This unit is great, the staff is always working with customers, helping get the items they need and want. Shelves are neat and stocked well. There is plenty of parking in the lot. Have a question about car care, you can call the unit and talk with one of the knowledge staff.
Had to stop into the Jeannette store for a battery swap and Brian took care of it in record time. Super friendly and helpful and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Always great and friendly service at this location!
we were there last ight cus our check engine light was on. everyone in the store was so helpful, but the name is that sticks out BRIAN!! WOW 🤩. he was on his break and he came over to talk to us next thing i know he changed a part IN THE POURING DOWN RAIN!! you only hear bad things about businesses, but this was far from bad it was GREAT!! if you have any problems go see them you will leave happy.
Make sure you double check your pick up orders, had my car all jacked up and wheels off when I realized they gave me rear rotors rather than the fronts. Double checked my order online and sure enough wrong part number.
Very rude and disrespectful staff. I believe they ruined my car battery and or alternator to try to get me to buy one from them! I went to get my battery checked and by the time they made me start my car way too many times and did various other things, my car would not start at all and had to be towed out of the lot! BEWARE.
Stopped at auto zone tonight for a headlight that was out Brian was so helpful as always everytime I'm in a pinch they help me here with no questions asked cold or not he was more than willing to help me get the headlight installed
Wonderful customer service!!!!! If they don't have a part you need they automatically looked up other locations to see what other stores have it in stock. .. very knowledgeable & friendly.
A young women helped me pick out a battery for my car and installed it with ease. She even did a price match with Walmart.

Always so helpful! But tonight I went in for my brake light and the store manager jumped in to help and literally got my situated, saved me money, and installed it! I will always recommend this store to everyone. Always appreciate the friendly employees and their help.

I bought a battery from Autozone a year ago. Turns out the previous installer did a poor job. Today I dealt with Spencer and he did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond to make it right. He was kind, friendly, and an excellent face to the company with excellent work ethic.
They were wonderful in helping me purchase and changed my two batteries in my Jeep. It was not an easy change and in the heat Robbie was an expert installer and helped me out greatly! Thank you!
Today my husband & I stopped in to have the battery replaced in my son’s car. When the young salesman lifted the hood, he discovered that the engine had overheated & coolant leaked out. His name was Spencer, and he was a Godsend! He was able to prevent us from needing to get the car towed, and we were able to drive home safely. The employees in that store went above & beyond the call of duty! I truly can’t say how very thankful we were for their efforts! They made us AutoZone customers for life. Thanks for excellent customer service!
Received the absolute best service here. My car randomly started rattling, jerking and not accelerating. Spotted the store on the road so I decided to pull in. The guys there calmed me down and went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with my car and get it fixed. They were absolutely amazing and I’m so glad I went in. They saved the day and my car!!!!!
They put brake lights on for me for free! I really appreciate them for helping me out because I could not do it myself!!! They were very patient and professional! I definitely recommend
I got a flat tire trying to put air in my tires and wasn't sure who to call. I have AAA but didn't feel like waiting for hours. AutoZone was right down the road from me so I called them. Rob, the store manager, said he would come over and he was there in minutes. He tried to put air in the tire but I had a broken valve stem. He graciously agreed to change my tire which wasn't easy because the lug nuts wouldn't come loose. He kept at it and wouldn't give up! He got the tire changed and then shocked me by saying there was no charge! I couldn't believe it. Rob, thank you so much for helping me on a cold winter night and being so nice. I will always be grateful.
Almost every time in this store is a nightmare. My last visit I waited in lime for 15 Mims before being helped. Then once I did get waited on, the worker moved extremely slow, then he handed the transaction off to another cashier. He also was ridiculously slow and took extra way to many unnecessary steps to complete the sale. Then ended up giving me the wrong part. I left about 40 mins before my daughter had to be at work and because of my experience with Jeannette Auto Zone he got there 1 minute before she had to clock in. Terrible experience.
I came in with a dead buttery. The manager was great in helping me select a replacement. He replaced my battery for me, and really helped me out of a jam. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
This is the best AutoZone! They are super polite EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! They truly believe in customer service! I can go on for days about this place and the great people. However go and experience for yourself! Thanks always you guys.
The staff here went above and beyond to help me track down a difficult to find part. They are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! They have definitely become my local go-to parts store.
I arrived at Auto Zone in emotional distress due to my engine overheating halfway through my hour drive home from a 12 hour long nightshift. Bill Mason was extremely helpful. He just handled it. He approached my problem with professional competence. Bill went above and beyond.
Awesome customer service! Our son was heading back to base and broke down ... 5 hours from our home. Called AutoZone and Ricky was extremely helpful! Our Marine for the repair with the correct part and made it back to base safely!!!
All the employees are very respectful and polite. They always drop what they’re doing and out customers first. They also know their products and, make sure the store looks great. Last autozone’s price’s are always at the right price.
We weren't there to shop but rather had an accident in front of the store. The staff did everything they could to help us and calm down everyone involved.
We weren't even customers at the time and they went above and beyond to help.

Bill Mason and Anthony Smith I can say are two of the Best Auto Part Store Workers I have EVER dealt with. They have a ton of knowledge and assist me each and EVERY time i visit their store. They even stayed after closing to finish assisting me. I will be a Jeannette Auto Zone customer for life. I cant say enough! I consider myself lucky!!

Went in looking for a part and explained what I was looking for and what the part was for. Gentleman Mick I think said he understood and figured out a suitable part for what I was looking for. Said had to order it and would take a couple of days. To my surprise, I received a call the next morning before lunch and was told my part was in. Went and picked it up and going to inquire about getting a second one. He had ordered 2 so it was already there. Couldn't ask for anything better. Best parts experience ever!!
I came in with a burned out turn signal, and needing new windshield wipers. They were so friendly, and helpful. They also had me back on the road super fast. I definitely plan to come to them exclusively.
The gentleman that helped me today when my headlights wouldn't work gave me the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I wish I was not so flustered at the time to remember his name but he had long hair. Thank you again sir!
