Peter and his crew did SUCH a great job with my car! They not only did the repairs I brought my car in for, but I asked them to see what they could do about how low my exhaust was... It took them all of 5 minutes to figure out the issue with my exhaust pipe [keep in mind prior to going there, I'd had 4 other mechanics (including the shop who did the initial install) look at my exhaust system, and they all assured me "that's just how it is bc they were after market parts"...] Peter's crew immediately* figured out the middle muffler pipe was actually installed upside down ???♀️.
His staff was great, the prices were more than fair, and the work they did was excellent!! I was so happy with my experience that I've recommended his shop to my entire family. I will definitely be returning to have more work done on my car (it's 1,000% worth the drive from the Bucket), and when I'm ready to purchase my next one- Pete's the guy to see. He's a great business owner, he shoots straight (no bullshit), and genuinely cares about his business and customers. I cannot say enough great things about this shop. It's hard to find a good and reliable shop- Metacom/East Bay is worth every penny!??
I've had my car inspected and when my car stopped working all of a sudden they took it in and fixed it the same day! Very friendly and polite! Will be back!
Yes, I had to return recently with another car! Once again I was treated by a professional staff) especially Lori) she explained why we needed to leave the car and not drive it. The owner was awesome and connected is with the business that does rent cars!
They spoke directly with our insurance agent ! I could go on, but get my drift, they are all awesome!! We got our car back andcit looked brand new inside and out!! Highly recommend!!??
Great place with great people! Had to get my car towed in at night time and was pleasantly surprised they were able to take my car in first thing in the morning! Peter is amazing and honest and always takes care of my car when it needs to be brought in! Thank you guys!
Unprofessional as possible without trying to outright pick a fight. over charged and my car burst into flame a month after i asked him to look it over . Just steered my mom away , thats why i'm leaving this review , the experience was traumatic and I just had a flashback
Have used them for mechanic work for years. Highly recommend them. Fast, polite and professional service. Not the type of place that 'upsells' you stuff you don't need to make a buck when you need mechanic work done.
I got a car here the transmission went one day before the warranty was up and he told me to bring it in and he fixed it no questions asked no fuss I’ve bought three cars here and will be buying another one soon
I was up against a deadline to get my inspection sticker taken care of on my vehicle and these guys squeezed me in and stayed late after hours to make sure it was done. Friendly and fair!
