.
Very helpful,they didn't have my part but Jim check on the Internet and found my perfect match to what I needed,I drove from Boston and it was worth the drive.i would definitely go back again,if you do say hi to Jim for me,my bmw looks as good as new again(Thank you k&R Auto Salvage)
I had a really great experience with K and R Auto Salvage. Even after going through some hard times, they were patient, understanding, and willing to help me out. The staff was very nice and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. It’s not often you find a business that truly cares about their customers, but they definitely do. I highly recommend them!
A perfect experience from first phone call till actual pickup of the three pieces I needed. David was very professional, a nice guy, and very knowledgeable. I have yet to put the parts on the car, but that's my problem. A wonderful experience overall.
My dad and I had the privilege of being helped by Jim to replace my engine. Jim wasn't just helpful but went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my choice. On top of that he went out of his way to recommend an excellent mechanic. I hope to never have a similar issue again but if I do I know exactly who I'm going to for help.
Needed a transmission for my 08 yukon contacted jimmy within minutes had a liw mileage tranny came up paid for it next day it was there pick it up installed works perfectally thankyou the staff is great friendly and easy to work with
For customers that don’t know how a salvage yard works. Most salvage yards do not take pictures of parts. If you think about it. Every single vehicle that is in the yard contain thousands of parts in them so taking pictures of every single part is impossible nor will they pay someone to do so. They all go by grade and k&R goes up and beyond to sell customers parts that is in good working condition. Plus offer a warranty just incase. You’re buying used parts. Not brand new. Same for alloy wheels. YOU WILL get rims that are not 100% perfect. Engines are used and offer warranty as well but they also recommend replacing the timing belt or chain if it needs it.
You can do research online to see how salvage yards operate. K&R isn’t here to scam customers. Be smart and do research. If you still don’t understand? Try owning your own salvage yard business. You will know and understand.
Picked up a sunroof motor for an Escape right before they closed on a Saturday. They weren't sure if they'd be able to get the part in time for me, but managed to squeeze it in and get the part I needed in time. I was able to finish the repair in time thanks to them.
Very courteous and helpful. They had exactly the stock rim i needed and couldn't find elsewhere . They do not charge extra for them getting parts for you.
Call them to order some parts for two vehicles send them all the information they required delayed one day then send me a message that the shipping address was a home and they did not want to ship their even though I provided the shipping resend it again with the business address and then said they did not want to sell me anything the salesman Joe is a really rude and obnoxious person try not to buy from these people if not you will regret it
I just want to thank Joe and his team for cutting my rocker panel out that I needed. I was a bit nervous coming here because of the bad reviews but it turned out to be fine. when I saw the rocker panel myself and the condition it was in? my anxiety went away. “Joe was 100% honest all along” and now I built a trust on the company. I am very satisfied with my purchase….i am very sorry if I was annoying I just wanted to make sure I get my moneys worth and I hope you understand on the customer’s perspective. I also try to put myself in the company’s shoes and understand them better.

Dave at K&R salvage was very helpful and professional. I purchased a salvage radio from them and unbeknownst to us both the radio had theft lock on. Dave devoted his time to me over the phone to walk me through a solution. We were unable to remove the lock and he offered me a refund. Thank you for your service and time Dave and staff!!
Needed rims & after searching their inventory, I found exactly what I needed. Dave at the front helped me throughout the process and was available to answer my questions. Happy with the overall outcome.

Jim was literally my saving grace! It’s my boyfriend’s 2yr anniversary of his passing so the day was bad to start… 10mins into my flower deliveries and I blew out my tire and rim from something in the road I couldn’t avoid. Pick & pull didnt have my rim or tire because it’s a hard one to find. They recommended me to call K&R. I called K&R frantic and upset. Jim was so pleasant and kept me calm. He walked me through every step of how to see the size and kind of rim I had since I had no clue. They had my exact tire and rim and within 15mins I was on my way over there. When I arrived I was greeted by another gentleman, equally as kind. Jim then pulled up my suv on the computer and showed me and explained what he was talking about over the phone so I would have knowledge and a clear understanding of what he was talking about so I know for the future in case it should happen again. He told me he would prepare my tire and rim and for me to go about my deliveries and he would call me in a little while when it was ready and in fact called me at the exact time he said he would. When I came back another gentleman had my tire and rim ready to go and within 10mins my tire was back on my suv and I was able to finish my deliveries without almost no lost time. I honestly think he was sent to me from my angel, because he was the exact person I needed at the moment. Not only did he go above and behind, he literally put a smile on my face and made my whole entire day. I would definitely recommend K&R to anyone who needs parts. Absolutely fantastic team and now will be my #1 go to place! Thank you so much to Jim and all the staff at K&R for being patient and kind to me. I will definitely be back in the future! I’m truly grateful for all your help and support today especially! Just wanted to thank Renee over at k&r auto. They always take care of me and do good work. I had them rebuild a motor in my mack dump truck, I also purchased a motor for my father's escort, and i also have had them pick up junk cars. I highly recommend them to anyone.
