made an appointment over the phone with Keisha. spoke in great length of what my current vehicle was and what my non-negotiables were for a new vehicle. also mentioned that i would be coming from an hour away. ABSOLUTELY ZERO information was passed along. i showed up to find out that they were unable my purchase my vehicle at all… then salesman Taylor continued to show me vehicles that did not fit my lifestyle or needs. including a 3k overpriced car that barely fit my family. not much inventory. giant waste of time.

When you get to the dealership go straight to Jimmy! He was very pleasant to work with answering all my questions and concerns. I was an out of state buyer from Minnesota. After test driving the vehicle I decided I didn’t like the vehicle and wasn’t going to buy it. I felt bad because I knew this young man was paid on commission. Afterwards I took him to Jersey Mike’s for dinner. He gave me a ride to a local hotel and we left shaking hands. Very outstanding young man. Unfortunately my story doesn’t have a happy ending thanks to another employee named BILLY. I was excited and traveled over 1,135 miles to purchase this truck as a gift to my son for graduating college. Upon driving the truck I noticed a lot of cabin and wind noise coming from the passenger side door. There was also a paint chip that was suppose to be fixed by a mobile body shop. It looked like a second grader touched it up with a 2.99 touch-up paint from Napa Auto Parts. I decided I didn’t want to purchase the truck. Then, quite unprofessionally BILLY told me “Hey this is a just a truck what did you expect?” I was also told since it was only one year old I could bring it to a Nissan dealership and they would fix it since it’s still under the manufacture’s warranty. BILLY then went on to say he was not going to refund my 500.00 deposit. Do yourself a favor and stay on Highway 209 and don’t turn into this STEALERSHIP! In my 45 years of car buying I have never met an individual like BILLY who was so determined to make a deal. Learn from my horrible experience and stay clear. Sincerely, Paul Hanlon

Went in with a typical SUV, came out with a Jeep Wrangler. It took Jimmy the whole day to make the deal work, and he nailed it. He was communicative, transparent, and easy. He is not pushy, aggressive, nor “salesy.” I would go to Jimmy over and over again.

This place had incredible hospitality; the staff treated us as people rather than just a transaction waiting to happen and worked tirelessly to help us with getting our car. Specifically, Jimmy made the impossible possible for us. No matter how many times we ran into issues he was always thinking of solutions and did everything possible for our purchase. He was incredibly patient and understanding of the situation we were in, and he was a pleasure to talk with.

I recently visited this dealership and had a disappointing experience with one of the employees. From the moment I arrived, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of offering helpful information or guidance, she seemed annoyed by even basic questions and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. A car dealership should make customers feel respected and supported, and that definitely wasn’t the case here. I left feeling frustrated and completely uninterested in doing business with this location. Management should seriously address customer service standards, because experiences like this drive people away.

I got a flyer in the mail from West Milford PA Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. It came with a ticket to match 3 Symbols. I happened to match 3 symbols of a truck. I called them and asked them what did I win. The salesman that answered said I won whatever the symbol was on the ticket. Driving 35 mins there I find out it was all a scam. I didn’t win a truck and the guy tells me to spin a wheel on his laptop for a chance to win a prize, after I was already told I had won whatever the symbol was. So after spinning the wheel on the laptop I win a 50 dollar gift certificate. What a scam this place is making people drive out of there way for nothing making people think they won. If you’re reading this it’s not worth it. SCAM!!

I got one of those sweepstakes scratch-off tickets in the mail that said if you get three truck symbols, you win a pickup truck. I scratched mine, and sure enough, I had three trucks. So I drove all the way from another state thinking I was actually going to get what they advertised. When I got there, instead of honoring what the ticket said, they told me I had to spin a wheel for a chance at random prizes. Nowhere on the ticket or mailer did it say that. If I knew it was just a gimmick to get me in the door, I never would’ve wasted the time, gas, and money making the trip. This whole thing felt misleading and like a bait-and-switch. Definitely not how you should treat people.

Regretfully bought my car here several years ago but decided to take advantage of the lifetime free yearly inspection. Scheduled the appointment in advance and brought my vehicle down at the scheduled time. Did not hear from anyone for over 3 hours, until I got a call telling me my car failed (which I honestly expected due to some of the work I knew it needed) and was quoted nearly $1400 for the repairs. After some back and forth about payments, I decided to just go down there and figure it out in person. When I got there I informed them that I would be taking the car and having the work done elsewhere but will bring it back to be reinspected to pass. It was obvious they didn’t like this but they remained professional for the most part. As they were prepping my vehicle I inquired about my inspection being free due to purchasing it there, and Casey explained that it’s only one free inspection a year and because I’d be coming back for another, one of them had to be paid for (which is obviously reasonable). I said okay, so let’s do today’s inspection as free and when I bring it back to pass I’ll pay for it. Her response was “no, it’s either the inspection today as free and tomorrow is paid or today is paid and tomorrow is free.” Okay… isn’t that what I just said…? I didn’t appreciate being talked to like I was stupid. I went down the road and purchased all the parts for less than they quoted me for half the job, and they were all delivered within an hour of the purchase. Unfortunately due to the extent of the main problem, the work wasn’t able to be completed in one night and the person working on it couldn’t get to it to finish until after my inspection time today. When we called to inform them we had to cancel, they laughed and said “yeah I knew you wouldn’t be able to get the parts in time anyway.” Excuse me??? That literally wasn’t the issue at all and the arrogance continues to be a turn off. I’ll be scheduling my inspection elsewhere and am really glad I chose rightly in not giving them a single penny more yesterday!!

After 3 decades, and almost a quarter of a million dollars spent on various vehicles, I had a terrible experience with a salesman at Milford C/D/J/R and will no longer conduct business there. Long story/short, I approached a salesman named "Cody" with a specific vehicle request and outlined specific financial terms. This person twice agreed to a deal, two handshakes on two separate occasions and roped me along for months. When the time finally came to seal the deal, he completely reneged on the deals we had agreed upon, raised the price by double, and then called me a liar when confronted with his own dishonesty. Furthermore, he was difficult to contact, often not returning texts, and never returning e-mails. In fact, I personally watched as he played the "tell them I'm not here" game with the receptionist when dealing with another customer's call. Dishonest, slimy, bad business all around. The place used to be good, and I have had positive sales experiences in the past. No more. Ever.

My husband and I recently bought a used dodge 1500 from this dealership on a Saturday. the level of unprofessional nature is at a new level. I explained to the salesmen that we needed a second key was a dealbreaker. They said to come back Monday we will give you the key. Turns out there isn’t a second key, They are going to charge us. (Getting the key made by the second dealership) We wouldn’t have boughten the truck knowing this. .It was never disclosed. They never disclosed that the windshield was damaged, we found out on the way home.. We had to fight to get that repaired. They only want your money. We have boughten other vehicles from them before and it was a good experience till now, they made us come back three times for maybe lack of experience. I would never recommend this place. I’m disappointed with how little our needs were met. I regret purchasing here do to the lack of customer service.

Cant thank Ryan the service manager enough at Milford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram over in Milford, PA. Was driving my truck about 2.5 hours away from home on Thursday. Got the dreaded 5mph max speed in 125miles see dealer DEF Issue. I called one dealer in the area which I wont name but they said they wouldn't be able to look at my truck for 7 days. Called Milford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Ryan said come by, will fit you in today. The diesel tech was able to diagnose it as a bad NOX sensor. I never done the 67a recall so they did that as well and it reset the 5mph max and I was able to go 40 miles away to an Autozone and buy a replacement NOX sensor and change it myself in the parking lot. Was able to continue with my trip and put on 300 miles since and no further issues. Just wanted to share my experience of great customer support from Ryan and the Milford CDJR and if ever in the area and need a Dealer I highly recommend them as they were able to get me out of a pinch because I wasn't sure what I was going to do at the moment.

Went last year and had a horrible experience with a salesman named Mike. Tried again recently. Was told by another associate that he no longer works there. Was attempting to schedule a meeting with them as I live an hour away. Was told on Tuesday that Chelsea P would follow up and call me back, never heard from her. This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

ugh where to begin, long story short i had the worst experience trying to get my tires done at walmart. to the point where i was back and forth probably about 3/4 times. ended up saying ef it and brought my tires to milford chrysler to have them just do everything. i don’t know what i would have done if it wasn’t for the gentleman at the service center i think his name is ryan, heaven sent & did everything he could in his power to make sure my car was fixed and got everything i needed. (especially being short on time because i have an emergency trip i have to make in two days.) and a big thank you to keisha who was also great help & i’m not sure his name but the mechanic that stayed late to make sure my car was ready! thank you all for your help and services. <3

Would give this place a 0 if I could. Do not even enter. The salesman took full advantage of me a senior not knowing what I was doing. I just wanted to look, he was pushy, said he needed to do a credit check before showing me vehicles, did a hard enquiry on my credit for Nothing I was just looking, Terrible experience with a pushy salesman. Shame on you for taking advantage of a senior.

Would give 0 if I could. I will start by saying how disappointing it is to even write this review. I have been a lifelong Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep owner starting in my teens with a Dodge Omni, a Dodge Shadow and then about 12 Ram Trucks just myself as well as having purchased other (now Stellantis) vehicles such as Jeeps, etc., for my family. We were Dodge/Ram/Jeep lifelong people. Until now. First, of this dealership, I was sold a 2025 Ram Bighorn/Longhorn edition 1500 etorque with the Pentastar engine, almost 70k, with discounts being offered. Big mistake. Should have known when i test drove it then came back the next day to buy it and the battery was dead. But, I believed the salesman when he said someone probably left a light on. (I know better now). Immediately upon signing the paperwork and driving home the Truck began malfunctioning. Auto high beams shut themselves off and no longer worked half way through the 30 minute drive home. The audio started going in and out. The entire UConnect system began malfunctioning. Every time i btought the truck in (and its been in a dozen times and still doesnt work) the service center service writer Casey was just nasty, condescending, didnt listen, just defensive, had attitude every time I was forced to bring this truck back in, like I was a problem and not the Truck I was sold and expect to function. Just pure attitude. They refused to provide loaners, they were actually nasty to me because I had the nerve to not be happy that I was sold a Truck that still, 5 months later, that has not been repaired. I was just told (with a check engine light still ON and malfunctions almost daily) that they can't do anything. They're annoyed to have to service my truck under their warranty and now they just say theres nothing they can do! Even though they admit there's an electrical problem (among other problems), they just refuse to repair my vehicle. The check engine light is now on as well, they scanned it, came up with 6 stored codes for more than this, but cylinder misfires, transmission problem, electrical problems, UConnect problem, yet I'm told 'there's nothing they can do'. Only because I opened a buyback case with Chrysler did they attempt to fix it at all, unsuccessfully. The service writer at first refused to even look at my videos to show what was happening. I moved here just recently and purchased the truck locally believing I would like to do business with locals, big mistake. As I've lived here now 6 months, all I have heard since from others as well was that this dealership is terrible (I certainly agree) but unfortunately too late to save myself. I would never do business with these people again and I'm sad to say that Stellantis does not stand behind their products. I had to hire a lawyer. The quality of Ram Trucks, it's not the Ram of the past. I can't believe that after they are going to be forced to return my money (which I know they will as I continue to take time and date stamped videos of the many malfunctions of a brand new vehicle with 2400 miles on it) that a lifelong customer who has loved Ram trucks, wouldn't take one now for free. I originally just wanted what i psid 70k for, a Truck that worked but not now. Stay away from this dealership, and Ram. Look around if you go there, no customers. The place is empty except for service. I now know why. I was told go to Port Jervis for service, they're much better. I'm going to find out. Also, working with salesman i asked them to throw in the rubber mats, he said yes. When I sat down to sign when it came to the 'we owe' i asked about the mats, he said no. So, they lie as well. I should have walked out then. When a salesman says they'll do something, they should keep their word. A lifelong Ram owner, I'll be looking at GM's now and I think its terrible I will no longer drive a Truck I loved my whole life. 😔

I was in the market for a 2023 Dodge Charger GT. I have emails from a few dealerships about deals on this car. I received a text from Milford saying they would match the previous deal I had gotten from another dealer, they knew the price & said they would match it & possibly do better, I drove there test drove the beautiful car, waited approx 2.5 hours for finance person to come out of his office to talk money. As we were walking out after being there way too long, our sales guy comes out & brings us back in, . The finance man comes out sits at the desk & says with 3500.00 down, no trade in ( didn't even ask how much we were putting down in the car) gives me a quote of about 1500.00 per month. We showed him the conversation we had with Tina (by text) & he looked at me & said NO WAY can I match that; not even close.. False advertising & horrible customer service..I was putting down 25,000.00....left there without a car & bad mood.. wasted the whole day there...

Was nice to see they had a small area for children to play. So I went from just service to purchasing a new truck through this dealership. They have been extraordinary!! I have to say, my experience was excellent. The Service Writer went above and beyond to assist me with dealing with my third party warranty. He was very professional and explained everything that was going on with my car. The technician was also very professional and explained the process. John Costa was the salesman I had. Walked in just looking to see what the payments would be and what my trade in was worth. Wound up walking out that night with my new truck. Gave me plenty of options and every question or concern I had was answered with no beating around the bush. Taking a test drive was smooth and gave me the opportunity to look at it at my own pace. I did not feel pressured to buy, they just wanted to make sure I was happy in the end. Being that it was late in the night I got approved but they were not happy with the rate I first got. They asked if they can work on it and got it lower the next day after they made some more calls to the banks. They were friendly and courteous the entire time and got a truck reasonably priced from them. Super happy with them as I also found out that right now every sale a portion goes to local first responder organizations. Way to support the people around you!

Please go see Tony and the boss man Jeremy these two gentlemen worked very hard for me all day to get me into my 2020 Gramd Cherokee let me start off by saying I had no plans on buying a vehicle that day I explained to Tony what I had to work with and we picked out a vehicle through out whole process we ran numbers and looked at different vehicles but had my heart set on the Grand Cherokee these two gentlemen worked very tirelessly to get me to number we all could be happy with they sat me down and explained my different options and in the end after closing mind you I drove away with my Grand Cherokee icant thank these two enough for the job they did
