I went to Wranglers Direct for the first time this week and had an excellent experience from beginning to end. I was able to email about the problem I was having and get an appointment scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in the timeline I was hoping for and communicated effectively throughout. I was nervous getting big repairs done with a shop I had never used before, but when picking up my Jeep, the entire staff, including the owner, couldn't have been more friendly, reassuring and helpful. My Jeep is driving great and I drove home incredibly happy. Not to mention, they cleaned my Jeep inside and out without charging me extra or even mentioning it. I will definitely be back!

I had my front brakes changed at Wranglers Direct, and after picking my Jeep up, I noticed some squeaking. I brought it back, and they took the time to figure out exactly what was going on and took care of it right away—no hassle at all. I live about 45 minutes away, but I keep coming back because they’re the only people I trust with my Jeep. They’re professional, honest, and always go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I brought my jeep to install lights, aux kit and soft top. They purchased the soft top for me through their distributor. Well the distributor messed up and didn’t send the top and instead a second box of hardware. Matt was immediately on the phone to me making sure he explained the issue and what they were doing to fix it. Mind you Matt had already suspected that it was not correct and followed up well before my appointment with the distributor and was assured everything was correct. Not only did he apologize the day we spoke, but also again when I picked her up. He is also worked with me to get the top on as soon as possible and at my convenience. Bob the owner came out to also offer his apologies even though this was not the shops error. Not only did they do a great job with my installs, they detailed the inside of my jeep and it looks like the day I drove it off the lot. Since it was pouring out, Bob the owner went and moved my jeep from the end of the lot to the front door so I didn’t get soaked. These little extras make them stand apart from the rest. They are truly the most honest, knowledgeable, up front and overall great crew to work with. They just made a customer for life. I recommend them for all your Wrangler needs.

Best customer service anywhere! I will never take my Jeep anywhere else. Honest, trustworthy, amazing communication! My jeep was being fresh, and they checked her out, but she decided not to show what was wrong and acted like an angel.. so instead of making assumptions on the issues and tearing my Jeep apart costing me money that may not be needed, they decided to see if she showed the issue instead. Driving her around and when nothing triggered, decided not to pull her apart. So I am thankful and grateful.. my jeep came back clean, well cared for and even a new ducky passenger! I don't write too many reviews here and only do so when a service has been beyond amazing – Bob and the guys at Wranglers Direct are beyond amazing. There're shops everywhere now full of semi-decent mechanics who've learned what was necessary to do adequate work, and then there are shops where the people live and breathe what they do and go the extra mile because they love the vehicle they're working on, not just their paycheck. I grew up wrenching on cars and motorcycles and know enough to be annoying at some garages. The guys at WD know a lot more about wrenching and Jeeps than I do, but instead of talking down to you and making you feel like a nuisance about what's up with your vehicle, it's a real conversation. And that, along with paying to get the job done right the first time is what builds trust. And every time I've taken my '16 JKU in for work, they always do a little something extra, not because they had to, but because they love Jeeps and want to do things right and really care about the customer...and their Jeeps. Wranglers Direct is THE place to take your Jeep.

INTEGRITY! I have a 2006 Wrangler Unlimited with 203,000 miles. I questioned if I could get a couple of more years out of it so I opted for their $249 inspection. They provided a comprehensive, detailed report complete with pictures. I invested just over $5000 (the inspection fee was absorbed by the parts and labor). It drove just like when I bought it nearly a decade ago. I developed a small oil leak. It turned out to be a labor intensive repair that was completed immediately and without question. I again developed another small oil leak. Another labor intensive repair that was again completed immediately and without question. This place runs by the principal and integrity rarely seen today.

I will not be taking my jeep here ever again and i wish i never took it here in the first place.. big mistake. They went through everything and said what it needed and what could wait, the things it needed came to about $4,600. I planned on keeping this jeep for a while so i figured I'd get it done. They had it for about a month ( i dropped it 11/19, left the key in the box and wasn't able to get it until 12/15). The day i picked it up both front wheels they worked on were grinding on my way home. Figured it was the dust shields so when i got home i went in my glove box to grab my wheel lock key to remove my tires. The key was missing, so i reach out to them and they told me the wheel lock was not in the jeep (turns out town fair tire lost it) and they cut off the front 2 wheel locks. No phone call to see if i had it at my house or somewhere not obvious in my jeep. When i was calling for an update he told me on 12/11, 12/12, 12/13 and 12/14 it was on the alignment machine and would be ready tomorrow. I find that odd because the alignment was so far off i had to keep the wheel almost 20 degrees off center just to drive in a straight line. When i brought it back to fix that issue i wrote on the key drop envelope "it would be cool if you cut off my other 3 wheel locks". They did for free and made it seem like it was a favor because they normally charge for that. Since they've had my jeep my traction control light keeps coming on so something related to the ball joint/steering work they did was wrong. I've had to spend thousands more dollars trying to fix what this place did. On top of all that they charge you 3.5% to use your credit card, it's not uncommon but if you pay with Visa or a debit card he is not in compliance.

If you are lucky enough to own a Jeep then there is no better place in the state for you to take it. They do it all- Electrical, mechanical and aesthetics. More importantly they are exceptional on everything. From working on your engine to removing and storing your teetops and doors. Prices are more than reasonable and customer service is beyond comparison. If your Jeep needs work, don't waste your time at any other place.... Because that is exactly what it will be - a waste of time and money.

When I tell you these guys are the best, THEY ARE THE BEST. The communication from Matt is something I’ve never experienced. You can ask him anything and he never makes you feel dumb or annoying. They will help you figure out a path to get your wrangler back on track. My jeep is definitely not perfect and needs more work but after only bringing it here once, she feels much healthier. I recommend this place for all your wrangler needs, they go above and beyond and even add their own little touches on each wrangler. I’m also proud to be the 100th review. As you can see, this place has an amazing reputation!

Best place ever to get work done on your jeep !! I wanted to put the running boards on my jeep. Not only did they do an excellent job but noticed my antenna was crooked ( which I had planned to replace ) and offered to replace it, without me mentioning anything about it, for free !! In addition they added a passenger box tray organizer at no cost. Price is affordable and everyone there is no nice; Great customer service. Words can’t even explain how satisfied I am. My only regret is I wish I knew about this place sooner when I owned my first jeep. Thanks again 😊!!

They do a undercarriage treatment that every jeep owners should be doing it’s wicked affordable and makes a difference. They change my soft top and this place is great These guys are pretty cool to.

**First impression- wow a mechanic shop concentrated on wranglers!! You know that feeling you get when your surrounded by family? Thats how i felt when i reached out to Wrangler Direct. Salute ladies and gentlemen! Just a heads up, I haven’t brought my TJ to the shop yet; however I’m loving these reviews that I had to write one and share the feelings prior to reading all these amazing testimonials. I’m from a country side, I travelled to America just for this lifestyle. As a young boy dealing with farms and animals, I had one of these as a toy to play with. LOVE IT!! So i told myself I have to be American, to get one. Sucks that it took me this lonnng, to find my comfort zone. But I did, yeahhh I sold my blue TJ, my heart broke. So recently, I bought this beautiful red TJ, insane condition, well treated (not a mall crawler) just insanely gorgeous, also resembles my childhood remote toy. As to completing my American journey, I have to OMG man I LOVE JEEP SO MUCH!! But I’ve been anxious about letting anyone touch her or getting next to my Rig! Lol I feel the hair on my chest growing. I would love to bring my Jeep to your Shop after seeing all these amazing replies from and to your customers. I want a membership🇺🇸✌🏽lol see you guys soon ! I've been bringing my Jeep to these guys since day one, and as a matter of fact, they're the reason I bought one with confidence. I was having trouble installing a Kicker sub in my Wrangler, so, I talked to the shop boss Ed. After install, he took the time to go over everything the shop did, which, ended up being top notch work as always! I can't thank Ed and his staff enough, but I can honestly say that I won't take my Wrangler anywhere else!

The Team at Wranglers Direct is phenomenal!! If you have a Wrangler. No question… GO SEE WRANGLERS DIRECT!!! We live in SC and my son goes to college in Vermont. Our son’s Wrangler needed a lot of TLC and we also wanted some pretty substantial upgrades. We decided to go all out on his Wrangler for a Christmas gift. I did my research and found Wrangler Direct in RI. 3.5-hour drive for my son. Read the reviews, called this team and they were AWESOME! I spoke with Kay first and I knew this was the place. We decided to make the drive and man was it worth it!! They DID NOT disappoint!!!! They did a 2.5” suspension lift, ARB rear bumper with tire carrier install, new steering linkage, ball joints, complete undercarriage cleaning and rust prevention barrier treatment, engine diagnostics etc etc. the list goes on! They treated us and our Wrangler like part of their family. The team was unbelievably friendly and helpful and walked us through every detail. They called us regularly to update us on the progress and inform us of other things they found that needed attention. Let me tell you they cut no corners whatsoever!! Words can’t describe what they did. The jeep looked brand new, and 1,000,000 times better than we could have imagined!! They did a ton of extras to make this rig bad%@#! Total blackout theme. Painted fenders, calipers and touched up the Gobi rack. Added light to the fenders. Refinished the interior metal floors. The list goes on!! I think what made this experience the best was the Team at Wrangler direct was more excited to work on our Jeep than we were to get it done! Lol! The way they presented the Jeep to our son when he picked it up was priceless! Drove it out from the back and up onto a ramp. How cool is that??!! Our son who is a man of few words and rarely gets excited called me and was the most excited I have ever heard him in his life! I couldn’t get him off the phone. Lol! He said it looked better than he could have ever imagined! I know this is a long review but the job that they did totally warrants it! Thank you, Kay, Jessica, Bob, and Ed, for an epic experience and putting a gigantic smile on our faces!! GO SEE WRANGLERS DIRECT!!!

Installed 3.5" lift, wheels, tires, 5.13 regear, and driveshafts. They did phenomenal work, they communicate very well. They are proud of their work and it shows. Can't wait to come back here for more work. They also painted my calipers and diff covers.

Bob and his team are pretty special. For my consultation he spent over an hour with me and gave me tremendous clarity and understanding of what I can do with my build; giving realistic advice that benefited me, not his company. Fast forward to the actual work, there was a pretty big miscommunication and Bob rectified the situation without being asked. Top notch service and I will drive an hour to get there to be sure to receive this quality service!

It’s simple….if you own a Wrangler then you NEED this place. My Jeep should have been retired to a junkyard but Bob and his crew put new life into her! Whatever it is…maintenance, detailing, rebuilds, exorcisms…they don’t quit until the job is done!

Bob and Mark were fantastic. They took their time helping me decide on my tires and wheels. They walked me through the exact process of what would happen with my Gladiator and provided great ideas that I was not even considering. The final product is amazing, better than I could have hoped. There are many places who will swap out rims and tires but if you're a Jeep fanatic, this is the place to go.

Bob and his group of guys are the most transparent and knowledge jeep mechanics that you could ever hope to meet. They gave me an honest diagnosis and explained all the needed work to me. The truly amazing thing is that they also did a lot of small additional work for free (just because they knew it would either make my jeep look or work better). I cannot say enough good things about Wranglers Direct. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done, and will definitely be going back to them for all my future needs.

I can't even express how impressed I am with Bob and Doug! They are very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped construct my Jeep build with my budget and preferences in mind and I truly couldn't be happier! They went above and beyond to make my build special, even with a few pleasant surprises I never imagined! They really do take pride in their craftsmanship and it shows. I am a first time customer for Doug & Bob with Wranglers Direct, and I could not have asked for a better experience. They gave me the best price for a transmission rebuild and the quality of work was amazing. It’s like driving a new Jeep. They kept me informed the whole time and also addressed a couple of issues that also needed attention. Their passion and knowledge of Wranglers is apparent after just talking to them for a few minutes. I think I have a pretty good sense of character, and these guys rate high in that category.
