About a month ago I had a very bad vibration/shimmy in my steering wheel when going 60mph and over. From past experience I thought it may be a wheel bearing issue. I called Chris's Tire Service and was told that they do not do mechanical work and was told "give Tom & Wanda a call at Venango Towing, they will take good care of you". Kudos and thanks to Chris's Tire! Tom and Wanda, at Venango Towing and Recovery, are truly gems in their industry and make me again realize why I prefer the small town life. It was not a wheel bearing issue and Tom explained what he thought may be happening and I agreed with the repair and now all is well with my car and they have a customer for life! Very reasonable cost, great communication and trustworthy repairs.

Venango towing was the only place that would wake up at 12am when I had my accident to tow my vehicle to their shop, plus clean up the road from glass and debri at 12 am.
They are very nice, professional people who really know how to run a good business! They helped me throughout the whole way to help me make arraignments to get them paid off, and they even let me get what I needed out of my car.
