Nice people. Easy to work with. No damages that I can see, nothing misplaced. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Driver was very kind as well. No complaints. They took good care of my car.
Thought they were going to call me before they picked my truck up.Good thing my dog barked. Showed up 9:30 pm to get my truck. Thats the only complaint I have
This company has been wonderful to deal with. The wrecker driver, whose name was Mike, came to repossess my vehicle. Not only was he willing to work with me but also patiently walked us through the process. Having your only transportation repossessed is a horrible experience, but, Mike helped me to avoid the repossession. Thank you so very much!
Tow truck pulls up and back right back out. Call the office to talk to someone about this truck on private property at 10:30 at night. Like what the hell. I have kids sleeping for school and would like to know why they were here.
Horrible time with this place, clerks are ignorant and don't know anything ever. They also shut down intoxilock services with no notice what so ever. So I'll be without a vehicle bc of pure laziness. I don't recommend this place to anyone !!
The service at the office to pick the car was excellent..but only one issue... something was missing from my car..but I note that a day later at home..shame....because I was happy the the handle all this at the office.
The men who work here are so kind. After my boyfriend and I got into a crash on a snowy backroad, they towed our car and then went above and beyond by giving us a ride home. Their generosity made a big difference for us during a tough situation. I am thankful they were around.
Gene was absolutely great! We were stranded on the side of the road while towing our 40ft fifth wheel. He towed our truck to the shop, and then towed our RV to a nearby campground! And for a reasonable price, thank you Gene 😊. We highly recommend this business!
Professional and polite. They were working on a dirt track car when i got there, so these people know how to turn wrenches. The guys I worked with and the young lady at the front desk were great.
Guy was nice and knowledgeable even showing me pics of the extent of damage under my car. Seemed up front and honest about it and waived the diagnostic fee as well.
Some really sad folks. They were so upset they couldn’t get my vehicle last night that these 2 punks had to pick on an old man to make them feel better. They should feel very shameful. They tried to play dirty and moved things on my property, damaged my property and also would of damaged the car as well. The only thing I can say is poor loser. Let me send you a box of tissues boys. I say boys because they were not men!
I got my car towed by A1 sales & service they have to be the worst towing company ever . The towed my car around 10 pm on sunday night , i could only pick up my things by apointment so i told them that i would pick my thing up on fallowing monday at 9 am. I got ther to pick up my things and i see that a brand new heated blanket was missing and 2 phone cable chargers are also missing. Even the glove compartment was clean out . If you get towed by them PLEASE watch your stuff .
