I had bought spark plugs and when I bought them on the website I mistakenly bought 4 Boxes of 4 spark plus and I only wanted 1 box of 4. They gave me a hard time and refused to give me a refund for the ones I did not need also I never got the other 3 boxes of 4. I only got 1 box for the cost of 4 boxes. This place is ridiculous and their employees are terrible and dishonest.
Needed a battery for my wife's car. They had a die hard. Was psyched to see that. A young worker came out to the car and replaced in about 10 minutes. Awesome service.
My boyfriend bought a piece at another store. It went to this location. When he went to pick it up no one could find it. After waiting more than 30 minutes for it no one could find it still. An employee then had to go to another store to get the piece. The other store was 8 minutes away, so that's another 16 additional minutes waiting for a piece that he already paid for

I had the worst experience trying to return parts that I bought from this store if you don't have the receipt be ready to grind the parts and make a shampoo because they have another ways to complete the return but the answer from the manager is I don't have time thank you very much for your time and help
I called 10 times the guy answering the phone put me on hold every time for 20 minutes I really get upset I drove there to realize that he doesn’t speak English even couldn’t say that he doesn’t speak English in English .

Went in to buy rainguards for my 2018 KIA Sportage. They didn't have any, won't for another couple years as they told me. They told me takes years to make replica ones for them to sell. To go to a KIA dealership and order them. The store was clean, neat, organized. Store manager or Asst. Manager plus the female employee that was there. We're both very friendly and polite. Answering all my questions. Which I truly do appreciate. When I got home instead of calling KIA which I knew was going to cost me a fortune. I checked Ebay, hold and behold a set of 4 rainguards for my car $37 free shipping delivered in 4 days guaranteed. Sure enough it did arrive on the 4th day. Fit like a glove, easy assemble.
They have the worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!! They should put a (self check out) register for people who just want to pay and go and not stand there for 1/2 hour.....
Horrible customer service. Declined to offer wiper blade and battery installation despite clear signage throughout the store. Also, they did not honor a sale item even though the discount was clearly labeled on the shelf. Will never return to this location.
