This is the best garage I have ever been to. They went over and above helping me multiple times with my vehicle. They are friendly helpful and most of all professional. I would recommend them to anyone if you want prompt professional work
I do not recommend it at all, the owner quoted me a repair for 1500, after 2 weeks of having my car he increased the price to 2000, I went to leave more money than he told me they needed and when he asked about my car on WhatsApp he blocked me , until I had to go to the shop to say that I would talk to the police, in the end they had my car for 5 weeks, they broke the piece that holds the trunk, they gave me the car with Unassembled parts and full of grease and inside. DEFINITELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE.
Awesome tow truck experience. Promptly on time, straight to the point, very nice gentleman I dealt with. I would recommend them for towing 10/10 times and will be using their services in the future for our automotive needs.
My alternator went and the guy charged me a fair price and was very nice. Great work and they had it back to me within 2hrs. This garage will be my go to place for car repairs everytime.
My car broke down on the side of the turnpike while traveling back to my home out of state. The Irwin Auto team was the kindest, most attentive, and most helpful people. They were truly heaven-sent. It took only two hours from breakdown to "back on the road," and the Irwin Auto team was quick and at an incredibly fair price. I would recommend them to anyone!!
When I say these guys helped us out so much! We drove from Allentown and had a slight hiccup with the brakes. Not only did they give me a more than fair price!! They stayed after hours to make sure I was good to get back on the road! Definitely much love to these guys and I highly recommend them to everyone
Called Irwin Automotive this morning trying to figure out what was going on with my car (cause I’m clueless) the owner made me feel comfortable and told me I could bring it in so they could take a look to see what was wrong. Some of the nicest people I have met very customer oriented,knowledgeable and friendly! They fixed the problems right away and helped ease my mind! My cars driving like a gem now and I couldn’t be more grateful! I will be a happily returning customer! Friendliest Garage I’ve ever been too and they treat you like family! Thank you guys! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 10/10
