Terrible customer service and extremely disrespectful. Called looking for a part, gave him the part number. Called me back and had it in stock. Great. Well it turned out to be the wrong part so I called back to give him the other part number. He said nope you’re wasting my time and hung up. Called back to figure out what the deal was and got hung up on again.
Love this place !!! Such a good experience every time I’ve stopped in such a nice family!!! Honestly have not found a better place I could spend my money and get such an awesome experience!!! Pricing is very very fair!!! Can’t go wrong here folks!!!
Great family run business. Always have what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. From new take off pickup beds, wheels with tires, new bumpers, new tailgates and a host of used parts from top to bottom, even rebuild able vehicles if you need a project, this is your place for Ford truck parts!!
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I've given them ample opportunities over the years To change my opinion but each time my visits got substantially worse. It's obvious they prefer not to do business with the general public. After an hour commute my last visit I've finally decided to post my opinion. I was searching for two doors which they disgruntledly showed me, I then ask if they had any beds and got the same thing I normally get from this gentleman " I don't have time we're busy" and walked away leaving me stand at the opening of the yard. My visits are infrequent and I have never expressed my true thoughts just went down the street to Covington. This last visit was the proverbial icing on the cake and I will never go back or recommend to any friend working on a project. They're absolutely not worth the drive or headaches.
Great selection of mostly Ford vehicles. Many salage and drivable trucks to choose from. The pricing is excellent on both the vehicles and their huge parts inventory. Helpful family run operation that goes the extra mile with thoughtful advice. We drive over two hours and it's always worth the visit.
