If I could pick zero stars I would. My husband took his Jeep there for a brake leak and bad turn signal. When he picked the Jeep up the lights were worse then when he took it there and parts of his dash was sitting in the seat. The bill was ridiculous considering the work wasn’t done other than the brakes. I do not recommend.
Friendly atmosphere and extremely experienced in vehicle repairs. They will take the time to answer any and all questions you have so you understand the repairs.
I was traveling today through Wellsboro, when my alternator went and I ended up with a broken car in 12 degree weather. I used Geico roadside assistance and was connected with Shawn from Scott’s Repair LLC. He called to make sure I wasn’t stuck out in the cold. He towed us back to Scott’s and the mechanics there determined it was the alternator.. only problem was that they wouldn’t be able to get one till Monday. The front desk girl, Brianna, called around and found one nearby. She drove 40 minutes to go get it. Alternator was replaced and car is back up and running. Scott’s has fair pricing and good people working there who genuinely care for their customers.
These guys are awesome. The night before thanksgiving we Blew a tire on the highway and Shawn was there in 15 minutes to check the donut I put on and hooked us up w a replacement tire that night. They stayed open late and were actually able to repair the existing tire. Thanks again.
We ended up with a flat tire on our way home from Virginia. We live in New York. All the tire repair shops were gonna be closed by time we could get there. Naturally this caused a problem because we would have had to wait till the next morning and would have had to find a place that would allow us to bring our dogs in. When we talked to Scott(the owner) and explained the situation he asked me to hold on. He made some calls and found a replacement tire for us. Then towed us to his shop and repaired it for us. He went way above and beyond anything we could of hoped for.
HUGE life saver when we broke down traveling back to Virginia with a truck and travel trailer. From the towing to the service it was an easy and incredible experience. All on a Holiday weekend. Very professional and highly recommend

Ever since I met Scott, my vehicles refuse to go anywhere else—and honestly, I don’t blame them. He’s like a car whisperer: honest, knowledgeable, and somehow still affordable. Scott is like if Mr. Rogers and a NASCAR pit crew had a baby—kind, trustworthy, and faster than you'd expect.
And the receptionist, Brianna? Absolute legend—knows her stuff and makes the whole experience smoother than fresh oil on a new filter. 7 out of 5 stars. If I could give them a high-five in review form, I would!
I had my work truck stuck in an incredibly precarious situation that was likely going to result in it getting severely damaged. Scott and his employee were able to get me out without causing any damage to my work truck or the customer's driveway whose house I was stuck at.
I want to thank Scott for fast, effective roadside service at a reasonable cost and completed within a few hours of my request. I was in a bind with a flat tire on a dirt road with no internet service. I made an effort to change the tire but could not. I needed help! Scott was able to do the job so that I could get the bad tire to the shop. He helped a damsel in distress and provides a great service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My daughter and I packed up her dorm yesterday at Mansfield University and when we attempted to leave my car was dead. It was a Sunday, and Scott was there within an hour to tow my vehicle as promised. Knowing we were stranded (I live 3.5 hours away) he said he would look at my vehicle first thing the next morning. By 9:30 am my car was finished! The prices were extremely reasonable. He did not try and charge for something I didn’t need, a lot of mechanics would easily take advantage of the fact I was stranded would pay whatever in order for it to be fixed.
I highly recommend them.
Amazing just doesn’t describe this shop enough. My zero-turn was dead. Called Scott. He picked it up that evening and returned it the next day. Fixed the issue, changed the oil, fixed a flat tire. And re-repaired an old repair.
Above and beyond. 100% flat out super job. Personable and communicative. Great experience.
I could not praise this kid anymore. Im new to the area and needed a mechanic. I called late yesterday after my serpa "something" belt broke thankfully in my driveway. He said he would be here at 6am today. 6AM with a service vehicle ! NO TOW ! He fixed my car in my front yard! Who does this?
Professional, Polite, HONEST, he showed me the "bearing? round thing that broke the belt that was bad, said he would be back at 8AM with the parts and 7:45 here he comes EARLY.
And he goes beyond as he inflates all my tires!
Now I had my car in a repair shop in Mansfield for brakes , brakelines a few weeks ago where it sat for 3 wks, that mechanic could not or wished to not hear that belt thing or wished for another sevice , tow, etc. Not saying that other mechanic should have heard it but know THIS IS MY MECHANIC Scot Sherman and I wish ya had left me a 100 business cards. Thank you

Called this garage needing some over-the-phone advice and pricing to weigh my options on whether or not to pull the trigger on buying this used Honda that I was looking at - Scott was awesome and gave me his professional opinion and some ball-park estimates, and was super helpful. I will definitely be using this garage for any future maintenance!!
