I got my car here in 2021 and its still going strong. The only complaint is they "inspected it" yet when I brought it home headlights were blown easy fix but howd it pass like that?
Use to love these guys. They have become more rude and not as personable as before. They are more pricey as well. And they charge for things without telling you of the charges ahead of time. I use to once recommend them to everyone.
Continued:From the reply that have given below my review I'm gonna add liars to the above list as well. I have paid for every service on my 3 cars that I have gotten from you guys. It took almost 3weeks for you to even look at this particular vehicle in question, and I had no issues paying for anything. My concern was you never mentioned a charge at all. Only when I said ok I'll come back to get the work did you ever mention any of that! Like it was because I felt your charges were ridiculous which they were. So yes of course I will question any charges that weren't ever put on the table from the beginning. Especially since it took forever to even get it checked in the first place. You took a while 20mins looking at my car after all that time. Then caught an attitude with me because I chose not to follow through with 1200 in charges that actually cost 875 at another shop! ? say what you want you guys have lost your decency
This place is horrible got a loan for a bmw from here said it was good to go I start driving home it starts to misfire just to find out the tire leaked air . Took to the shop got it back and bam huge electrical issue I have had the car for 4-5 months I believe and I been able to drive it for 3 weeks I’m about 4500 in having it fixed for a bunch of random things that where not fixed when sold this place is terrible cheap auction cars if u get one plan to spend a lot of money fixining it
Very friendly staff and helpful in helping me expedite an automobile purchase. Todd helped me out on price and honored a misstype of price online. He also made sure I had everything I needed to protect my new car. They're a one-stop shop for purchase and service. Would be glad to do business in the future!
I won't go there ever again he sales car underneath you and don't call you about it until he sees you pulling in to sign the paperwork on the car you was buying. From him
Did an engine swap for us a little rockey to start with but after a phone call they were very helpful and patient with our questions and competed the swap pretty fast at a half way decent price
Excellent costumer service and quality work. Bought a vehicle that had issues and they were addressed immediately with well known parts with no extra cash. Even though it was months after purchasing. Couldn’t recommend a better sales and service facility.
my vehicle broke down on my way to Virginia. HP motors accepted my vehicle late Friday and had it diagnosed by end of the day... They were very friendly and honest. I thought I would be investing in a whole new radiator. They diagnosed the issue and saved me a lot of money. They could have run me thru the ringer but they didn't. I recommend this business to everyone.. Thanks HP Motors
