Very knowledgeable staff that knew how to confidentiality deal with customers that had no idea what they needed. Saw how quickly they could identify what a customer needed from a pic on a cell and get it for them or send them to a specialty yard or dealer for dealer only parts.

I experienced terrible service from Robert Demaio. He abruptly hung up on me without allowing me to explain the problem. I have purchased numerous parts from this company, but his disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. This leads me to question my future business with your company.

DO NOT use this parts place by any means necessary. They pull a bait and switch, they sold me a supercharger with 73k on it for 1 grand only to tell me when picking up ohhhh it was sold to another customer after we had paid for the part already. The customer service there is a laughable joke and take zero accountability for their actions. I will not be returning nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for honest service from them.

Purchased an engine from LKQ Venice auto parts for a 2016 Camaro SS. After installing the engine and driving it for about 250 miles the engine developed a misfire. Diagnosed it as a collapsed lifter. Called for warranty. They sent out an adjuster. They declined the warranty due to the car having headers & performance tires, no power adders turbo or supercharger. Buyer beware of parts being purchased. If your car has any basic modifications they will decline warranty for any reason. We purchased many parts, engines, transmissions, ect.., over the years but will not be buying anything else from them.

Good pricing for car parts and they ship from their affiliates around the country. The problem is just how slow the service is. I seemed to be standing there for over 30 minutes to pick up one part and there was an unnecessary queue of people inside the facility.

I inquired about a used part for a 2005 Dodge Durango and they had the part I needed but they offered it for $ 360.00. It is a radio unit with display for navigation. Online it is selling for $ 150.00 but because they had it on the shelf waiting they priced it ridiculously. Tomorrow I'm taking the one hour ride to get it for ((( $ 20 ))) I just have to pull it myself (takes an entire 10 minutes) NEVER GOING BACK !!!!!!!!!!

They're very good people to work with.but they over charged me.I bought 2002 Toyota Real bumper the driver side.and they over charged me $140.00.so I went to cars parts.com and I saw the same parts and new for $32 00 + taxes it came $43.00 and I Received it After 5 days ..you see the big difference.

What a trainwreck this place has turned into ! Trying to get a part from here , even with all the necessary covid precautions, is just a joke . A week later after all their delays and ineptitude, when I finally get a call from Bill , it's filled with attitude and condescension and no desire to solve the problem they created . With 20 junkyards within a mile of their front door , business practices like this is unconscionable.

I hate to even leave this review because they have a great selection and their prices are very competitive but their warranty process and corporate bureaucracy leads them to conduct business in an ill mannered way. To keep it simple we purchased a used transmission for a customer and opted for their 6 month parts only warranty. The transmission failed 3 days later when my client was in Maine which is about 8 hours from us. He took it to VIP auto care in Maine, they processed the warranty and purchased another transmission from their local LKQ. The local LKQ informed my customer that he needed to bring the transmission back to the Philadelphia area to process the return. He did this and then they denied the claim saying that the warranty procedure was not followed. We had the manager at VIP auto care send in documentation and Kyle Quigley in the warranty department said they have nothing on file. After discussing this for weeks I gave up and now have a customer upset with us. I lost a client and will try my best to not do business with LKQ again. They are completely missing the human aspect of dealing with another business who has purchased products from them for 8 years. Shame on them for not doing the right thing and hiding behind their corporate policies.

Can't talk to someone in the store only the national number. Need to show up in person to leave a deposit for them to pull the part off the car. I'm too far to drive back and forth with hour and half drive each way. Called twice and got 2 different prices. Have to pass on the part because no idea if they can even have the part the day I go cuz i can't talk to anyone there.

Stuff is not really expensive in here, but only after I payed they said I need to wait for it for 4 days. Broad a wrong color and scratched airbag. William Taylor is so rude Heng up on me 7 times !!!

If you buy a transmission from them and the trans.don't work wright, you have a hard time getting your money back. I paid in cash but they will give you a check back. That sucks.

The worst company ever put on this earth, parts are always not in stock ordered from other yards in there network and always dented and trashed, this company is in bed with insurance companies to ruin the auto body industry. The customer service is horrible, they are peddling used junk and passing it of as clean good used parts. Stay away from this place at all cost .

Shop somewhere else. Said one week took 2.5 weeks. Wouldn't take payment over the phone. 2 hour round trip drive for nothing. Will find someone who is easier to do business with. No thanks LHQ!

I purchased a part from LKQ Venice Auto Parts. I was promised to have free delivery to my shop in Philadelphia. After four or five days, I began calling their offices(Venice Auto Parts) who is a proud member of the LKQ corporation. Finally, the part arrived to my shop even though I was promised that I was going to get the part on the same day or the next day that I ordered it. I told my mechanic to put the car on the lift(taken apart and waiting) because I trusted them and expected their company to deliver the part in a timely manner. Instead, the part took 8 days to arrive, during those eight days, I called once in the morning and once in the mid day. Every time I called, I heard the same story repeated to me over and over, they said " The part will get there before noon, we promise " and the mid day call response was " Don't worry, you guys are open until 6:00 P.M., our driver is almost there ". It took 8 days and 16 - 20 phone calls to get their part, this is the best customer service around!

Maybe you guys should change the address on the Google Website.. Since you are no longer located at the address shown. I went up and down Passyunk Avenue, like five times trying to find this place... Only to see a sign that's hidden... saying that you were around the corner.. And then around the corner... You guys don't even have a big enough sign to see where you located. Otherwise.. very nice service... Noel was exceptional...
