Amazing service the ground actuator went out on my 2016 BMW 535 DME shipped it got to them on the 11th. Got it back to me on the 19th the car now runs like brand new after a DME replacement just had to clear the codes and after that everything‘s running perfect

The ECU repair to my 2019 VW Atlas was nothing short of perfect. My damage was self inflicted with the notorious battery battery being arched to the ECU damaging the unit. Instructions were easy to follow to remove and pacakge the unit to be ready for shipment. Continuous email notifications were sent out for updates and the fix was quick. When calling the for further questions or support, the team was responsive and incredibly helpful and polite! The team even followed up specifically on my situation on how to prevent it in the future. I was both impressed and please with the team's service and price compared to other shops and dealers!

Ok... what started out as a very routine DIY battery replacement turned into a WTF moment when every vehicle gremlin appeared at once(!), in our (*the wife's car) 2013 Mini Cooper Paceman All4. All the typical faults and failures associated low-voltage (spike?) with a Mini Cooper vehicles. That damn FRM Module boarded the crazy train. So... as the wife is freaking out and thinking I killed her beloved car... with a renewed sense of urgency, I started asking around - who could fix this. (*Very long pause...) No one... and the potential srvc / repair cost was estimated in the thousands! WTF again. Thankfully, further research resulted in finding the team at ECU Pro. At a reasonable cost, they would do their magic to unscramble the FRM Module. Honestly, this was going to be my 'Hail Mary' - trusting the scammer loaded internet. So, a long story short... I did the on-line srvc order, paid my fee, & sent the FRM module to them. Within a week, I got it back, well packaged & I installed it following their simple clear provided instructions. So far, alls well. The gremlins have been chased away & behold, I'm not sleeping with the dogs anymore. Thank you ECU Pro. (*I'll update this review only if the gremlins return.)

The repair of my FRM was fast and painless. I packaged the unit sent it overnight according to the instructions and requested return overnight for a fee. The whole process took four days. So far the car is operating just like it used to. I am very happy with the results and service!

Very happy with their repair experience for my Cascadia ECU. Great communication during the process and impressed with the video they provided testing the repaired ECU in a similar vehicle. Their pricing is less than or similar to a pullout ECU from a junkyard. Better yet...no programming required and the benefit of a warranty. Happy customer!

I sent in my engine control unit (ME 9.7 from a Mercedes W221 S550) due to multiple fault codes, including P0607, misfires, ignition coil primary current errors, and oxygen sensor plausibility faults. The diagnosis was very thorough and transparent, including clear photos of the damaged PCB. All of my questions were answered quickly and in detail. The turnaround time was exactly as promised and the replacement process went smoothly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, communication, and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend them.

Top-tier service for E90 owners! They handled my FRM repair with lightning-fast speed and perfect results. I’ve since sent in my CAS, and although they are currently backlogged, their communication is so good that I don't mind the wait. It’s clear they are in high demand for a reason. I pulled codes and checked a bunch of wiring on the 330i. After double checking and calling these guys I sent my FRM in for repairs. I got it returned quickly, and when I reinstalled it in the car everything worked!!! It fired right up and now my reverse lights work!! Thanks so much you guys were great to deal with.

The ECU Pro was great! I sent my damaged ECU in and requested a replacement due to needing the ECU back quickly for my primary car. They were able to repair my unit and refunded me the difference of the replacement cost. The technician even confirmed the damage so I knew the ECU was definitely the issue with my car. They had a quick turn around even with the holidays. The technical staff and customer service were helpful to walk through the process and answer questions. Hopefully I don’t ever damage my ECU again but if I do they will be the first people I call.

I found ECU pro on google and couldn’t be happier, they tested my ECU and recommended that it tested ok but they recommended I try another ECU and if it didn’t resolve my issue I can return it. Anyway it fixed my drivability problems. The reason my ECU tested good was it only acted up when it got hot somehow and then it would trigger codes for injector calibration. ECU pro were honest and helpful any time I called them. I would definitely recommend them for your ECU repair or replacement, they program it so it’s plug and play

UPDATE 12/12/25: Received a call from the owner. Very nice person. We went into detail about my entire experience and then was told all the new policies and procedures they were implementing going forward. Total professional. Even offered to extent the warranty on my EIS. I commend businesses like this who take the time to learn from customers experience instead of putting the blame on other things. They have earned my future business, even if they are clear across the country. Thank you, Ace. Whole process took about a month. To be fair, I’m on the west coast and shipped out my EIS on a Friday afternoon. They received my part 7 days later, and then worked on it 7 days after that. They couldn’t replicate the issue I was having which I knew going into it was a possibility. They suggested replacing it but gave me a 2 week window to return it if the problem persists (wouldn’t get a full refund though). They shipped it back on 2-day shipping. Installed it immediately (Friday) and it would not work. Key turns but would not start the car. I think something went wrong during their programming. Called them up before they closed for the weekend. They “messaged” the technician and told me to check my email for the tech’s response. By Monday afternoon, still no update. Called back and was told the same thing, wait for the tech’s email. Finally got the email, which was asking me to repeat the issue, which I already told the person over the phone. I gave my phone number so they could call me for more details. No call. By the end of the day, they emailed me saying they’ll ship out another EIS. Two days later and it arrive. Installed it and worked on the first try. Now I will monitor it for the next two weeks. On a separate note, I called in asking about getting a new key programmed. The woman I spoke to was rude. If you live nearby, maybe you’d have a better experience. Being across the country, I doubt I’d use them again.

This was a great experience. First, it was an easy process to remove my FRM. Second, it's super easy to complete the work order and ship the part (as long as you know how to follow directions). Third, this is the best part, I sent my FRM in by USPS and their tracking said it wouldn't be at the shop for 4 days. I received an email from ECU Pros on day 2 of shipping letting me know they received the part and another saying the work was complete. The only problem I had wasn't ECU Pros fault. They shipped the part back by FedEx and it took 4 days for me to get it because it sat in the distribution center for days. NO DING ON ECU PROS fourth and final, the instructions for installation were great, simple and straight to the point. Thank you guys you're a huge help.

This was my first time to use ECU Pro. As a business owner I tell people all of the time that even crappy businesses can trip through doing it right. Businesses are all trying to get it right every time, but we are human and the world is imperfect place so 100% is never possible. Where a company has a real opportunity to shine is when they get it wrong or something doesn't go as planned. Then you really get to see what that company and it's staff are made of. Auto Service and items like control units are no different. On the first go we got an EIS that was in operable but ECU made it right and made it right as quickly as possible, even eating the postage to overnight the replacement. I am giving ECU Pro 5 stars for getting client service right after a stumble. They stayed in communication and kept me updated until it was done. It was nice to have them do all that they could because on my end I had to do the same for my client that this affected. Thank you to all the staff at ECU Pro for the efforts, it was appreciated and noticed and myself and my company will not hesitate to utilize their services again.

Was a wonderful experience, my foot well module got damaged during a jump start on my 2013 mini and sent it in they were great with communicating with me once they received my module they went straight to work and did a repair and had it sent back immediately! Installed a new battery and programmed it then plugged in my repaired foot well module and Walla started up no codes and all my lights and windows were again operable! I would recommend this company to everyone! Great company reliable and quick at what they do!

ECU Pro is absolutely incredible. They’ve fixed my Audi p2404 that Audi dealership said the ECU needs replacing. Come to find out, the totally awesome technician found that some solder joints had come loose. I sent this same exact ECU to someone else prior to ECU pro working on it. They couldn’t fix it, long story short. Now since ECU pro has fixed it, it’s been solid error free. The car even runs way smoother. Hats off to ECU pro. They’re going to be my first choice from now on for ECU repairs.. they saved me over $3000 in repairs from Audi dealership. I hope that others I’ve seen on blogs find this review. Seems my issue was not an isolated problem. Lots of Audie’s I’ve read about have been experiencing the same issue. As a matter of fact, I’m going to go to those blogs and tell them about this awesome repair. I can’t thank you enough for this fix. I’ve been wrestling this for over a year and now the fight is over. Found ECU Pro through a google search for my Mini Cooper body control module (BCM) service. Shocked when I learned they are an hour drive away from my home! However, like many, my time is short. I completed the service order online and sent my BCM away. They tested and recorded a video of my BCM operating a test vehicle with no issues. Unfortunately, my BCM was not defective. I am only out the troubleshooting cost (not cheap but it answers a question with my issue). I have no reason to doubt them and they have a crazy good rating. I found the website and tracking of my work order easy. I will definitely use their service again should I need related service in the future.

Working with ECU Pro was as smooth as if they were right down the street from me. They met all my expectations and exceeded what they promise. It was a pleasure working with them. I received my replacement parts a new key fob and EIS and they work great.

Having problem with my sprinter van to start, use a local locksmith and he says that key was bad and he said he repaired and charged me $400. But ignition still not turning. He said then that the EIS is bad. I was looking to pay $300 to $400 for a new EIS and then $300 more to get cloned. I take my time and look for a better option. Then I found The ECU Pro online and decided to give them I try to repair my EIS. Process was super easy, I take out all parts need it and send it to them. After a couple of days they responded to me and showed me that my key program didn't work and my EIS is good. Only needed a new key, I approve to get 2 new keys and I spend a lot less money and getting everything 100% on working order. They send everything back fast and instructions how to make everything work back also on remote door lock. Awesome company, I will use it anytime with no hesitation.

I sent my ECU to ECU Pro for repair and was thoroughly impressed with their service. They maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, regularly updating me via text and email about the testing and repair status. I contacted ECU Pros to have my bmw's computer checked. They gave me a ticket number to put on my shipping box. When they recieved my part they called me to let me know they have it. They then told me how busy they were and where I was in the queue. I was sent a video of my unit being tested. In my case everything checked out OK. They carefully bubblewraped it and sent it back by fedex.

My mechanic said I would have to take my car to a Mini dealership, over an hour away! I jumped online to see what I could find and I found the ECU Pro website. I asked my guy what he thought about it & he said “let me do some checking”. He texted me the following morning and said “It looks legitimate to me” I mailed the FRM out the same day! Got a message the next day that it was received & was being checked out! Two days later was told it had to be replaced. I had it back 2 days later!! Got my car back that same day! You guys are awesome!! Even my mechanic was amazed!! Thank you so much, ECU PRO!!
