Went into today with a problem. The two gentlemen working today in the afternoon were extremely kind and helpful to me. Solved the problem almost immediately and helped my navigate moving forward. I had the pleasure of dealing with the general manager Roland at the store in Cranston on Atwood avenue. He was the most helpful and knowledgeable person that I’ve come in contact with in a long time I was desperate to fix my car. I needed a battery in an alternator in order to get to work in the morning and he gave me all the parts that I needed for the new alternator and the new battery at 5:15 PM. Returned with the job completed by 7:30 PM the same evening ready to go to work the next day. He not only helped me fix my car with his knowledge in expedited the parts for me, But he saved my job in my reputation in my workplace. Now this is worth writing about. I suggest if you need anything done to your vehicle that you come down and speak with Roland at the advanced auto parts on Atwood Avenue in Cranston, Rhode Island. He will never let you down..
Five stars all around! I had car trouble, which I believed to be a dead battery. For nearly 1 hour, Roland, the general manager attempted to trouble shoot my car's issues... in the pouring rain! He went above and beyond to assist me. The other employees were just as courteous and knowledgeable during my visit. Thanks again, Roland! Needles to say, I highly recommend this store.

Hi. Again Roland @ store 8907 had went above and beyond his job title as general manager.. I had an issue with my battery until my alternator was replaced. Roland @ 8907 Atwood ave. Cranston lent me his spare winter battery which was one of the kindest things. Roland's battery being stronger than mine helped me get my son to an important Orthodontist and dentist appointment. I thank God for kind people like him. I pray ALL good things come his way! Thank you for your kindness and going above and beyond your job duties.
Roland was incredibly helpful with choosing high quality wipers that didn’t break the bank. He even put them on for me and the whole experience took about 5 minutes. Great service!
I was in first thing this morning and was greeted by Roland. He not only tested my battery but gave me options to make sure I was satisfied. Additionally, he installed new wiper blades for me in the rain. Awesome customer service. If there were more people like Roland in retail the world would be a happier place.
Excellent customer service from everyone at the location. I walked in after having wasted a lot of time at autozone and I got my battery tested by the manager Jimmy and he and his team found the correct replacement and put it in so unbelievably fast. I was out of their in half the time I wasted at autozone.

I went in for windshield wiper blades and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Randy and Christina were so pleasant and offered to put the wipers on and even went above and beyond to call a repair shop to see if the shop could do walk-in an oil change for me when i was turned away from 2 other places prior. Thank you!
Bad service from the employees, mainly from the person in charge of the morning hours, he has no experience of parts of anything, everything I asked him, he did not answer, I do not receive this establishment it is located at 250 atwood av.cranston RI
Went in for a couple of things for my car they had only one in stock and had to order the second one but I got it the next day and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly

The Manager of this store was very helpful with the advice I needed about my car. Very nice person that did not stir a woman in need. Stored a woman in the right direction to fix the problem with her car. Recommend all to this place of business
This place is always very helpful. Very convincing location, close to everything. Staff has been very helpful on multiple occasions, even sometimes giving an unexpected discount. The online page is easy to navigate as well and I often get a discounted price and can pick the item up same day. I highly recommend this store over the competition as the staff generally seems to stay the same as their focus on customer service often outshines the other local auto parts stores. Much less expensive option to purchase parts at this store and attempt repairs yourself.
Nice employee, My serpentine belt was gone, at the parking lot of a mall, I call and explain what I happened and they help me to find the right replacement and the right tools to rent for that job. Technically they saved my day.
Free check engine light check was great . But when the guy checked it and didn't explain anything kinda deafeated the point. Not that I need to know it all but he literally just checked then walked away. Like he was doing the bare minimum
Best advance I have ever been to. The staff is great and the shelves are always full. The mangaer Steven is a great guy and is always extremely helpful. He is always willing to out of his way to help me with what ever little project I have going on. Dylan "who I believe runs there commercial" is like the walking encyclopedia for automotive if there is ever a question he's the person to go see.
There amazing there and beyond friendly. They help with whatever you need and go above and beyond its your satisfaction. The manager Steven is very helpful in every way possible he takes the time to get you the right parts and even doubles check to make sure you get the right one
The guy Steven is a fun king idiot u call to find out about parts and he puts you on hold for 1 hr then picks up phone and hangs up on you then u go there they have people on hold and they are doing nothing but bull shining with each other good luck management needs to step in and do something
Had not a good experience. Went to buy a new battery and they didn't want to help me out, the guy at the register ask for someone to install it and no one wanted to. Besides waiting to be helped they didn't even check the battery cause "there was no need to"
