As the other guy said he is a crook. He surveyed to adjacent properties prior to mine based on their deeds. He never disclosed this info to me and then never did a survey based on my deed. His surveyor Bailey came out but never even looked at my deed apparently. On the phone he told me I get what's left over since they already surveyed the adjacent properties. In court they were against allowing a letter from an attorney to be submitted and went as far as to tell the judge a property of my size could be off by 100 feet and it is up to their opinion where the property lines should be. My property is 100x132. They were off up to 9 feet on one line. I have the court transcripts to prove all of this. Edit: After seeing your response it's clear that you are lying and I will be adding the photos of the survey so people can see the truth in the numbers. Plus you admitted that you did not do the survey to what the deed says and have not shown proof that any of my property was bought or sold to change the deed dimensions that are the oldest unchanged deed in Watrous going all the way back to 1896 and can be traced that far back.

I recently contacted the Land Services Group to help me with a subdivision / lot addition situation in Delmar Township. Alan, Vivian, Michelle and the guys in the field did a very professional job finding an equitable solution to my problem. They contacted the appropriate township (Delmar) committees to seek out their opinions and then completed and sheparded my application through the township. These people did a very good job and made a potentially complex situation much more simple. The cost of their services was quite reasonable by my experience. The name "Land Services Group" is highly appropriate. They are competent surveyors, but also trained problem solvers that provide much more than just accurate maps and surveys.
