Anilson and Javian absolutely went above and beyond in assisting after hours when I was in need. They implored amazing product knowledge to not only recommended the perfect products but were also able to assist me with me with a pressing vehicle issue after they had already begun closing for the night. Whatever they’re getting paid, it ain’t enough!

Elainy and Joaquin were the sweetest and incredibly helpful with my new car battery. I would return here in a heartbeat. It was so helpful having such great customer service after being so nervous about having to go in after moving across the country, not really understand car stuff. Again I would return and I’m so thankful to have met these fantastic people!

Needed help replacing my battery when it suddendly gave out on me on the highway. Team was super helpful, checked my battery, confirmed it needed replacing and had me back on the road in no time. Well be coming back here for sure!

Staff is always friendly and always knowledgeable, especially Joaquin, he always greets me by my name. Even if they don't have the answer they'll find somebody who will. Excellent customer service!

I always go to auto zone. Always friendly and helpful. I needed two light bulbs today and a man named Braulio helped me. He had to get the battery out just to get to the head light. It was extra work but he likes to help all his customers. He was amazing. I recommend going there for the wonderful customer service.

I just want to give a shout out to Ayden! I went there yesterday in the pouring rain needing a windshield wiper. I was driving my daughter’s car and hers was broken off. Ayden help me get one and then went out in the rain to put it on! I felt so bad because he didn’t have a coat or an umbrella, and it was raining really hard. On top of it the old wiper blade was broken off and wasn’t coming off easily. Ayden had to go back in and even get a tool to fix it. He fixed it and was able to replace the wiper blade. He’s was kind, helpful, sweet as could be and did his job with perfection! It was the best Customer Service I have experienced in a long time. You don’t experience a lot of guys like Ayden on an every day basis! Thank you, Ayden . I appreciate you! 😉

Absolutely horrible experience today. I am in a wheelchair so I sent my wife in for 4 simple license plates screws for my Toyota Highlander. She went in and spoke to a female associate for help who told her there were no difference in the screws, standard work for all. When checking out the associate ran the credit card as a debit, so it didn’t work. My wife eventually figured that part out. My wife came home with the standard ones and I had to send her back to get the metric ones. With the correct screws I realized I needed a screw hole re-threader. I called and spoke to Alana (sp?) who said she was the covering manager on duty. I asked if there was one I could borrow. At first she said no. I told her my wife saw one on line and she checked and said yes and it came with several bits, which she had to ask someone else what those little things were. I sent my wife back again (third time) and she was now told they don't have it in stock the computer was wrong. That when I was on the phone asking if she physically had one and she said "yes", she was looking on the computer. I know my purchase was small but these associates need training. I would expect an auto parts store to know something as simple as screws. I could have easily bought these on line and from now on will go that route. I was trying to support the local businesses.

Autozone it's a great place for your autoparts. Use their rewards card, and they're able to look up warranty information whenever you return. I find it very convenient not having to dig through receipts additionally the staff at the one on mineral spring avenue has been phenomenal.

Usually I don't have a bad experience but today I went and it is being run by kids who wouldn't help me. I needed to replace a headlight but the hood was stuck and I needed to see what type of light it was. They wouldn't help me open it so I took my business elsewhere where they helped me. They really need to have someone who knows basic things about vehicles on staff during business hours. It was a simple request but they couldn't handle it.

I can’t recommend this AutoZone enough. Joe and Javian were quick to help me and were very knowledgable about what my car needed (I’m hopeless when it comes to cars). The kindness they displayed even when I arrived frustrated quickly melted my heart, they were absolutely lovely individuals who I would absolutely trust. I recently had a really tough time finding a part for 1995 Toyota Camry.. a diligently work with me It took us five tries and finally got the correct part this was no easy task!! The patience and windy stores work together is just amazing!! I ended up utilizing three different AutoZone North province the one in Pawtucket and then another one I believe it was Central falls. I just can't say enough about all of the associates that went out of their way to help me with a smile!!

Worst service I have ever had, messed up my return, forcing me to go to the store to fix what they messed up, store manager was rude while I was there, nobody wore name tags, i had to ask the store manager his name. Absolutely poor service, long gone the days of good customer service

Terrible service. No greeting upon arrival. The young lady hid behind her computer screen hoping not to be seen. After I searched a huge catalog for a cabin filter and walked up and down the aisle looking at numbers sideways, I finally gave up. I walked towards the door, that young lady, still hiding behind her computer screen, never looked up to ask if she could help. Another young man offered to look it up but he climbed no AutoZone had my filter in stock. Complete disappointment.

Just had a wonderful experience with Lewan H. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! I went in very ignorant to cars , didn’t even know how to open my hood. He helped me without judgement and I felt very confident in his ability to help and car expertise.

There were five people working but no one to help you. You basically have to walk through all the isles until you find it yourself. When you walk in they all just look you with no acknowledgement just continue talking amongst each other. And people wonder why self check out machines are taking over stores. It’s because as a customer you’re basically doing everything yourself. No customer service here what so ever.

Just picked up new wipers here and they were great! I was unsure of the type and they were able to help me out. Even switched the new wipers out for me in the rain!! Didn’t realize how overdue I was for wipers until the new ones were put on! It’s so much better! Thanks again for your help tonight :)

Horrible experience at this store. 1 star is too kind. I enter store to return an item I could not find the receipt for however I purchased from the store less than 2 weeks prior for a person at the counter next to the Individual I was talking to. His name was Felix G. I informed him that I was sold the wrong part for my car the part was unopened my mechanic new the second he saw it that it was the wrong headlights. His first response was not I'm sorry that happened his response was "I didn't sell you the wrong part" I told him I know that the girl sitting next to you did. I asked her what headlights were for the 2013 chrysler 300c and she gave me the wrong ones. To which he said well all I can give you is a store credit. Which admittedly made me a little upset to which I responded because I don't have a receipt for an item you guys messed up on selling me but I have my credit card you can look it up on your cameras you want to give me a store credit so what I can come back and have someone who has no clue what they are doing and was on the phone the whole time I was in the store purchasing the items give me the wrong piece again. He said if your going to have attitude leave my store. So I took the part and did. I tried contacting the district manager office which went to voice-mail and haven't received a call back. I will never go back to any store with autozone name on it after the way I was treated and that ridiculous policy. It's 2022 I can look up the purchase on my cell phone via credit card and they need a printed receipt. It's such a scheme to force people to loss there money. Honest if I had bought something I didn't like or made the mistake myself I would have taken the store credit but for them to mess up and then treat me like that it's so unacceptable. Apparently this Felix G is the manager of the store if that's the way your manager treats customers I feel badly for that company. And the female employee that sold me the wrong item on her phone was a bad hire. I will say there was 1 Gentlemen who wasn't waiting on me the female was but this other worker came out to help me pick out windshield wiper blades he was helpful and the only reason the store got 1 star.. unfortunately for me I was being assisted by someone who was incapable of looking up a part correctly because what was on her phone must have been more important. I can see why she is so comfortable being bad at her job with a manager like Felix though because he is just as bad at his. Apologies for ranting just very frustrating to be ripped off for someone else's mistake.

GREAT customer service. I bought a very expensive battery online at AutoZone. the fit was all wrong. Returned it to this AutoZone for complete refund and then purchased a better battery, Duron made the mechanical exchange while the CS woman made it a smooth financial transition. thanks again.

These guys are honest brokers of a better kind...Very helpful!...I have an older foreign car of which is a challenge to maintain, so I often find myself replacing the simple things..In this case it was the low beam headlight... Understand that a burned bulb on Mineral Springs is a recipe for North Providence finest to dig in an old guys wallet...Just saying!!...It's no secret... Anyway, to the point I had a gentleman (Anthony) from this location both field my call for my bulb search and proceeded to install the light upon my purchase...He had it waiting for me...This goes back to my earlier now edited post that this North Providence location is exceptional...Kudos to management who obviously knows how to spot talent... I upped initial four star to a new well deserved five star...God bless this place...North Providence needs these guys...

Needed a new battery for my Forbes & the lady changed it for me before I could even ask. So nice & friendly. Also had my car diagnosed because my engine light came on this morning & another lady helped me with it very quickly. Great staff!!!!

These guys are all about customer service. They are not afraid to get out of the store to help with logistical part issues on your vehicle. They'll come out help you install basic things like air filters and windshield wipers. They installed my wipers (I could have done it myself but they offered) about a month ago. One of them flew off and went bye bye on I95. I went back and they replaced it for free with another gratis install. I hope this one stays on.
