Don’t waste your time with this place, this NAPA location is trash. I came in and placed an order for parts. I was told they would call me when the parts arrived in a day or so. 12 days go by, no phone call. I couldn’t get an answer to my calls to check the order status. Stopped in the store to be confronted with a rude, grumpy and dismissive gray haired old woman. When she got the parts that had been sitting on the shelf behind her, one box was crushed and everything was filthy with dust and dirt and haphazardly put on the counter. It’s not like I’m working on a space shuttle but I’d like to see my parts handled with some care and I don’t think wanting some respect is too much to ask. Two thumbs down!
Had to order through a commercial account toward the end of the day. They went above and beyond to get me the part I needed quick and at a great price.
I went to store memorial day and wanted a distributor cap for a440 mopar, said they'll have it next day, picked it up next day, threw the receipt away thinking I wouldn't need it, yesterday I opened the box and the cap was for a 6 cylinder engine, probably won't exchange without a receipt, guess I'll have to go to advance auto store from now on, went back to the store and explained what happened, they exchanged the part for the right one, problem is resolved, 5 stars
Helped me with exhaust wrap and a couple of clamps for a temp repair. I hope the Google map updates your location with my submission.

They have some of the best characters working here. People on their phones while you wait on line to get helped. It’s a waste of time going here. Then ordering parts and not calling you back. I went here because I thought it was better than auto zone. Sad to say this was not.
Unlike Advanced Auto, Sears, and Walmart with free installation, NAPA will not install the purchase of a new auto battery for its customers. In addition, many online reviews were negative with regards to the recent quality of NAPA batteries, even with warranty offered.
The store is very disorganized and a lot of the people have no clue what they're talking about. They have way too much stock for their store yet it never seems that they have the part that I need. There's always boxes all over the floor full of their inventory and the place always looks a mess.
