I brought my car in because they told me they could fix the issue. I even purchased the part myself and asked if it was the right one—he said yes. I left the car overnight, only to get a call the next day saying it was the wrong part. Instead of fixing the issue, I was charged $80 just to take my car back. I haven’t returned since. My mom recommended this place, but based on my experience, they don’t seem to know what they’re doing.
They sold me an altima and before i bought it it had this noise that they assured me was nothing but sure enough 1 year later the transmission was about to blow..very disappointed..i wouldnt buy another car from them ..or recommend anyone do..bunch of criminals.
M & J Auto Sales is located in Central Falls, RI. It is your regular used auto sales place that focuses on getting cars to people, no fancy gimmicks, but the customer service was good and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
