  I drive past half a dozen other stores to do business here. They have knowledgable staff and a great inventory. When they don't stock inventory but have it in a nearby warehouse it's often available within a couple hours. The parts quality is better than the competition, too, which gives me peace of mind when I sell NAPA parts to a client. These guys aren't one of the "fast food" parts shops, they are true automotive (and beyond) parts professionals.

  10/10 service. More expensive then most parts stores, but you get that personal touch. Darren was extremely helpful on the phone, and Nate not only was a great help in the store but he also carried the parts out to my car. If you need anything automotive including advice on repairs just ask for Nate or Darren.

  Was visiting family when my 2012 Caddy CTS started having trouble starting. Was over in the Cranston area and found this Napa Store. The older gentleman at the end of the counter was very quick to help!! He asked several questions then went out to my vehicle to check some things and came back and recommended the correct replacement battery for my car! He was so very helpful! and Extremely Knowledgeable about his products! Thank You for getting us back on the road!!

  Dave is amazing!!! Saved my day!!! I ordered parts from Autozone online for a Toyota Camry le , had the car apart and realized they sent wrong parts, turned out that year was assembled in three different places and all the parts differed per location however after searching three other places with no help or stock I stopped in Napa . After we matched up some wrong parts Dave said hang on to his coworker, try this part number… as he just rambled off some numbers off the top of his head and to my amazement they were the rite parts , he is the parts Jedi lol. Do yourself a favor and make this your 1 st and only stop!!! Stop wasting time with kids at stores that don’t even know where the door is lol. THANKS DAVE AND THANKS FOR THE AWESOME HATT TOO!!! I’ll be back. Ps very rare these days to find people that love their job and really know their stuff!!!

  Just wanted to write a review about the excellent service I received at the your Cranston store. After going to two other competitors stores and getting no help with finding the part I was looking for I stopped in to your Cranston NAPA store. The person behind the counter who said his name was Dave was very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable and spent the time to help me find the part I was looking for and gave me some great trips on how to install it. It's not everyday you get great customer service and have someone go out of their way to help like Dave did...I'd recommend friends to visit this Napa store.

  I bought a napa legend premium AGM battery on 7/20/2022 from this store for $269.65. The battery had died on me multiple times after about one year. I tried to bring the battery back under warranty It has a 3 year warranty and They refused to warranty the battery and stated the battery was good and then blamed the problem on my car. Even though the battery case was clearly bulging out significantly on both sides! I had a different battery shop test the battery prior to bringing it back to napa and they said it was indeed no good. I also had my car tested for parasitic draw and had the charging system tested. The car is perfectly fine and has no electrical issues. In the end I got so annoyed with everything. I told them to just keep the junk battery and purchased a new one at a different auto parts shop. Just a friendly warning to any potential customers who plan to purchase a battery from napa they will NOT honor the warranty. I highly recommend buying your battery elsewhere. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm very disappointed with this store and I will never do business with napa again.

  I love napa they have great quality parts and great customer service very polite and helpful they have all the foreign parts like audi bmw and mercedes parts most of the time oe brands with better than dealer pricing they actually have enough staff on at all times so lines stay minimal they also carry liquid molly oil which is the best oil for our audi and bmw
