Not enough good things can be said about Nick, Jake and Stefanie they're very accommodating. Truck (with trailer) broke down Sunday night (8pm), was able to talk to Stefanie and got Jake and Nick out to get me towed back to their shop. Jake also went through sourcing parts that I needed to get me back on the road. Jake was able to drive out to get the driveshaft the next day, and Nick was able to get the part installed. And I was back on the road within 24 hours. Great people that give great service.

Amazing service. Fixed an issue with my battery for no cost. Sorry I can't remember the guy's name. Very nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I had my car stuck in the worst area possible. I called 4 towing company's, Jake and steph were the only ones that could get me out and not waste my time or my money. I will be using them for everyone I know from now on. If you want great service and people go here.

My civic decided to eat a deer on Friday. After no response from several other tow trucks in area. One simple call and Jake was there within 15 minutes and my car was towed away safely! Jake and his wife went above and beyond with my insurance company and took very good care of me in a stressful time. 10/10 recommend them for any towing or road side service!

Called at 730am. A very kind lady answered the phone. She told me they had a busy day planned and gave me a rough time frame. Then she called me when the car was ready to tow. Tow truck drivers loaded my very low car which was parked on un level ground onto the flatbed perfectly. They then delivered my car right to my family’s garage and literally unloaded it inside the garage….. we had to push it 2’ onto the lift. Given the unfortunate circumstances of my car breaking down last night this was a very unexpected and pleasant experience. These guys are awesome!

Jake and his wife are wonderful people. I recently had him help me get home and commissioned a battery replacement on my X3. I had the pleasure of getting to know them through the process and I highly recommend their services.

Called at 2am needing a tow to the Bronx after blowing my motor. Talked to Stefanie and she had a tow truck out to us on Interstate 84 in Matamoras, PA within 20mins. Awesome customer service. And fair pricing. Very clean trucks!

Jake and Steph were wonderful! I had to get my car towed due to a gas leak and they had it up on the flatbed and towed to my house within a hour. Both are such nice and friendly people and were wonderful to talk too. 10 out of 10 definitely going to call them again if I ever need anything again!

Above and beyond great service. Jake and Stephanie are great people. I locked my keys in my car and they came out and had my door open in less than 2.5 seconds. I really appreciate all their help. Five stars is not enough! Jake, the owner is amazing and deserves 10 stars!!!! Truly Can’t say enough good things about this company! If you ever need help getting your car out.…Don’t hesitate to call them! I was stuck in a very long, very STEEP and winding driveway….I kept slipping forward and finally stoppped bc I had gotten to the point where I felt like the car would go off the cliff if I had moved ANY further….a quick google search and I found DINGMANS FERRY ROADSIDE SERVICE…and called them for help! They were able to get us a plow, and then use their skills to tow us out of the very dangerous very scary situation our vehicle was in! Not only were they here within 10minutes, they were extremely friendly and very very fair with pricing! We are SO grateful they saved our car from going further down the icy mountain!

Stephanie and Jake were amazing, I was stuck in a winding driveway almost 1,500 feet on a deep and icy driveway. They were able to get me out quickly and professionally. No hassling on prices, what they told me was the price

Jake and Stefanie really helped us out tonight! They were super busy due to a snow storm, but were in the area where my husband and I were stuck trying to get up a hill in the snow and helped us get to a safer location. I was so upset (and pregnant) and they swooped in with compassion and genuine care for our safety. Stefanie even checked on us later to make sure we were okay. Amazing customer service and all around good people to have during a stressful situation.

Above and beyond service! On our way from NYC to Scranton, we had an unexpected crash, and Jake and Stephanie came to the rescue. They responded to our call and were on site in less than 15 mins, towed our car all the way to Queens, and even got us back home the same day. Their kindness and professionalism truly turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. It’s rare to find people who are not only exceptional at what they do but also genuinely compassionate and helpful. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak more highly of this company not only are they woman owned, but they’re also amazing and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced literally anywhere. Today My car broke down on the side of the road and they came and tried to work on my battery so that way they didn’t have to charge me a towing fee unfortunately it ended up being my alternator And Jake was so helpful and changed out my alternator for me and they worked on payment options for me and they were the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with any company. They went above and beyond to the point where they drove me to drop my client off and then brought me back to the shop, Jake and Stephanie are amazing people.

Stephanie and Jake were extremely helpful in moving my Dad’s broken down car back to his place. They were very prompt with the response and the driver provided me with all of the details of what was wrong with the car and what to fix. It was a very smooth process and I couldn’t thank them enough for their help and professionalism.

Jake and Stephanie are the best in the business! Extremely fast response and extremely reasonable price. The lower ball joint on my daughter’s car let loose and they took great care of the car. They removed the tire before it was towed so it would not cause any more damage. I have used other local tow companies in the past that do not come close to the service that Dingman’s Ferry Roadside provides. I will always use them in the future. Highly Recommended!

Jake and Stef SAVED US. We broke down in the middle of a one lane road and while trying to call for help he drove by with his truck and stopped to help. They were such a pleasure to communicate with and replaced our alternator and battery in record time. They were very upfront with their reasonable pricing and it's so clear how much they truly car. We needed a new battery entirely to get three hours home. Luckily we found Jake and he saved the day. Stayed in contact with us, updating with timing and quotes. He picked up our new battery and installed it in 2 minutes. We even have a warranty with the battery. Seriously top notch service, I was in complete awe of our experience and how amazing it was. The best, friendliest, timely and reliable roadside service I have ever experienced.
