*Update: UNBELIEVABLY slow today. There were 2 people in front of me in line. It's been 15, nope, 20, nope, 25, nope, 30 MINUTES so far and still waiting. The employee, Robert, has left the register 5 times, oh, nope, we're up to 8 times now, sometimes for several minutes at a time. I'm updating this as I wait. He's now been talking about a battery with the customer in front of me for over 10 min.
*Original: Only 3 minutes from my house, so I'm there all the time since my cars need a lot of maintenance. My Jag needed an o-ring and plastic washer for a fuel injector, which was leaking. I thought I was going to have to buy a new fuel injector ($175), but Eddie helped me tonight to find these exact parts (from an Audi) for $17. Thank you, Eddie!
I stopped on to get oil for me car and the environment was very easy going and light hearted. The staff greeted me right away and offered assistance. Robert and Dannie were wonderful. The manager Robert Mackey was 10/10. Knowledgeable, pleasent, and respectful. He went above and beyond to help me solve the issue I was having with my car free of charge. Highly recommend stopping here for any vehicle related things.
Wasn't exactly sure what I needed and within 2 minutes, Robert Mackey had me hooked up. Such a nice guy...pleasant and extremely friendly. I typically don't go to this store but plan on going there when something is needed in the future. Thanks Robert!
Had a great experience here. Emergency, I needed rear caliper bolts on a 2007 accord. Dealership and advance didn't have them. O'Reilly had them and at a great price. Next time this place will be my first call
I was totally lost on what I needed. The manager there Robert saved my life. He was completely knowledgeable about everything I asked about my vehicle and made sure I had a clear understanding of what I was purchasing and why before I spent my money and left the building. Store was very clean and environment very professional! I highly recommend!!!
Eddie was awesome! Went to 2 other stores prior to get wiper blades. They kept giving me the wrong ones. Eddie took the time to do a little research to find out that my model had two different manufacturing dates with two different wipers. Installed them for me to make sure they fit. Great customer service!

Wyatt can you say.... The cost here for the part I needed was literally more than 3x the cost of the part bought on Amazon.... Can you guess what I did?? Yep!!! Bought the part on Amazon damn right.... I will say however the part here was over 3x tones the price but up the road it was 4x so not as bad in pricing but a perfect reason to shop Amazon still I'm afraid..... Sorry but I've found the biggest things to save on with Amazon is auto parts so I'll not even check an auto store again unless by a miracle Amazon doesn't have it.....
Always some great help here! Helped me test my charging system and battery on my motorcycle to make sure it was in tip top shape for riding. Great deals, good prices, followed by friendly and helpful employees helps make for a good experience.
I ordered a CV axle from here, had to pay extra for shipping and wait a week - no big deal ?. But when the part finally came in I went and picked it up and the box was all taped up, I assumed that the part was either taped up at the store or at least checked considering the condition of the box- I would have check it if I were them and so would most people right?
Well I already had the car torn apart (daily driver) , and when I opened the box all the bearings and hardware was missing and grease was throughout the inside of the box- the vehicle was needed for work the next day- I returned the the part for a refund and went to AutoZone who supplied me with a COMPLETE part in good condition - not to mention that when I picked up the part there was an employee standing halfway out the back door smoking and was just looking at me while I waited and waited until finally someone else finally came from the back to help me at the counter- I was the only person in the store!! Apparently the employees don't care about the customer's so I will never set foot back into this store!! Unless you just need oil or something I'd avoid this store no matter what - the employees can't be trusted to ensure you get quality parts or customer service!

One if the associates some time ago introduced me to a few products that saved me a ton over time, and a wider variety for car detailing.
Wanted to buy wheel covers but they raised the price from $30 up to $40 from the last time I looked at them guess due to the fact there was 3 guys working and I was the only customer in this place must really have a high labor cost.
Daniel was very kind and courteous during the parts pickup process and spoke to me with respect - not something I’ve experienced at some of the other auto parts stores

Beyond the call of duty...... they replaced my battery which ended up being difficult and taking extra time due to bad corrosion. They stayed after closing time to get it done and were very professional.
