This was the best customer service and experience I’ve ever had in my life. I am new to buying cars and everything like that and the worker broke down everything I needed to know and how everything works and worked with me even after I made a mistake in the paper work. They also have very great deals and high quality cars very much recommend them for a new car!!
They have a very nice selection both priced and selection. I had I nice time shopping the day I was there it was cold and windy salesman just helped out see me different cars. I pick one pick it up 4 days later they were all so nice and funny. This was my 3rd time buying from Wessels. Thank you so much.
Predatory behavior. The man at the front desk seemed annoyed by my presence, and wanted me to apply for a loan before taking the car to my mechanic on a test drive. Why would I ding my credit before inspecting the vehicle? He said if I "took it to the mechanic next door" he would have no problem. That's a conflict of interest and essentially grading your own homework. All around shady stealership.
Had a great experience with Matt and bought my jeep. The jeep is beautiful and runs great. It was a quick and easy process and they made sure to get me approved for the car I wanted!
Overpriced listings, Looked at a vehicle, found 2 oil leaks, and a possible boost leak (Seen soot by the discharge). I was told it’s sold as is and they only do enough work for it to pass inspection. You’ll end up spending money on a car and then spending money to fix it right after.. Don’t bother negotiating, they will not budge more than $100 if you’re financing and will work with you only if you pay cash. Overall, was not a very good experience and the salesman didn’t even come outside to attempt to sell me this vehicle or do a look over with me

Super satisfied with seller. Car interior was immaculate (detailer is amazing). Bought a 2008 Toyota Yaris. Love it so far. Loan process was tedious because it's an older vehicle but seller was a terrific help. Would definitely buy from them again.
Seller was very nice but sold me a car that needed $3.5k done immediately after I got it, didn't disclose anything. Obviously I can't be too mad as I bought it, (not quite knowing how to check out a car before buying). Still love the car just bummed out
My son bought his first vehicle recently here and we had a great experience. The team was very easy to work with, communicated well, and made something that can be pretty stressful a really good experience. Scott did a great job of making the whole experience smooth and relaxed, and on the day of the purchase Rachel and Matt were great to work with as well. Purchased a 2012 Ford F250 from them 1 year ago, for $15,800.. year later it’s time for inspection, Frame is absolutely rusted, broken exhaust manifolds, truck came with 1 inspection sticker which was pointed out to be fake.
All bed rails are 100 Trashed with rust
Can corner rusted
Rockers rusted
Frame rusted
Broken exhaust manifolds (both)
I wasn’t too Educated on this type of issues so they got me good! But I will never again Buy a vehicle from them as I wish they helped me make the best option as I told them what I needed it for… so 3 Years left to go on a loan with a vehicle that’s not suitable for the road, & I will not be paying $7,300 for rust repair!

As a former mechanic and new customer..... the mechanics and staff here are all amazing and helpful! Needed a solid and reliable car quick and who knew? This place is it! 2015 Nissan altima. 129k miles. That mileage though 😍 32mpg city, 37 highway.
A couple of years ago my credit was in the trash, nobody would finance me. Though we had money and are business owners we all know that credit is what they look at. Well due to medical bills and some other things I wasn’t a good risk. Skip Waverly introduced us to Bill Wessels and he was the only one that gave us a chance. The program he put us in worked for those with bad credit. We paid on time and never missed a payment. Mr. Wessels only asked that when we got our scores up and it was time to get another vehicle to come back and give him our business.
It’s almost two years later and we kept our promise! We went from a 2010 basic dodge minivan with over 100k Miles to a new 2017 Nissan Quest with bells and whistles!
Bill Kimmel and Brad were amazing! When the banks tried to give us hard time they fought for us! Got a good rate, payments are fair and we didn’t have to settle! We got exactly what we wanted for our large family!
I would recommend this dealership in a heart beat! They treat you like family and not a number! The staff is super friendly and Mr. Wessels is a gem.
Please don’t overlook them because they are not “HUGE” compared to other dealerships. They are a blessing! No haggling, No fluff, No lies! They just make it happen!
