Im at your store in Cranston and your employees are leaving at 630 when your website says you are open until 8pm and when I told them that they said that's a cooperate issue to take it up with them with no regards of my needs. Very unprofessional.
This review is well overdue. A number of times when first moving to town my wife and I have been helped by the staff here who have always went above and beyond to help us. A young lady - I wanna say her name was Allison - was incredibly helpful in replacing a battery in the cold/rain with me in the parking lot, and went above and beyond!
I went to O'Reilly Atwood location. I wanted to charge my ac refrigerant. I had some issues trying to find where to put the charging hose, Keith came out and found where it went. He charged it up and I was on my way thanks to Keith I kept my cool, and will return to same location because of attention to detail Keith provided.
Still trying to figure out how after literally pointing at their screen and saying that’s the part I need. And yet they still ordered the wrong part. Then they tried to make me pay shipping both ways. Had to get multiple managers involved, will never use for my company again. Napa is better and better stock.
I'm very impressed with the customer service at this Atwood Ave location. Cindy was very helpful with trying to find the right part that I needed. I was looking for a sensor. After a few failed attempts with finding the part in other stores, Cindy was able to find the correct sensor that I needed. I highly recommend asking her for help as she will actually help you find the correct part that you need.
O'Reilly was an honest go to establishment. Something changed and now they want their staff to squeeze every dollar for the customer. I bought a battery in December 2021 and it failed in April 2022. Staff told me i needed to buy a new one as I installed it. Didn't tell me I had a warranty. District manager couldn't help because I didn't have the core and receipt. I recommend buying online if possible.
It's my first time at O'Reilly auto parts Atwood location, I am really impressed with customer service, store very organized and full of products. The prices are average but they got few deals here and there. Overall is 4 ⭐

Amazing spot an amazing staff helped me find a battery I needed that I couldn’t find it a couple other places I’m giving them for stars because they did give me the wrong battery at first so I had to return but they were very apologetic and stuff happens.
I needed an alternator and I wanted to purchase it the same day. Like everyone else on the planet, I needed my car. I did a Google search and O'Reillys popped up so I search the website and they had it in stock(so it said). I proceeded to purchase the alternator, at 1030am, then waited for confirmation email saying order was ready for pickup. On the website it says order ready in 1 hour. I waited 3ish hours and never received the email. I go to the store because "it's in stock " I walk up to the counter and explain and guy says we don't have it. I said excuse me? The website said it was in stock and will be ready for pickup in 1 hour. He then says,, did I receive the email saying your order was ready for pickup. I said no BUT I ordered it 3 plus hours ago and it's in stock so why wouldn't you have it. He then tells me the the store manager ordered it and it's coming from Boston and it WONT be here until tomorrow at the earliest. I said "when was someone going to tell me this"? I left the store before I got heated and called CS and they asked if I would like for them to call the store to see what the mix up was. CS calls store and MAGICALLY my part was in the hand of whom ever CS spoke to st the store. I asked how did it just magically appear in the store when there was no way It was going to be there until the next day. They had no answer so I had to go back to the store and get my part. Not 1 person acknowledged the situation so I got my part and left.
O’Reilly’s was the only place that had the AGM battery I was looking for in stock. After purchasing, my car began to start fine for the next few months so I never got it installed. Eventually my old battery went on me, and O’reilly’s was still willing to install the one I bought from them months ago for me. A+ service
Been going to this store since it’s opened about a year ago and they always have great service. The guys who work there are knowledgeable and polite when talking to someone who’s no expert. Martin recently helped get me the right brake pads for my truck and then when I was doing the job I find out one of the brake calipers is seized. Well they got me the right caliper for a decent price within a few hours and I was able to complete the job. These guys are helpful, courteous and I hope to continue going here for any auto needs for years.
I called O’Reilly Auto Parts for part # MOOG K6187T (Idler Arm) . O’Reilly matched the price and I said I’ll be in. Upon entering the store I asked for the part and someone brought out a Master Pro idler arm. I was just ready to pay when I looked at the box and it said Master Pro. I said I asked for the MOOG. Then , the counter person said that will be more money. I said I specifically made mention of MOOG and the part number to the counter person via the telephone. The manager said he could not match the price given him.
I wasted my time, gas and lost money in not being able to receive the correct part. I filed a document online to O’Reilly and never heard from them. I called also in speaking with Stephanie as she said the district manager would be in touch with me within twenty-four hours. Never heard from anyone, nor did any ever address this issue.
* I can corroborate every word verbatim for all my calls are logged. We shall not be bringing any customer support to O’Reilly. This is the classic bait and switch method. O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks to entrap the unsuspecting. We would not at all recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts: "Inferior parts substituted for genuine O.E.M. parts".
* Pictured is the correct part I did not receive from O'Reilly but purchased at Home Depot in Warwick, a trustworthy store. *Apparently, O'Reilly does not wish to display the correct part, rather only to hide the truth.

Great service, great prices, they actually have great auto parts, and the warranty is legit. If you have any car problems or any questions their here to help you. They go right outside and help you with simple service, such as wiper replacements, adding oil, or any liquid. For no charge that's what I call business to the finest. If they don't have a part you might need that day and they don't have it in stock, they still get the part 3rd party for you that day. That's A plus..... I heard it's a family owned business as well so that's good. So if you need anything to do with auto parts or whatever u can think of they have it trust me so please stop by O'Reilly auto part store near you they have many locations I'm aware if too. And NO I do not work for them, not saying that I wouldn't but I don't, I just shop st at a good auto parts store, stay classy and shop smart and save some bucks at the Same time
The guys here were SO much help. I self admittedly know 0% about cars and fully admitted that walking in. I go to the school that shares their parking lot, and while waiting for class my car battery died - and not just “needs a jump” died, like DIED died. The main employee who helped me was Vy. After multiple attempts to jump AND charge my battery, they helped me install a new one, offered to allow me to pay at a later date if I could today (this was not needed but much appreciated), AND gave me a great deal. They easily could have ripped me off, but instead I got a better experience than I would have had I called AAA like I almost did. 10/10, should my car break down in this area again I would call these guys no questions asked.
Stopped in the o'reilly auto parts store on Atwood Avenue needed a few parts for my car wasn't sure exactly what I needed To accomplish This . gentleman name Martin assisted me above and beyond his job description. Thank you very much for all your assistance.
The staff were very friendly, even going out of their way to print of a diagram of the car in question, and beyond so, they pointed out and marked the problem area and how to replace it. 10/10 would drive to again.
