They did me solid when I took my Jetta a few weeks ago. He was cool with putting on parts I purchased and with labor saved me a lot of money versus other quotes I was receiving. It was awesome to finally hear that someone likes to work on VWs! Every other mechanic gives me grief or wants to charge an arm and a leg for the pleasure. I know I'm not alone when it comes to money struggles. Miller's Auto, thanks for not breaking the bank!
Millers is shady with their work and pricing. They don’t provide accurate quotes and then charge you way more than you were expecting. They also have terrible communication and take forever. I would go anywhere but here
The guy that runs that place he's very good guy very good with us he was everything that we needed he was nice helped us out did everything that we needed done and just great great service
Took my car to have a timing chain replaced kept being told part wasn’t available but calling other garages part was available …. Always something else wrong once one thing was fixed another went wrong supposedly… would call in and would get a run around and told my call would be returned but never returned my calls would sit on hold for a long time admitted to leaving car door open and going home wich drained the battery !!! Was driving my car admitted to driving it for days straight ended up having it for 13 almost 14 months!! wen I picked up my car they told me my bill was 1065 they handed me my key but there’s no possible way and they lie constantly!!! I told them to stop working on it and I wanted it back and even still it took them almost 3 weeks to give it back I do not recommend this place !!!!
Absolutely horrible garage has had my car since August when I call I’m on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on was told mechanic was sick then a job came in that paid more money so my car was pushed back “seriously” to this day the garage still has my car and it still isn’t fixed last call was 3 weeks ago and they told me part has come in car would be ready in 3 days guess what car still isn’t done. Next call is my attorney I’m done now
This is the best shop I have ever dealt with , they are quick , the service is always amazing and they always take care of my vehicles, will never go anywhere else , thank you millers automotive !
Called this place twice within a couple of days to see if they could fix something minimal on my car. I figured they were busy so thats why I tried again just to see if they could replace my mirror. The lady on the phone said she would call me back both times, took my number, and I still haven’t heard anything. I guess they just prefer cars that need more work and sit in the lot longer.

Had three vehicles serviced at Miller's. Two personal vehicles and one business vehicle. Two of the vehicle came back worse. One vehicle seemed reliable at first. The work vehicle was diagnosed with bearing issues a week later. As soon as I got that vehicle back it was pulling to one side and making a constant screeching sound. Keep in mind this is a 2018 vehicle with low mileage.
These people are crooks! They get you with the $9.95 emission and oil change combo. All of my vehicles were to have had an oil change. I requested specific oil and that was not done. HERE'S THE KICKER ON SUPPOSED OIL CHANGE: No oil mileage sticker placed on two of the 3 vehicles and most likely used crisco instead of what I requested. Sleezebags at best. So damn tired of dishonest auto mechanics.
I won’t go anywhere else. These guys are so honest. They never try to up charge and get me the best prices. Quick to get my Jeep in for services. Fun group of guys who always make sure my Jeep is in great shape. Can’t say enough good things.
Awful communication and turnaround time. No explanation or apologies. Simple inspection and couldn't return phone calls made every day for the week they had the car to give an update...No parts/repairs were needed. No excuses for poor service. Always said the manager was not there to speak to for an update. Will not be returning for ANY services.
Thought we would try them out for the $9.95 inspection. They tried to tell us the vehicle needed $1500 to pass inspection. The vehicle is a 2016, we haven't even owned for a year. Took it for a second opinion had 2 mechanics looking to see what it needed, only found 1 issue and it will be $300. We then showed them what we were told was wrong and they could not find the issues that they said were wrong. I will never recommend them to anyone. It's a shame too because I was hoping they were a reputable family owned business. Unfortunately they either have a bad mechanic or are just cheating people out of their money.
1 star is too high -10 would be appropriate. Looked @ a truck agreed on the price, went and got the loan. Then the next day the sales person told me he couldn't honor the agreement. Said he could do the price, but couldn't honor the 90 day warranty. When I was there he told me the owner was away on vacation and he wouldn't be talking to him for 2 weeks. Then magically that night he talked to the owner. Oh and to top it off he was getting the tires rotated and a list of things they had done to see if I still wanted it.....I am still waiting for a call. These are the type of ppl that make you not trust used car sales ppl. Now hopefully i can find a vehicle for the amount I got the personal loan for.
Had no complaints over the course of a year with inspections and work done to both my work van and personal vehicle. Recently, however, my brother and I brought his vehicle in to be inspected. He was given a quote of 1800 for repairs... repairs which he has since done himself to the tune of 50 bucks and an evening in the garage.
To add insult to injury, they charged 300 for ‘diagnosing’ the ‘problems’, in addition to doubling the markup on the parts they intended to replace.
Suffice to say, I no longer intend to bring my vehicles here. No one else should either.
I took in my car to get my safety and emissions inspections done. The price was amazing, I paid only $20 and the next cheapest place I found was at least twice as expensive. Great experience.
Started out needing something notarized. It was a good experience, so I decided to try auto repair and service. They are trustworthy and break repairs to various levels of necessity. Reasonably priced, trustworthy and close. Will consider for car purchase.
My mother needed work done on her car and the service she received at Miller's auto was excellent. From the friendly greeting when she brought the car in, to the updates and explanations on the service being done, to the timely finish, she was happy! My mother lives on a limited income and for her to have work done on her car is usually a stressful time. But this time was different.. I am so glad she chose to have the work done here! We have both bought a car from Miller's Auto and had our foreign cars (Volvo and Subaru) serviced there. The sales staff was friendly, helpful and professional and the repair service was always top notch. We were made at all times to feel as though our satisfaction as a customer was their #1 priority. We highly recommend their services.
Millers has been servicing my cars for ten plus years. They have done state inspections, oil changes, replaced/fixed tires, replaced break pads, wheel bearings and headlights. They even replaced the motor. Millers is a family owned business. They always treat their customers with respect. They are very accommodating in scheduling my vehicles. I will continue to get my cars serviced by Millers and recommend them to anyone looking for a great auto service business.

About 6 months ago, we purchased a 2010 VW Jetta from Miller's Auto Sales in Dillsburg. We needed another vehicle because our car was failing and needed too much work. Our relatives recommended this business for their honesty, integrity and experience. Since this purchase, a can honestly say we are extremely happy as the vehicle has been running like a charm. We also visited other dealerships, but found Miller's to provide better service and pricing. Thank You Miller's for helping us!
The salesman was disinterested in dealing with customers unless they have cash in hand to make a purchase.
They have no financing it's strictly cash and carry, the vehicles are shoddy at best and have no warranty or guarantees and no on site repairs.
This is a buy and flip business that buys vehicles at auction then re-sells without checking them out.

Was surprised to see all the negative reviews here. I just bought a car at Miller's and it was one of the best used car buying experiences I've ever had. Greg was fair, knowledgable and honest. He also wasn't pushy in the way that often makes used car buying a stressful experience. Will happily shop here again.
Millers Auto Sales is the perfect place to buy a vehicle or get your vehicle repaired.I have purchased a vehicle from them and they made every thing easy and comfortable.Also, I have had a vehicle repaired there and the service guys are great ,both with customer service and there vehicle repair knowledge.

They had the exact vehicle I needed. I knew all the info on it and only needed Millers to sign the paperwork and hand over the title. They were good about inspections and not giving a major sales pitch. They were still pushy, slightly over priced and were very dishonest. I was told there were 'only two things wrong' with the vehicle I was looking at. By the time I finished looking at it I could point out closer to 15. It was still a good purchase. While sigining the paperwork, I overheard the salesman behind me flat out lie to another customer. After I bought it (with a check, so they'd mail me the title), it took several phone calls to straighten out paperwork that they didn't fill out correctly. Afterwards, it took the dealer almost 3 weeks to mail me the title after the check cleared, not the purchase. I called several times and they said 'it's in the mail'. The stamp on the envelope was dated a full two weeks after the check cleared. I don't like being lied to.
I would highly suggest, if you must buy a vehicle here, you do all your homework beforehand and do not trust anything they say. I give it two stars because they did have a decent selection of vehicles.
Quickly and effectively diagnosed simple blown tire. Offered tire services (no pressure) and was comparable to other local tire dealers. Customer service over was OUTSTANDING! Ask for Robert in Service Department.
