Twiggs did a great job fixing my car! I think they even vacuumed my car? That was a complete surprise, but it did seem cleaner! As someone new to the area, I was hesitant at first since I don't know the mechanics around, but I’m so glad I chose them. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at Twigg’s was nothing short of exploitative. I brought my car in for a routine oil change & state inspection. They claimed the car failed the inspection because of a loose tie rod end. I was skeptical because I’ve driven this car less than 4,000 miles since the tie rods were last replaced. I took the supposed failed part to the state inspection garage for evaluation. The inspector confirmed the part was not faulty and recommended not using the shop in the future and/or pursuing a claim through the state.
Based on other online reviews it seems this shop preys on customers’ lack of mechanical knowledge to upsell unnecessary services. Not only did they waste my time and money, but their blatant dishonesty undermined any trust. When I confronted them, they refused to acknowledge their mistake, doubling down on their lies.
Our small business has a half-dozen vehicles that need regular maintenance. When inspection time comes around, Twiggs takes extra care to schedule them concurrently, so that our small fleet is back on the road quickly. Thank you!
Dropped off my car to have just a single tire mounted to my rim that was in perfect condition prior to being dropped off. Upon picking up the car there was a huge chip in the wheel that was not there prior to it being serviced, I have before and after pictures and Twigg’s still won’t rectify situation. Their reasoning was “well we squeezed you in and only charged you $30.” Yeah, and ruined my wheel that was in brand new condition. Just awful service and quality, I would stay as far away from this place as possible as they have no reliability or integrity. Total hacks, stay away. Before/after pics shown for reference

Pre-Purchase Car Check
I love being a part of the Twigg's Family. When I was new to town (three years ago), I was referred to them when I had car issues. Since then, I have trusted them for everything from inspections to car engine trouble, their advice, and now for my "new-to-me" car check. Before purchasing a used vehicle, one must get it checked out by an honest mechanic. I called them on the same day, and they were able to squeeze me in. They did a thorough check, and their feedback was invaluable. I am thrilled to say that I have purchased said car and feel great knowing that this team continues to be a source of reliability for my current and future needs. Great service. Professional , thorough, very responsive. I am really impressed with this auto repair shop. I had a big problem with my car stalling out in the middle of a parking lot. Got it towed to Twigg. They diagnosed the problem, had the part over nighted and quickly and efficiently repaired. I will be back if future service needed
Terrible service, I forget the young fella name tony mabe , very rude was no help at all . Don't waste your time anywhere locally has got to be better then this place . My daughter just turned 16 so she's not very car intuitive you could tell her asking questions just irritated him and for her first time taken that big step to be independent and try to accomplish getting her car fixed on her own really gave her a bad taste in her mouth for twigs . And if you look at there reviews I'm not the only one who feels they... Well suck to be frank .. tanner , tony Thomas who ever it was needs a lesson in customer service.
When my Prius would not start one morning Twigs came to help me out. Chase and Chad were able to start my car and diagnose that it was the electric 12 volt battery that had died, not the expensive hybrid battery. Phew!!I was so grateful to have their help and too be able to drive my car to the dealer that day to replace the electric battery. Thank you for your excellent service!!???
The absolute worst. We’ve used these guys several times with two different vehicles simply because they’re close proximity and it’s been bad service each time. They’re unclear about pickup/drop off times and I got attitude when I asked, one issue required two separate visits to fix
Very few repair shops in our area were willing or able to service our 2003 Range Rover. Twiggs not only had the ability but also had the familiarity with a 20 year old vehicle. Very pleased we found them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else but there. Honest and fairly priced.
Needed air in my tires and tried using air at gas station next to me. Put 2 dollars in and machine did not work. Went to another station and put in 3 dollars as machine kept shutting off. Then decided to go to Twigg's as he has helped me many times in the past. The man who filled my tires could not be any nicer to me and I wish I had asked his name. He filled all four tires and also reset my dashboard message for low air in tires. I would have never figured that out. So I want to say a Big Thank You as I was really disgusted with trying to do it myself.

Got my car towed there and picked it up the next day. After I left I noticed that they had siphoned about half of the gas out of my tank. Didn’t bother going back because I had no proof. Do not recommend.
This is my first diesel and was unaware of how quickly the oil darkens post an oil change. I stopped in to find out if the service had not actually been performed. The gentleman who assisted me was very patient and explained the circumstances of how the diesel is different than a gas engine in this case, and showed me how to inspect the oil so that I could tell the difference for myself in the future. Thank you for taking the time and the education. Your service is greatly appreciated.
The work done by Twiggs is great. They diagnosed and fixed my engine codes/exhaust leak. Amy provided the best customer service. I will be going there for all my future repair needs.
Went to Twiggs for an oil change, Sticker and tire rotation. They’ve always been fairly priced and done a consistent job. I love bringing my car to a local business instead of supporting the larger dealerships and they’ve been great!
Let me share w you a story.
This week I notice out the window a tow truck (twiggs and driven by owner dave I found out later) driving and depositing a totaled car in our driveway...
To my shock and horror I immediately run outside but the driver sped off clearly aware I was in the rear view mirror.
After multiple calls to them, I found out someone”paid for this,” even though we explained that they dumped this totaled car on our private property without any authorization from us, the owners to do so.
They refused to retrieve the car they dumped while trespassing.
The totaled unlicensed car now blocking our garage and exit!
The owner of Twiggs eventually offered to tow the car back to the empty parking lot from whence it came FOR A FEE!
Needless to say, we called the police that helped us fix the problem. Another tow company came to remove the dead car from our property.
Not only was this unethical, it was illegal. They had literally no remorse and were completely unprofessional and shady.
Imagine if this happened to you.
I would like to take a moment to thank Amy and her staff ESPECIALLY the mechanic who was able to put my truck back together after another local mechanic had completely made my experience with him a complete nightmare and made my trucka complete mess. Don't even get me started on that. The machanic at Twiggs was fantastic to deal with he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable I will request he works on my truck the next time I go back for anything. Amy kept me up to date on the progress of my truck. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, turnaround time and price. I would highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back. I've had my truck repaired here, I had a tire valve replaced and a battery recharged. Work was good.I've also rented Uhauls here as well. I've never had any issues. The customer service is good.
Ridiculously unprofessional, unreliable and rude; terrible customer service. Between myself and friends who have used them for uhaul/moving situations, we’ve never had an experience at twiggs that didn’t involve them attempting to charge us for extra insurance we’d initially declined or adding fees that didn’t make sense even to other uhaul rental facilities. People we’ve interacted with are alternately pushy and aggressive or apathetic and snarky. One of the first times I’ve genuinely felt compelled to leave a negative review, but have been and seen people be ripped off far too many times for this to be considered an isolated incident. Would never consider renting from them again
I had the most pleasant experience with a AAA service call. Called in service request at 6:55, call center said someone would be there by 7:28,and by 7:15, Chad,the driver for Twiggs had saved the day! Chad changed my tire in the pouring rain,in little to no time. David, you should be very proud of that driver, he was on his game, incredible fast and polite. I was Totally Satisfied!
I have nothing but good things to say about Twiggs. I have had a few repairs done here and am scheduled for more next week. Phone and front desk service is polite and prompt. Although I don’t speak directly with the mechanics regarding my car, they have been friendly in passing. Great job overall!
This afternoon I came out of Cumberland farms in Swansea to find my car wouldn't start. I had a million errands to run on my day off and here I was stuck at the gas pump with cars lined up behind me...my stress level was way too high for such a beautiful day. I called AAA and they gave me an ETA of 35 minutes....Chad was there in 15 minutes tops. After a few minutes of diagnostics, he determined I just needed a new battery. He had the battery on hand in the truck and I was back on the road in no time. Super quick and courteous....highly recommend! I'm new to the area and will definitely be going to Twigg's the next time I have a problem with my car (not too soon though, hopefully!).
Currently had my car towed threw Twiggs. Tow Driver cracked my windshield. Called Twiggs and spoke to DAVID who denied his driver did anything. He continued to yell at me and tell me SHUT UP and let him speak. I asked if this is how he treats his customer's and the reply was YES. I would not recommend anyone using this tow service at all. David is very ignorant and does not take ownership for damages his driver caused.
Wow! what an excellent experience! I was having difficulty starting my car and needed to contact AAA for battery maintenance on my vehicle. Twigg's Automotive & Towing responded efficiently and was able to effectively handle the issue. The technician even went out of their way to help me get a discount on the new product I would need for my vehicle! Overall, the service helped fix the problem and put my mind at ease! Thank you!
