DO NOT COME HERE FOR INSPECTION.
In my experience, they tried to sell me wiper blade installation even though my car did not need it to pass inspection. When you declined the service, they fail the inspection on purpose.
Be careful bringing your vehicle here and always ask questions before agreeing to extra charges or repairs. I would recommend getting a second opinion from another inspection station or mechanic before spending money on anything they claim is required.
Brad was very professional and kind. He looked at my Jeep and knew exactly what was wrong. So nice will use towing service again. Thank you Brad!!!! He also was honest and straight forward. No over pricing. Great Company.
My car would not start after the snow storm and I knew it was because of the battery (I was advised by my mechanic prior to replace the battery but never got around to it). I requested AAA assistance solely to get a new battery as I didn’t have access to another car but the driver, Robin, did not assist at all. He backed into my driveway and told me the front of my vehicle was not accessible due to the snow.
I wanted to spare him the labor and removed the battery myself prior to his arrival (the front was completely accessible for me to do this). He saw the five inches of snow in between my car and my neighbor’s leading up to the front when he made his decision. He did not leave his truck when he said the front of mine was not clear!
No attempt to visually see the clearance my vehicle had in front as only the back of my car was facing him. It was a truly disappointing outcome as I needed to get to work in a few hours. No attempt to leave their truck and check the front of my vehicle was really infuriating. He gave up on the job before trying to help. Why bother take the call if you’re not willing to work?!
All I can say Jason M is I know you have a family too and I hope they get treated the same lazy pathetic way you treat others… To leave a mom stranded with an infant with a dead battery because there was snow on the trucks windshield and maybe 2-3” of basically melted snow around it. I have worked for a tow company before and we always had a some sort of shovel in case of a situation like this. I’m extremely disappointed and will make sure this is told to the local town
This tow company should be much closer inspected. Patrick showed you said the tow should be no problem:.. When he went to pull the vehicle on to the bed, he broke my bumper right in front of me. When i bought it to his attention he dismissed it. He said if i wanted to take it up with the tiow company they can review the video. I said what video, you never took a video, I’ve been here the whole time.. I told him to drop the vehicle and leave it alone and he acted like he was the mafia in the area and that nobody else could Tow in his area… what a joke… never again!!!

Had to call AAA twice in 3 weeks...both times Robin came to the house.. the first time because my car would not start and the second time because I had a flat tire..Robin went above and beyond both times and took care of me in around 30 minutes...( being sure the car works start and fixing the tire right in my ysrd... these guys are the BEST
This is the best place EVER! They are the responders for AAA and every time I've needed them....which is a handful of times now. They have been there lickity split! They're just awesome. Last guy to help me was Theo and he was quick, professional and made me feel safe with my car. Thanks so much.
Andy B came out promptly to tow my car. When he arrived, he asked how I was and then tried my car and it started up. He cancelled the tow for me and made some helpful suggestions. He was great. Ty!
I had a flat on a cold afternoon.The 1st AAA service member could not remove the tire and told me I needed a tow. The tow truck driver arrived ,Brad is his name. He removed my tire and put the spare on. He saved me a tow but that's not all. He was kind, funny and seemed to genuinely like his job and dealing with people...not like the 1st AAA driver!
Brad actually made waiting in the cold not as bad as it could have been.
Brad went above and beyond when I broke down due to a ball joint issue. He not only towed my car but also used a special block, removed the tire, and made sure everything was handled with care. On top of that, he gave me a ride home from the shop so I wouldn't have to wait for an uber! And refused to take a tip! Exceptional service and professionalism. Highly recommend Brad for any towing needs. Thank you so much!
Sunday I needed a tow out of a gas station due to a broken control arm and Bradley from Kings came to the rescue and he definitely took care of us 100% and I really do appreciate him.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kings Towing, and specifically, their employee Brad. On a cold, rainy day, my car broke down, and I was filled with anxiety—not just from the situation, but from past negative experiences with towing companies. I was bracing myself for the worst, but Brad completely turned that around.
From the moment Brad arrived, his calm demeanor and professionalism immediately put me at ease. Despite the rain pouring down, he patiently listened as I explained my concerns and reassured me that everything would be taken care of. His efficiency was incredible—he quickly assessed the situation, hooked up my car, and explained everything he was doing along the way so I felt informed and cared for.
What truly stood out was Brad’s kindness and thoughtfulness. Seeing how anxious and cold I was, he offered for me to sit in the warm cab of the truck while he worked. He was out there in the rain, getting absolutely soaked, but never once complained or made me feel like a burden. Instead, he was respectful, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making the experience as stress-free as possible for me.
Brad’s professionalism and compassion completely changed my perception. I am so grateful for his help and for Kings Towing having such an outstanding employee. If I ever need towing services again, I know exactly who to call. Thank you, Brad, for going above and beyond!
