M&E Brought a Honda Ridgeline for check engine light called me after Diagnosis was done and found Honda had a recall on repair at no charge this shop very honest and reasonable only place I would bring my cars

I’ve been to nearly every mechanic around town and M&E has been the most honest and caring. Everyone there has been very kind. Communication is excellent. When i dropped my car off, they made sure to ask if there was any other concerns and were patient while i explained (never had this before, most places don’t care to listen to me). They even sent me a picture of what was wrong. They also took the time to show me in person and explain it outside of business hours. They seem to actually want to figure out the real problem, and they don’t try to talk you into fixing other things. Highly recommend!!!

This shop has become such a lifesaver! My car needed A LOT of work, and they were so kind, helpful, and informative through the whole process. When I tried to get my car down to the shop, it started acting weird and I needed a tow. It was a Sunday evening and they answered immediately, and got my car off the side of the road super quick! Everyone there is so friendly and I will never trust anyone else with my vehicles!

Contradicted by other mechanics who denied needing repairs to pass inspection . Paid for oil change though afterward oil low and filthy . Owner wrote denial remarks online printing my full.name though am senior citizen. and phoned me ttoday. I reiterated headlight was being handled under insurance claim post deer carcass debrie runover self and other motorists. Thus headlight irrelevant to M&E auto not in play. Reiterated to owner M&E Auto alleged ball bearings were needed to pass inspection refuted by 2 other mechanics. Also I never told owner I had brother-in-law is cop.in NYS.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but M&E Auto definitely deserves one. These guys are seriously honest and upfront — which is rare when it comes to car repair. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle in plain English, didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs, and were super transparent about the costs. It honestly felt like they were looking out for me, not just trying to make money. That kind of trust is hard to come by, and it means a lot. They installed a trailer hitch for me, it was 10 out of 10 for difficulty, they did it quick, it's perfect and very unnoticeable , They were so acomadating and called me when it was done. I use them for everything! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I had a blowout on my right passenger tire last night and called this towing company. They picked up immediately and gave a good rate and arrived right on time! Mike is an awesome tow truck driver he hooked my vehicle up super quick and got me and my van to my destination swiftly and safe. I highly recommend this company compared to any other local ones by far!!! I had a smooth excellent experience, thank you guys!!! :)

A loyal customer with 7 cars that I was going to use these guys to service, got turned away for being 15 mins late to a one hour block for an inspection and oil change. That could be done in 30 mins. The little boy who was rude needs a reality check because your little business just lost a good customer. Good luck clowns.

I live in Orange County -I had an appointment In Milford this afternoon- I clipped a curb and put a huge hole in my tire I called M&E Auto -10 minutes later Mike showed up filled my tire so I could get to the shop No saving the tire Put my spare on and sent me on my way -aside from not charging me anything He and his guys were so pleasant --Milford you're lucky to have them

M&E are great, this is the second time I’ve had to use them. We recently moved to PA from NY so we needed a repair shop locally. They are super efficient and affordable. Communication with them is great as well., this is my go to garage from now on.

M&E Auto is Awesome, affordable prices, nice people and even though I live an hour away. I will continue to make the drive from East Stroudsburg to Milford to get our car serviced, fixed and keep maintained while we still have it. I love that they have the M&E Auto key tag for the oil changes that's a great way to bring in customers and make them come back!! I have no complaints or concerns about them!! They're Awesome our Honda drives like it's a new car again with the issues it had. It's now fixed and drives more smoothly then it did before. I went to M&E Auto the 1st time for 2 new tires and an oil change. After that our car ran a lot better. The second time was another oil change and inspection to see what our vehicle needed fixing wise and cost wise to pass with a new sticker. The 3rd time was when I came today after I scheduled an appointment to get our control arms, ball joints and wheel alignment done in order to pass inspection. All 3 times I was highly satisfied with their Customer Service!! M&E Auto is the place to go if I went to my local mechanic in town they would charge me more. M&E Auto makes it affordable for customers to get things done and worked on with their cars. They also give quotes and estimates which is very helpful for customers in this tight economy with money. Needed an oil change last minute on a road trip and they fit me right in. Done in maybe half an hour. They checked everything else and rotated the tires for free. Very nice and friendly. Absolutely recommend.

I have had nothing but trouble finding a honest, reliable mechanic in the area and have been searching for somewhere trustworthy to take my vehicles for years. To say that I am happy with the service we received would be a huge understatement-this shop and staff are absolutely amazing I will not be going anywhere else ever again, I absolutely recommend M&E Auto to anyone looking for quality work & even higher quality people. The staff is beyond friendly and thorough, which is hard to find, especially in a mechanic. They walked me through all of the services needed, explained in detail what they recommend and why, and provided detailed documentation describing all of the work that was done. They went above and beyond to communicate with me and answer all of my questions, and made us both feel valued and validated. M&E Auto is absolutely a wonderful business that I am so happy to have in Milford, and absolutely recommend!

M & E Auto did a great job diagnosing the issues with my car. It is running better than it has in a long time. I was a little overwhelmed at first, but you can’t put a price on peace of mind and it’s good to know my car is running well, especially with winter approaching. Absolutely 10000000% recommend these guys!! Our local dealership and another trailer place could not figure out what was going on and the guys at M&E found it in less then an hour. Very friendly staff, exceptional service and we will continue to use their services!!!

Got me in short notice. Thought problem would be thousands and it was 200. Fixed and back to my home state. Knowledgeable friendly. I would rather go to them than any mechanic back home 400 miles away. Also warranty is nice that if something happens with that fix I can get it fixed again near me under warranty.

These folks were very kind to me. I was traveling through on the interstate and needed some help diagnosing and fixing a trailer wiring issue. They found a way to fit me in on a busy day and had me moving again in less than an hour. They were friendly and understanding to boot.

This place is AMAZING! If I could give way more than 5 stars, I definitely would!! They helped us out immensely. We're on our way to SC, and the truck broke down. We had to get a tow truck to get it to this place, and the tow guy LEFT US STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY! These guys picked us up, gave us a ride back to their business, no charge, and made sure everything was fixed on that truck. Even did some little things without charging extra. Very professional and courteous, explained everything! And, I'm so grateful they were open late on a Saturday for two travelers! Thank you so, so, so, so much!!! You guys deserve the best!!

Took my car by accident not knowing that Ray's auto had moved and this shop was under new ownership and mechanics. Don't regret at all giving the new owner and mechanics a chance. Owner and mechanics are local folks and were very helpful. They know there stuff on cars and are not out to get your money.plan on taking all my vehicles there now. I highly recommend M&E Auto.
