Best auto repair around. I called multiple different auto shops a few days ago to get my steering fixed because it was locked up and they all said they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the end of the week. I called Rmt and they said to bring it in and they would look at it that day. Within 4 hours someone called me and they fixed it and said it was ready. I have never been happier with the service at an auto repair shop. I highly recommend!
My family has been going to RMT for years for all of our cars. They're super friendly, honest and always quick to help diagnose or fix any issues. You can trust they'll tell you what your car absolutely needs and won't upsell or add-on anything that's not necessary. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else!
These guys are the best around in my opinion. Always proven to be honest, responsive, quick and detail-oriented. So happy to have a mechanic I can trust.
Took my daughters money and made no effort to help her complete the vehicle inspection. Was rude to me on the phone and rude to my daughter. Must be nice to think you are a king. You had no problem taking her $50 but made no attempt to help her after she fixed what needed to be fixed to pass her inspection. Keep your daughters away!
5/3/24. John, you replied to my review with incorrect information and also disclosing private client information to the public. You have no knowledge of my daughters situation and have conveyed false information about my daughter’s situation. This further indicates your lack of professionalism and disregard for your customer. You took her $50 for an inspection, treated her in a rude fashion and turned her away. You continue to cause damage to her with your reply to my review. You continued the poor treatment when I called to find out why you refused to finish the inspection process. Your answer to me was hanging up the phone. A woman should be able to get her car inspected without all of this. I don’t take lightly giving this kind of a review. I fully understand the hard work owning a business is. Customers are also working hard. Unless you’re walking in theirs shoes, don’t think that you know their situation. Empathy John, Empathy.
Recently took my car to John at RMT to diagnose and solve an issue that others couldn't figure out. Very professionally the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than a day. Lesson learned. Save money and start here.
I called within a days notice for an oil change and they got me in! Everyone I had dealt with (mechanic and front desk assistant) were so nice. Overall great experience and not a long wait!
RMT is excellent. Changed over to getting our car repairs with RMT some years ago. Their prices are reasonable and their work is done with pride. They are accountable for everything they repair!
They were very professional and efficient. A job that I thought was going to be challenging to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle was completed less than 24 hours from the time I call them. The amount that I paid to get the vehicle service was more than reasonable and I am ever so grateful.
Very unprofessional from answering the phone and more, no masks worn at all not even by the rude receptionist. Over three hours for a car Inspection due to the lack of organizational skills. Would not recommend them to anyone. Very dissatisfied.
RMT is outstanding, easily a five star rating. I have taken my cars to John for over 20 years and never felt as though I was being taken advantage of, they are honest, dependable and always kept me posted on what repairs/costs are necessary before a repair is complete.
I would leave a lower score if possible. Severely overcharged for labor that other places would do for free. Avoid this place if you like having money.
Twice i was in a jam where i needed critical safety repairs and not only did RMT give me enough detailed info as to whats needed to be done to make an educated decision.. They fixed it on time. Ill be going back
I have been taking my car there for years and I will continue to because they are great! They do an excellent job and they always manage to get the car completed by the end of the work day, they are reasonably priced and very nice to deal with
Worst place every to take your car to !! They are untruthful and and try to place blame on YOU when they mess something up on your car. I would never recommend this place for anyone unless you want more problems with your vehicle !!
Very professional, friendly, and honest people to care for your car needs. They have been servicing my cars for years and I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else. They go out of their way make time out for you if you need a quick fix, too, like replacing a headlight/tail light bulb or to check the pressure in your tires for you. I would highly recommend RMT Auto
I had a few issues with my car including a flat tire, I called around my area but I wasn't a fan of how they handled their calls. Then I called RMT Automotive and was told to take my time because I was trying to tell him all my issues in a minute. My car was only with them for 2 days, by end of the business day it was done but it was my birthday and I had plans so I couldn't pick up my car. I asked if I could pick it up the next day? They said yes and didn't charge me a storage fee like other places would. I plan to continue my services with them. I would recommend them to everyone.
