I can't even put into words how kind Ray was when we found ourselves stranded with a broken leaf spring on our camper after his shop and all others were already closed. We were able to get it to his garage, where he let us stay for the night in a much safer location than where we broke down. He had us back on the road by late morning. He and his staff were so kind and understanding, even some toys for my daughter to play with while we waited. What a fantastic guy, and admirable way to run a business!

They were so helpful to me I had to write this review.. I didn't have the funds for the repair and they went out of the way to apply for credit for me .and they charged me the best price in town . ITS HARD TO FIND AN HONEST REPAIR SHOP THIS IS ONE . I WILL never bring my car to anyone else . Thank you Ray's Truck and Auto MILFORD PA

Started talking my vehicles to Ray's for maintenance and inspection and the people are always friendly and helpful , great service and prices will be using them from now on.

This past Sunday February 23rd we broke down on highway I-84 about twenty miles east of Scranton Pennsylvania heading home to Connecticut . We had triple aaa tow us another twenty five miles east to Milford Pennsylvania. Where we stayed at the Rodeway Inn for the night . First thing Monday morning. I started making calls to repair shops . The third call was to Ray's, the other two didn't answer. Ray's team did an excellent job taking care of us. They picked us up fifteen minutes after my phone call to them. He charged a fair price for a slightly complicated job which took three hours. Ray's mechanic worked through lunch to finish the job and get us back on the road sooner. Thank you, Ray and staff.

My husband and I have been going to Rays for all my service needs oil change, tire rotation, inspection, all mechanic work on our cars. Excellent service, very professional, great customer service, prices reasonable. Will use again without a doubt.

Luis the tow truck driver was extremely professional and polite!! He came within 25 minutes from when I called! I would absolutely recommend them!

I have been doing business here for years and they never disappoint. If they do a repair that by chance doesn’t pan out, they make it right. No excuses. Nothing outweighs their customer service. They do everything possible to get you on the road ASAP!!!!!

I was not prioritized at Ray’s auto Company, but my money received with a smile they gave me my keys and told me everything was OK with my vehicle  without even diagnosing it . My vehicle battery overheated up to 200° Sunday and I had it towed to him later the next day. Long story short I arrived 8:00am to pick up my vehicle this morning. They handed me the keys with a smile telling me I need tires and have a good day. I didn’t even get out the parking lot my car lights, glitched, and instantly turned off I made it to the stop sign still on the property. so they had to tow me right back at square one that’s when that owner truthfully told me that his worker didn’t properly diagnose it and he dropped the ball. He also told that to my father and my husband. What I didn’t understand was why didn’t they tell me that before I pulled off with my vehicle smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ it was very dangerous and very careless.  all it took was a phone call an a honest tongue saying you guys couldn’t figure it out but yet you risk my life . But thank you for my refund  even though I had to yell and turn into an ugly person to get it . and thank you for towing my car to another auto shop because I did not let the company work on it after that dangerous mistake. I drive around with kids in the car and this was not safe. This could’ve been an horrible accident.

I’ve been going here for since I was able to drive at the ripe age of 17 for all of my vehicles and I am now 32 years old. Each time I’ve been in for any type of service I was met with nothing but professionalism and quick service. Ray hires nothing but the best- good recognizes good! I recently went in for my ac and tire rotation when Tommy recognized I also needed oil. Nina and Melissa in the office were quick to call me to let me know and ask if I’d also like an oil change while they had my car instead of me having to come back in for an additional appointment. We love going to Rays! Everyone is friendly and accommodating

Very dissatisfied with service, I waisted 2 weeks trying to repair my car that I have been using for 3 years after an accident to pass my PA inspection and they insisted on telling me that It was not correctly repaired. My insurance paid 7,000 for repairs and you are telling me my car does not pass inspection?? Just waisted my time and money coming to this place. (If you are a person of color be aware of this place)

Not overly impressed. I brought my car in to have my timing belt changed. I was told I have around 30k miles before it's due because it was written on my engine block, charged me $80 and did nothing else to my car. It's a little crooked to have them charge me for an hour of work for them to take 2 min. To look under my hood.The customer service lady was very nice. Thats a plus. I just feel it's a little ridiculous to charge $80 for them to literally do nothing to my car and to have the same issues i had before I took it in to get it looked at. Next time I will look into a mechanic that will actually fix the problem and not charge me for an hour to look under my hood and tell me it's fine when it's not.

The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I've been there a couple of times now and I'll be using them when I need them. It's hard to find good mechanics that know all type of vehicles. I'm satisfied with thier service.

We told that an issue with my vehicle required a replacement of a major part. I didn't believe it, the diagnosis wasn't adding up. So I inquired about it with the front desk person. I felt like with every question I was being a bother. I was only trying to understand the situation. I got a bad attitude from the person so I decided to get input from elsewhere. I was made aware that a cheap minor part would fix the issue I was having. At that point I didn't know who to believe but with how cheap the part was I decided to go with it. I had the minor part replaced and it solved my issue. How can a reputable shop suggest such a major part to be replaced with such confidence and then give a bad attitude about it when questioned? I'm glad I took my vehicle elsewhere and will never bring my vehicle here again.

Cannot say enough about the staff at Ray's Truck & Auto!!! Anytime our team needs something done for our moving truck, they are there for us no matter what! And always with a friendly smile and welcoming personality!!!

There are 2 types of people who give Rays a 5 star review - those who know nothing about cars and are fooled by a smile, and those who are friends and locals who blend in with the "local color" of the town. Anyone else who knows something about cars though, would be banging down their door with pitchforks and torches, over their incompetence and outright fraudulent business practices. When you can drive to WalMart and get the exact same part for 80% less than they charge, and do the job yourself in 45 minutes after they claim it takes 3 hours, you know you have a dedicated team of con artists on your hands. Top this off with them breaking the things right next to the parts they are supposedly fixing and you'll see how pathetic this excuse of a mechanic shop is. Example: 10+ year old car breaks down and needs to be towed there. There was a radiator leak and it turned out to be a cracked assembly. The part ranges from $75-$125 depending on the brand and engine size. Labor involved in popping off plastic clips and a few bolts for the bumper, loosening a few more bolts and unclamping the assembly, then reversing all of that after fitting the new part - 1 hour, tops. Estimated cost for any honest, competent mechanic, not much more than $200. Cost from Rays - $600. Then they had the audacity to act like the $10 worth of coolant they replaced was some sort of amazing bonus and a special gift? No, Rays, that's called "doing your job". Hopefully the people handing out the 5 stars don't go back and read this otherwise they'll realize just how badly they were scammed.

What can I say about Ray's truck repair they are great. My motorhome broke down on the highway and they helped me get an oversized wrecker and had it towed to their garage plus they sent a van to pick my family and myself up. The technician that fixed my motorhome was awsome, he was friendly and took care of the problem. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for saving the day for us,we got home safely.

Comprehensive auto services and Pennsylvania inspection. Ray’s services cars and trucks. They do it all! Great customer service and efficient, reasonable prices for parts and labor. My “go to” service station in Milford.

Sean and the diesel mechanic team did an excellent job of diagnosis of the issue. The shop was jammed but they worked me in as best they could. An injector line on the engine failed on our RV and I lost about 33 gallons of fuel. They found the replacement part, installed and tested it and we were back on the road in about 24 hours. The whole team from the front office to their team of mechanics were very helpful.

Reliable, quality flatbed service. Had a vehicle transported from NYC to PA. Karen did great scheduling.. Mike was on time, excellent communications, great job loading and unloading, courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

These folk top notch! The beginning of our girls trip suddenly goes left with a flat tire in one of the more rural areas of PA - where everything shuts down on Sunday. RTA came within 10 minutes of receiving the call (what?!). Lou (tow truck driver) wasted no time getting to work - only to discover the wheel lock was missing...what?!!! He loads the car on the flat bed, along with 2 strange women (in his air conditioned cab - thank God). Karin and her team were unbelievably kind! Karin invited us to stay in their air conditioned office for 3 plus hours! Until we were finally rescued. Not once did they treat us like we were an inconvenience or an interruption to their day. They had to keep the car overnight until the auto dealer opened the next morning to load & tow the car for the wheel to be removed/replaced. We would have been stranded in 100 degree weather for HOURS...there was NOTHING we could walk to. NO car rental open, no Uber, not even a taxi that we could call. Karin, Lou and Mike - You ROCK!!! You were prompt, professional and friendly - but you went so much further. You saved our trip - but more important - you made an impact. THANK YOU!

I’ve used Ray’s Towing services twice and both times they surpassed my expectations. Friendly, timely and professional. They towed my wife a off I - 84 to our mechanic and me just recently. I wish them continued success and they have become my go to tow service.

Fast, friendly, honest, and professional. Our RV had a cracked brake line and Ray's got us up and running as quickly as possible, and even gave our family a ride to town while they worked on the van. The review is a bit late as this happened over a year ago but we still remember. Thanks again to your whole team at Ray's!

Our Subaru's transmission blew while traveling from VT to PA. The staff at Rays are the definition of going above and beyond! They helped us get set up at a hotel, and in a rental car. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and professional. If I lived in Milford they would certainly be my go-to mechanic!

Our RV broke down in eastern PA. We had a thread broken off in the engine block. Our roadside repair send a mechanic that could not fix the problem. Ray's was able to fix the problem right away and get us one the road quickly. Their mechanics and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend Ray's extremely highly as a great, reputable shop that will go out of their way to help.

My girlfriend is in her way to John me in Texas and her car kept overhearing. AAA Wouldn't help, couldn't gat a tow and found Rays through google search. This place is the most decent, honest, hardworking shop I have ever seen. They got the car in, diagnosed it, tried to repair it to get her going but the engine is worse than we thought. We had to put it on a uhaul but only because we need to get down to TX by Monday. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. They have my kids refreshments while we waited for a ride tot the hotel. Let our dogs run around their area, polite, professional, I could go on and on. You need service, see Ray's. You will enjoy the experience.

I goggled the right place! 24 hour services with great customer service and want to save the customer as much money as possible! Speedy and diligent work. It's an easy find off Route 6. We are from out of town and needed a quick repair that didn't hurt my pockets! Thank you to Karen and Nina and especially to the mechanic crew!
