Napa Jeannette .May I just say that.. just about every person there has helped me one way or another ..Alex has helped me with changing my wiper blades in cold weather ,to my key fob battery. Jake has put up with my multiple questions and is always happy to do so. Bill has looked things up for me before and they were right. Brandan who has helped me out with my lug nuts that were difficult, to topping off my fluids.. Everyone of them was polite and kind, I am happy everytime I walk in there. Thank you Napa Jeannette 🙏
I tried going in for a new battery for my key fob. The associate was very rude and didnt put in an effort to provide high quality customer service. I politely informed him I needed a battery for my key fob (provided the details of what car i had) and said he wasnt able to look it up in his system that way. I asked if he could open my fob to look and see what battery my key fob has and he just said no (didn't provide a reason why). I asked if there was another person who could assist and he just said no (there were other people in the back). Never going back to this establishment again.
This is by far the best NAPA store I visited. I needed brake pads and rotors for my Jeep. This is the ONLY store in my area that had them showing on their app as in stock. I called ahead to confirm the parts were in stock before making the hour drive to the store. Once there we discovered we needed a brake code. Alex at NAPA called the nearest Jeep dealer to obtain the code. I was able to purchase the correct parts the first time. Great job to the Jeannette NAPA for going above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts.
Used to go to the White Oak location until I learned prices vary from store to store. This has the same produced much cheaper. On line ordering is very fast.
Staff is helpful, excellent in finding the right part, almost all the times I've been in there they'd either have what I'm looking for or tell me where I can find the parts
Jeannette store on Lowry ave. I called checking about coolant for my PT Cruiser I had just bought. They didn't have the exact Mopar coolant but cross checked & they had what I needed in stock. I believe I talked with Jesse on the phone. I forget the gentleman's name who actually helped me. An older pleasant man. My husband drove for Napa out in Salinas & Monterey, California. I'm still loyal! Great place, large selection of items in stock & nice people behind the counter.
Great autoparts store. Staff is always anxious to help or share knowledge. They even have odd ball parts for gardening and lawn mowers if your in a bind.
Knowledgeable staff, varied selection of uncommon parts, always an open register, and most importantly of all: willing to recommend other stores when they don't have what I need. A NAPA employee was the entire reason I discovered Bortz hardware as he did not have the hardened steel bolts I needed, and he did not hesitate to point out several local stores that could have them, and even helped me in spelling the names when I misheard him. Commitment to customer satisfaction is very clear.
Very attentive ,helpful, respectful,changed my battery in minutes! I recommend this NAPA for all your car or truck needs..Jake is the guy to see! He will take care of whatever you need!
