I saw a truck online I was interested in. I met Mike and Robert. They were both fantastic! No pressure from them at all. Came to terms on the truck and trade. Finance and delivery went smooth. But here’s where they shined. A few days after I started driving my new truck some small issues popped up. I texted Mike and his response was no problem bring it back when you can. They had the issues fixed, called and had it back in a short time.

I had an excellent experience buying my 2012 Ford Fusion SE from R and A Auto Sales. My old car was living on borrowed time and I was checking Car Gurus regularly looking for another used car. This Fusion is a good value and R and A Auto Sales has outstanding customer satisfaction reviews. The salesman, Mike, as well as the owner, Roberto, are very professional and easy to work with. They let me take the car on a test drive and had no issues when I was gone longer than expected while my mechanic gave it a quick look. There were a few couple small issues with the car which they resolved quickly and efficiently. They also handled all the DMV paperwork so I didn’t have to go wait in line, and there were no hidden sales or paperwork fees. After purchasing the car and receiving the registration another small issue with the HVAC arose which their mechanic was able to troubleshoot and fix with no problem and no cost to me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience purchasing a car here. I Highly recommend this business.
I am very satisfied with the two cars I purchased at R&A autos sales. They have great customer service. Mike is very helpful and understanding with everything. They also have a nice selection of cars. I had to take my car for a check up and he knew I needed the car back by a certain time and they got the job done. They even offered another vehicle that I could use in the meantime. This is not your average car dealership. They will get things done fast and make things right. I definitely recommend!

I recently purchased a Lexus ES 350 from the gentleman at r and a auto on further inspection of the car. There was one thing that needed to be replaced and Mike had no issue doing so my vehicle needed new dustpans behind the rotors a pretty tedious job that left the car, making some squeaking noises after the fact, Mike notified me of this issue and ask to keep the car for another day to give it an extreme attention to Detail, a couple days after having the car, it was still making the squeaking noise (Things happen) Not only offered to take the car back in and to look at the problem, but offered me a loaner car in the meantime. This is not only a class act dealership, but honest and reputable, one who is willing to make things right, a breath of fresh air in the industry of used cars. Excellent experience dealing with the owner Rick and his administrative assistant Savannah. Nothing but professionalism, patience and kindness when communicating with them. Rick was beyond helpful in his suggestions on how to fix my car that was actually a benefit to me and my "pocket" rather than a benefit to him & his pocket financially. He is definitely in the business to make money but he made me very comfortable and I didn't feel at any point that he was trying to take advantage at all, which is how I feel about most places I've tried in the past. I will definitely make this my go to place always.

Car buying is the worst but the staff at R and A had the car I wanted at a fair price-without games. They got me a great rate, too. It was better than the one I got from my bank. I would highly recommend them.
A great spot for mid-priced dependable used cars--mostly Hondas and Toyotas. Moe has been super helpful and reasonable, both during the buying process and afterward if I had any issues.
The owner is great along with the staffs that work for him I brought three car from him and none of them never give me an issue the money is wroth it !

Second time buying from R&A auto. Recently found a transmission quick fix on the bottom of my transmission the other day when my car started leaking transmission fluid profusely. I did call the business however they recommended a different mechanic may have done it. I own a 2011 Toyota Corolla. The only services that have been on the car are tuneups and oil changes. Unfortunately, now instead of being able to Pay my car note for the month I now have to pay a mechanic to come out to my home and replace a transmission fluid pan. Thank you, R&A auto for the quick fix on my transmission. I really did think this shop was good hearted ppl. Unfortunately I was mistaken.
